Lay's bestfriend is heartbroken. She just broke up with her boyfriend and comes to Lay for comfort. He tries to help her, but how can he when he can't even heal his own broken heart?

Foreword

I watched my best friend in horror. She was just sitting there, totally depressed. She didn’t laugh and talk continuously like usual. She just sat there in a daze. She had recently broken up with her boyfriend of one year. Honestly, I was glad to see him go. Good ridance if you ask me. But I might have been biased. I’d been in love with her for years now, but waited around too long. Suddenly she’d come to me with the oh-so-great news that she had a boyfriend. I rolled my eyes at the memory. And she’d been with him since, leaving me with no chance to tell her my real feelings. And now she was sitting here in EXO’s living room, totally depressed. Not even Tao’s aegyo could snap her out of it. I sighed from my seat next to her. So far she hadn’t told me anything.

All I knew was that it was over.
