Chapter 12: this is it!!!

Donghae’s POV

It’s been 2 days and Sica didn’t woke up, there are no serious injuries in her head, but she needs to rest due to large impact occurred in her body , I am happy because I got a news, and that Sunye the “psycho” is in jail but another good news made me happy

Jessica’s POV

I slowly opened my eyes and I saw a white ceiling, I heard mumbles not too far from me, I turned my head where those mumbles came from, I saw Donghae with Kyungsan on his lap and had a bandage on his forehead, I remember what happened that we got into an accident that Sunye cause, I was slowly getting up to go to them when I heard something I didn’t expected that made me stop to my place

Donghae’s POV

“I am happy that I am your real father!!!” I said to kyungsan before I kissed him

“how did you know?” Jessica said weakly, I immediately stood up and assist her to sat on the chair where I used to sit, I placed Kyungsan on her lap

“are you okay now?” I asked her before I kissed her on her lips

“how did you know?” she still asked me

Flashback

We arrive at the hospital, Jessica and Kyungsan was brought to the emergency room, we are waiting outside when the doctor came out and headed to us

“I need someone who has an A blood type?” he asked

“why?” I asked him worriedly

“due to the accident they have, the child loss a lot of blood because of his injury in the head” he informed us

“I am A” I said to me with a assured tone

“okay, let’s go but we need to start some test, to be sure that your blood is clean” he said to me while we are heading to a
certain room

He instructed me to lay down and just relax,he got blood from me, just a little amount and give it to the nurse beside me, after that we went inside and wait again

After 30 minutes the doctor went to us again

“ what is your connection from them? he asked me

“she is my soon to be wife and the child is her child on someone else” I answered him

“are you sure?” he asked to me that made us the whole gang confused

“why? Doctor? It didn’t match?” I asked worriedly

“actually, base on your test and his test, it was match, very much alike, you are his father” the doctor said to me

“are you sure?” I asked him in joy

“look!!!” he said as he handed me the test result

I looked at it and it was all the same, I hugged the doctor and wobbled him in joy, the gang squealed in joy that I was the real father

“mianhe, if I didn’t tell you earlier…” she said to me while lowering her head

“no, it’s okay, I understood, but promise me this time, you grant my wish, give me a second chance to protect you” I said as I
was about to lean to her to give her a kiss

“ANYEONG!!!!” the gang greeted that interrupted me to kiss her

“nice timing!!!” I said as I went to them

I was just to give the girls a hug when they pushed me aside to go to Sica

“omo, Sica are you okay now?” Sunny asked her, and she just nod

“ the doctor said that you can go out after 2 days” Soo young said to Sica while tapping her shoulder

Suddenly the doctor went in and instructed that only few people was allowed during visiting hours, the gang went home while I stayed

Donghae’s POV

Jessica got out from the hospital and doing good, it was almost a week since they got back, we decided to have a dinner at the garden, the girls are all dressed and the guys too, we ate first and then we chit chat and then dance, we decided to rest for a
while when we got tired when suddenly Sica stood up and talked

Jessica’s POV

“guys, I wanted to go back to San Francisco” I said to them before I lowered my head

“why? You don’t love me” Donghae immediately protest

“no, it’s not that, I just want to forget and cured myself from the painful experience I had”

“it’s not that I love you… actually I do love you… ever since I met you”

“but please understand me, this is for the both of us, I wanted to be the girl who served you without any fear in my heart and
in my mind” I stated

He went to me and hugged me, I hugged him too, and then the gang joined us, they are also crying

“I understand you, I love you” he said to me before he kissed me in my forehead

“I love you too…” I said as I buried myself to his chest

Jessica’s POV

It was the day of my flight, only the girls bring me to the airport while the guys were left in the house with my fishy to comfort him. I told them to not to go with us because it was more painful for me to go

I went to the girls one by one

“Taeyeon!!! Unnie!!! Thanks for everything. All the advices you gave to me” I said before I hugged her

“Sunny, always be energetic, okay? When we see again each other, let’s play again like before”

“Fany-ah, my best friend, thank you for being there in my side, I’ll miss you” I said before we hugged

“Hyohyeon, I hoped when I see you I’ll see little anchovies running around, you know what I mean” I said to her that made all of
us laugh

“Yuri, always be a good girl, okay?” I said as I tapped her head

“Sooyoung, stop eating, araso? I’ll miss our eating bonding moments” I said to her

“Yoong, act like a real woman, or else KI Bum will look for another woman” I joke to her

“maknae, take care of yourself and good luck in taking your masters degree, Fighting!!!” I said to her while wiping her tears

“right now, it’s So Nyu Shi Dae!!!” we chanted before we formed a group hug, So Nyu Shi Dae is our group name when we are college

“so this is it, I’ll miss you all” I said as I was crying and before I bowed to them

Donghae’s POV

We are sitting in the sofa while I was just spacing out thinking about her

“Donghae, are you sure? You don’t want to see her before she go?” Eunhyuk asked me

“she said to me not to go, remember?” I said trying to ease the pain

“but it make you feel better when you see her and say to her how much you love her before she go” lee Teuk Hyung try to convince me

I stood up and went to my room; I heard the guys sighed, felt very disappointed on me, for not pursuing to stop Sica to go

I went to my bed and I accidentally something caught my attention, her phone, she left her phone, I took it, and I saw her wallpaper, it was me and Kyungsan sleeping together, tears started to pour, I got outside and informed them that sica left her phone

“PABO!!! It was destiny!!!” Siwon told to me

“what time is her flight?” I asked them

“9:00…” ki Bum said while looking at his watch

“what time is it?” I asked again

“8:15!!! Let’s go!!!” Sungmin and Kyuhyun shouted to me

We all run to our family Bus, Kang in is the one who drives

“Faster!!! Faster!!! Hyung!!!” I shouted

“okay, okay, I will try my best!!!” he said as he revved up the car

The girls' POV

We bid goodbye to Sica when someone called us, when we turned around it was our guys and Donghae oppa

“where is she?” he asked us

“she already got in the plane, 10 minutes ago” Yoona informed him

“mianhe, oppa…” Seohyun said while crying

Donghae’s POV

My knees got weak as I heard she already board the plane, I knelt down and cried like a child

“I love you Jessica” I said before the guys help me got up and before we went home

Jessica’s POV

As the plane is starting to fly, tears are involuntarily coming out from my eyes, I hugged Kyungsan very tight

“I promised when I am ready, we will be with your father”

“goodbye Korea…..”

“see you again Donghae, sarangheyo” I said as i was looking outside the window

One Year later, in San Francisco

Jessica’s POV

I was sleeping when I heard that someone is doorbelling outside my house, I lazily got up and went downstairs with Kyungsan

“wait a minute!!!” I said in English

I opened the door and I saw a delivery guy wearing a cap covering his face while holding a bouquet of flower, he handed me a clipboard and asked me to sign

“Thank you…” he said before he handed me the flower

“Thank you…” I also said

“Where these flowers came from?” I said to my mind

I was about to closed the door when the guy stop it with his strong arm

“oh, do you need anything” I asked him in confusion

He knelt down in front of me and gets a velvet box from his pocket

“are you crazy?” I asked him

“get up…” I said while pulling him to get up

He took off his cap and I saw someone I am longing for to see, my heart is jumping up and down

Someone’s POV

I took of my cap and she was very surprised to see me. Her expression was priceless

“Donghae!!!” she shouted and then hugged me

I hugged her tight, I missed her so much, I am ready now to marry her, I know she too was ready to make a family with me; one
year of waiting is enough for her to move on and forget her painful past, we broke the hug for a while

I knelt down again and took her hand

“Jessica Jung, for the nth time, will you mar….”

“wait…. Wait…. I forgot something, guys, come out!!!” I shouted

The gang went outside of the car and run towards to them and hugged Sica and Kyungsan

“oh my god!!! I miss you all!!!” Jessica said happily

I made a fake cough to get their attention; I went to her front again while kneeling

“Jessica Jung, will you marry me?” I asked her with my puppy eyes

“no…” she answered

“what!!!” I and the gang asked before my jaw dropped

She chuckled for a while before she spoke

“no need to ask me…. I’ll marry you of course!!!” she said before she bent a little to reach my level to kiss me

I heard the gang squealed and cheered in excitement, we got married and everything fell into the right places

Our reminiscing was interrupted when I felt that my tummy is hurting, I called the attention of Donghae who is looking at our wedding photos

“Hae!!! Bring me to the hospital!!!” I shouted while slapping his arm because of the pain

“why!!!” he asked me worriedly

“I am giving birth to our second child… pabo!!!” I shouted

I bear our second child and Donghae and I will raise them as a good boy and girl and gave all the love we can give as their parents. And that’s the end of the topsy-turvy ride of our love story.
