The following days Kim and Melissa were both busy on their case studies. They will always go to school early in the morning and go home late at night. The four girls hardly see each other because on their schedules in school. Most of the time they wil just give a nod on each other then they will go their room to rest or do their schoolworks. But inspite of their busy schedules, love is still in the air, Melissa and Jake is getting to know each other, and enjoying each other's company. Gerald and kim, well since their first quarrel, they hardly talk, di rin naman sila nagkikita, or should I say nagiiwasan sila. Kung anong drama nila? Hindi ko din alam talaga..haha

Kim is busy in school as well as Gerald, everytime the group decided to go out, Mel and kim, were always absent. Gerald thought na umiiwas si Kim sa kanya.  Its been weeks na hindi nya nakikita or nakakusap si Kim, He missed him so much, Everytime he would ask Maja or Erich on Kim's whereabouts, they would always say busy sa school, maaga natulog or gumagawa ng case study. He really wanted to talk to Kim, atleast just to see her.

One afternoon, Melissa went home early.

Gerald: Mel! wait! Hey! ngayon na lang ulit kita nakita ah.. How are you?

Mel: Naku dami kasi naman ginawa lately, eto I'm okay. Come in

Gerald: Thanks! Ganun ba? pero si Kuya nagkikita kayo di ba?  smile and .

Mel: naku, ikaw talaga, pinupuntahan nya kasi ako sa school tsaka wala namang gingawa yun eh, Juicw gusto mo?

Gerald: Sure sige, nga pala, papasok na sya next sem, thanks to you!

Mel: buti nga natauhan na sya eh..

Gerald: You're alone? Si...

Mel: Si kimmy? sabi ko na nga ba itatanung mo sya eh..

Gerald: di ko na rin sya nakikita..

Mel: miss mo na?

Gerald; shyly smile to mel, " ha? ah eh.. di pa kasi kami nakakapagusap since..

Mel: Sabi nya kasi di mo naman sya kinakausap kaya ayun akala nya galit ka..

Gerald: nahihiya kasi ako.. I know may mali din ako.. I just don't know how to approach her.

Mel: Ewan ko sa inyo, ganyang ganyan din sinabi nya sakin

Gerald: where is she?

Mel: tapos na kasi yung case defense namin kanina, siguro she's with her groupmates nagcecelebrate

Gerald: then why are you here?

Mel: di naman kami magkagroup eh, I left early kasi, I just miss going home na may araw pa..

Gerald: I see..

Mel: Your inlove with her right?

Gerald: what?

Mel: na love at first sight ka kay kimmy no?

Gerald: I guess I am..

Mel: sabi ko na nga ba eh..

Gerald: Erich told me about her story, kaya nga di na rin ako lumalapit kasi I know she's not ready, And pag anjan kasi sya sa tabi ko I can't help myself, All I wanna do is show her that I love her.  Don't look at me like that Mel. I don't want her to hate me. So umiiwas nalang ako. In that sense I can control my feelings.

Mel; hay naku ewan ko sainyo!

 

Mel smiled as she remembered one her conversations with Kim. They were bothe busy doing their case study when all of a sudden Kim asked her.

Kim: Is it possible na even you just had a break up weeks ago eh inlove ka kagad? Hindi ba rebound yun?

Mel: It depends, Its you only who can know if its true or not.

Kim: Can you say your inlove with that person even though you hardly talk and see each other?

Mel: well yes, I think.. Love has no limits, it defines no space and time.. sabi nila..

Kim: okay.. thanks! sige gawa ka na ulit jan

Mel: Case study ba yan?

Kim: hindi..

Mel: then who is this guy yor referring to?

Kim: naisip ko lang yun. Im not referring to anybody ok

Mel: Naah Kimberly! SIge go fool yourself, pero ako di mo ko maloloko.. Is it Gerald we are talking about?

Kim: mel..(wala na syang nasabi.. Actually she's been debating with herself for the lastweek since Gerald and her fight. Iniiwasan nya ito everytime He would ask for her. Ayaw nya kausapin kasi deep inside her she is feeling something which at the moment she can't say. Her mind says she should not be feeling that, she should not be ready to fall again, its not right. But her heart says its right. Its different from the past, just the idea of him makes her shiver. The thought of sleeping in Geralds chest makes he smile. She must admit it, only in Gerald arms, on his company that she felt that secured. Just the thought him, makes her fall inlove.)

Mel: eh bakit ka kasi umiiwas ka?

Kim: because that's the right thing to do. I shouldn't be feeling this.

Mel: are you happy with it?

Kim: honestly Im not.. minsan hindi na ko makaparconcentrate.. pero kasi I just jave a broke up.. ano nalang sasabhin nila? na di ako marunong madala?

Mel: ano ka ba? Si michael nga may asawa na.. masaya na! kaya dapat ikaw din no! Wag mo isipin sasabhin ng iba!

Kim:  I have to control my self. Tama narin siguro to.. My mind says it is.

Mel: I know your heart says its not.

Kim: enough of this topic!

 

Gerald saw mel smiling at him.

Gerald: okay ka lang ba mel? bakit ka nka smile jan magisa?

Mel: wala i just remember something.

Gerald: ganyan ba talaga pag inlove?haha Your thinking of Jake no?

Mel: ofcourse I'm not!

 

After couple of minutes Erich and Maja came home. they were suprised seeing Mel at home earlier than them.

 

Erich: Mel! ang aga ah!

Maja: o may bisita pala tayo. Hi Ge!

Mel: tapos na kasi case defense namin, nakwekwentuhan lang kami ni Ge.

Erich: eh si kim?

Mel: kasama ng mga groupmates nya..

Maja: you know what.. kain tayo sa labas celebrate tayo kasi di na kayo busy

Mel: naku go ako jan! Miss ko na Girl bonding natin..

Gerald: pede ba kami sumama jan?

Erich: ofcourse Ge! isama mo na rin si Jake!

Maja: tawagan ko si kimmy!

 

They all went to a restaurant to eat and have some singing. Kim was in the mall already kaya she told maja na they would just meet them in the resaturant.

Mel: Kim!

She called Kim as soon as she saw her.

Kim: sorry ayaw kasi ako paalisin nila Jane kagad kaya late ako. naka order na pala kayo.

then she noticed Gerald was also with them. Then there's only one seat available, its between maja and Gerald. Ayaw nya sana umupo dun pero wala naman syang choice.

Gerald stood up, akala nya magwawalk out ito pero to her surprise Geralp pulled the chair for her

Gerald: come on sit down..

Di nya alam kung uupo ba sya o ano.. pero aminin kinilig si Kimmy!

Maja: kimmy. upo ka na.. papahiyain mo ba si ge?

thats the only time that she noticed all of  them were looking at her. SHe looked at Gerald and he was smiling.

Kimmy;I missed that smile.. naku kim wag ka masyado bibigay.. naku naku control remember? wag mu na kasi tignan..

Erich: oi natulala kana jan.. we are starving you know. ikaw na lang iniintay namin..

Kim settled down, but she did not look to Gerald. She was avoiding his eyes, his smile kasi baka di sya makapagpigil

Kim: eh nakaorder na naman kayo ah.. bakit iniintay nyo pa ko?

Mel: gusto kasi ni Gerald intayin ka namin..

Kim: kumain na tayo. nandito na ko..

 

While eating tinutulungan ni mEL si Gerald para makaporma kay Kim. SInce di parin naguusap ang dalawa.

Kim: mel paabot naman ng rice

Mel: Ge o pabigay kay kim

Kim: ako na..

Gerald: ako na eto na o.. tell me if its enough

Kim: okay na.. thanks

Gerald looked at Mel, she was whispering "bigyan mo ng juice..chicken go dali"

Gerald: ah kim chicken gusto?

Kim: hindi.. steak nalang..

Gerald: juice?

Kim: water nalang..

Maja: arte mo ha? samantalang nung isang gabi lang gusto mo nang..

before maja finished her word kim gave her a spoonful of rice.

Kim: di ba you're starving.. kain ka na friend then whisper "wag ka madaldal jan"

Their dinner goes like that, everytime na may iaalok si gerald, hindi ito tatangapin ni kim. Kaya si gerald in end sumuko nadin. Kim noticed na tinigilan na sya ni  Ge. somehow natuwa sya, pero she felt sad nung nakit nya si ge na sad din.

mAJA: o tapos magdradrama ka din jan, kanina pinagsislbihan ka tinatangihan mo.. alam mo akala nyo lang talaga sating apat ako  yung baliw.. pero ang totoo ikaw talaga! ikaw yung magulo takbo ng utak!

Kim just looked at her.. she was right magulo nga talaga sya.. di nya maintindihan sarili nya. Iba yung sinasabi ng utak nya sa binubulong ng puso nya...

After dinner they went to a private room in the resataurant para magvideoke.. si Maja and unang kumanta..

mel was referring to gerald who is at the other sofa sa tapat nila.

Kim: nino?

Kim felt awkward, ninamnam din nya yung kanta.. di nya maiwasang mainis kay maja, kasi alam nya na nanandya ito. Gusto nyang tignan si gerald dahil di sya naniniwala kay mel.. pero ayaw nay, natatakot sya kasi di nya alam kung anung susunod na mangyayari.

Gerald can't take this anymore. the sonf is taking its toll on him. He stood up and walk to kim. Luckily melissa and jake was outside talking. si Erich naman busy sa pagahahnap ng kanta. While maja is busy emoting habang kumakanta  at feel nafeel nya ito..  Kimwas alone  kaya tinabihan nya ito.

Kim stared at him.. their eyes met.. walang nagsasalita..  parang biglang nawala  ang mga tao sa paligid, tumigil ang ikot ng mundo. Gerald held her hand... He kissed it. Kim stared at her hand.. then stared at Gerald.. he smiled..  pero napaubo si maja sa microphone kaya parang nagising si KiM

She settled her back on the sofa and her eyes were at her lap.. then she noticed her hand na di pa binibitawan ni gerald

Kim: ge?

Gerald: please let me..

Gerald looked in her eyes..  parang nagmamakaawa ito.. di nya to matiis .. alam nya sa sarili nya na ayaw din naman nyang matapos ang oras na yun.. she smiled... then rest her head on his shoulders.
