“Table for eleven, please?”

Bom’s already large eyes seemed to widen even more at this, as she lightly shrieked, “E-Eleven!?”

The five waiting boys turned their attention away from sitting in the chairs near the entrance of the restaurant to stare at their noonas with puzzled expressions due to the sudden outburst.

Her slightly younger best friend, Dara, turned to face her with a sheepish smile, nudging her slightly to signal for her to lower her voice, “Of course! Minzy and Chaerin might cry if they found out that we went out to eat without treating them! It’s customary to treat your dongsengs, you know.” The redheaded woman couldn’t help but roll her eyes at this over-exaggeration, not that the brunette beside her took any notice. “And we had to invite Han Byul and Dong Wook-Oppa.” When her slightly older friend gave her a confused expression, Dara merely sighed, “Don’t you remember? SE7EN’s concert in Japan. He’s going to be gone for a while…”

The heeled woman let out a sigh, “Oh, man… I don’t think I brought enough won for this…”

The host of the establishment that had been quietly watching the two interact awkwardly cleared his throat, making the two women turn their stares towards him. “A-Are you the Park Sisters?”

Large brown eyes blinked as the two friends moved their gazes to one another, before Dara carefully answered, “Um… Yes?”

A nervously mischievous smile appeared on the young worker’s face as he continued to stare at the celebrities, “Then I think we can pull some strings on your bill…” At the exact same time, identical expressions of gratitude awakened on the women’s faces. “However… you’ll have to do something for me instead…”

Immediately, their smiles disappeared.

Dara’s hand, which was still lightly placed on the host’s counter, was suddenly by the man before them. As she tried to snatch it away, the man gripped it tighter, making her unable to do so.

Her friend blinked in surprise, obviously not having completely registered the situation yet. Before she could react though, a sudden figure appeared, icy glare on his face, “Is there a problem here?”

The worker’s eyes widened as he released his grip of Dara’s hand, which the woman quickly pulled away, “G-G-G-Dragon?”

Said individual only intensified his glare at this, silently staring the worker down. After a few moments, he broke the connection and turned his attention towards Bom, “Text Minzy, Chaerin, Han Byul, and Dong-Wook. We’ll be eating somewhere else today.”

The host opened his mouth to say something, probably to apologize, but another glare from Jiyong stopped him from saying anything.

The leader of Korea’s most notorious boy band allowed his eyes to flicker towards the short brunette beside him, opening his mouth slightly as if he was going to say something, but quickly decided to shut it. Instead, he settled for lightly grabbing her hand as he led the YG celebrities out of the restaurant.

“Ugh, what is she trying to do now?”

“You know IU… she’s probably obsessing over a new guy.”

“Doesn’t she do that all the time?”

“Exactly.”

A young Ji-Eun felt a small frown place itself onto her lips, and decided to only grip her pencil tighter. Don’t listen to them.

But it was a whole lot harder than she was making it seem.

Her eyes flickered back down to the lyrics she had scribbled in the middle of her history class:

The pouring rain I cannot see before me,                                                    Put it all to the side, wishing, hoping to not walk there,                                 Difficultly standing, trembling horribly like on the edge of a cliff...               Folding my small two hands to pray...

The bell rang, and with a sigh, the Senior shut her notebook, and forced a smile to grace her features. Remember: Even if you know they don’t like you, you still have to bright and merry for them. Don’t let them affect you in any way.

As usual, Ji-Eun was the last student to leave the classroom. She dashed for the door, but her teacher stopped her before she could leave.

“A word, Lee?”

The young student shut her eyes tightly, silently cursing her lack of speed, before turning to face her oppa with a bright smile, “Yes?”

Her teacher gestured her closer to his desk, and the young woman complied. Carefully, he pulled out a single sheet of paper from the files beside his desk, and handed it towards her. As soon as she saw it, she felt her heart sink.

She failed. Again.

The smile on her face cracked, as her breathing rate increased.

She failed. Again.

Carefully, her teacher placed a reassuring hand on her shoulder, “You should study next time, okay? Stop writing those lyrics during class, and learn to take good notes.”

Though her teacher was probably only trying to give her some useful advice, the young woman took it out as a form of criticism. She felt her eyebrows crease together slightly, before forcing herself to bow and wish her oppa a good day.

With that, she ran out of the room, and out of the school, not bothering to even stop by her locker.

It wasn’t long before she got tired, stopping to sit on a bench by the bus stop. “You didn’t pass… Again.” She didn’t mean to, but a tear slipped and fell onto the test paper that she was still gripping so tightly.

Realizing just how sad she really was, Ji-Eun took a deep breath, forced her eyes shut, and let  her head fall backwards. You really needed to pass this one. If this keeps up, you’re going to end up flunking out of the school year.

And your mom’s going to kill you.

The thought only made her clutch her paper tighter as more tears rushed down her cheeks.

“The bus again, Dong-Wook?”

The brunet holding her hand simply shot his girlfriend a smile that was charming enough to make any fangirl swoon, though it seemed like the two had been together for so long that she was now immune to it, “I still can’t remember where I left the car keys. And if I tell Papa YG that, he’ll never let me live it down.”

Although she knew that she should probably scold him, his longtime girlfriend, Han Byul, couldn’t stop herself from breaking out into ringing laughter, “Aisssh! Only you!”

Her boyfriend’s smile seemed to widen at her merry laughter, and he squeezed her hand tighter, “It’s why you love me, right?~”

A smile equally as large as his was now spread across her face as she winked at him, “Whatever you say, oppa!”

The honorific seemed to only make Dong-Wook laugh, “You mean SE7EN-Oppa!”

The brunette beside him giggled of this, “Mmmm, of course!” She cleared for a moment, before screaming like one of his crazed fans, “Saranghae! Saranghae! Saranghae, SE7EN-Oppa!”

Said oppa burst into laughter at her loud cries, before his voice suddenly became more serious, “Saranghae, Han Byul.”

At the sudden change in tone, his girlfriend stopped her giggling to look at him with slightly worried eyes, “Dong—“

Before she could finished, her boyfriend smiled and stole a kiss from her lips.

When the two pulled apart, the mischievous glint had returned, making the younger girl beside him think that she had just imagined the change in mood. “I love you, and I want to make sure that you never forget it.”

Though they had been together for ten years already, the words were still enough to make Han Byul blush. “And I love you just as much.”

A smirk still on his face, he curiously asked, “How much?”

His girlfriend seemed to ponder it for a moment, before responding in what was probably the most serious tone she could muster, “My love for you is as deep as T.O.P’s voice.”

Her boyfriend stared at her with a surprised expression before bursting out into laugher and engulfing her in a hug, “Well, my love for you is deeper than Seunghyun’s voice.”

She giggled at this, before playfully whispering, “I think we might just be the cheesiest couple of the century.”

As he chuckled, Han Byul couldn’t help but smile at the vibrations she felt through his chest, “Think? No, I know that we’re the cheesiest couple of the century.” He paused for a moment, before pulling her closer to him, “But I wouldn’t have it any other way.”

“Hey, alien?”

“. . . .”

“Hey, alien?~”

“. . . .”

“Bom Noona, that’s you!”

The redhead looked up from her cell phone with an amused expression, “Alien? The only alien I see here is you.”

The words only caused the tall man beside her to chuckle, “Someone obviously hasn’t looked in a mirror then, huh?”

At his words, the older woman playfully narrowed her eyes at him, before hitting him lightly in the shoulder. But unfortunately, she missed, causing her dongseng to burst out into laughter.

Because of the sudden laughter, they attracted stares from the passerby that had already been whispering about their disbelief that the popular YG icons were actually walking along the streets so casually, as well as their fellow idols.

“Oy! Hyung, what did I miss?”

The silver-haired individual, turned his head to speak to Seungri who had previously been in avid conversation with Daesung and Taeyang, “Ah, I was just pointing out to Bom-Noona all the women that had been shooting us disgusted looks because of our, as Dara Noona would call it, man perfume.”

At the lie that was only obvious to only her, Bommie couldn’t stop herself from bursting into a fit of giggles. Dara, who had heard name, turned to look at them with curious eyes, but before she could ask what had happened, the blonde man beside her nudged her to get her attention back on him. “You never answered my question, you know.”

Dara sighed, once more averting her gaze away from his, “He was just being a creepy host. It’s really no big deal. You see people like that everywhere nowadays.”

A frown had come upon Jiyong’s lips, as he followed her lead and averted his gaze away from her, “It’s still not right.”

“Doesn’t matter. I can’t decide how people decide to feel about me.” She paused for a moment before thoughtfully adding, “Though I guess a part of me should feel happy that he likes me enough to be creepy like that.” The younger male beside her shot her an incredulous look that she managed to catch, triggering the woman to burst into a fit of giggles, “Okay. I think that came out weird.”

Jiyong only raised an eyebrow, though there was a large smirk on his face, “You think?”

“Oy! Oy, I think that that’s Dong-Wook Hyung and Han Byul Noona over there!”

“What? Where!?”

“Oh, I see them too! Across the street!”

The seven individuals stared gleefully at their older friends, but gradually, the smiles turned into confused frowns.

“Um. How do we cross the street?”

As it being the time of the day at which many cars were rushing around, the traffic was extremely heavy. And the poor idols, all be
