Nickhun gulped down the last amount of brandy he has. He lost count on how many bottles he already drink all he cares at that moment is to erase the memory of what happened between him and Victoria. It was like a dream come true for him, Victoria was in front of him, she was in his embrace awhile ago and damn they both shared a heated kiss. Nickhun could only rely on alcohol at that moment for he knows that when he got drunk he somehow could forget the pain he was feeling. He gulped down another brandy after taking a new bottle without noticing that tears started to form in the corner of his eyes. He wanted to hate himself for acting this way but what can he do even if he wants to stop, his heart won’t listen to him. He was not like this, he doesn't need to chase her just to see her, he doesn't need to beg for attention because he knows that he has all the attention of Victoria, he doesn't need to ask permission if he could hold her or kiss and he doesn't need to ask if Victoria loves her because he know that this wonderful woman love him so dearly. He was about to gulped down another brandy when a pair of strong hands stops him from doing so.

            “Enough drinking Nickhun” it was Junsu, a while ago Mommy Vera called him to ask if he was with Nickhun, he lie a bit not wanting the old woman to get worried about her son.

            Nickhun hissed off. “What are you doing here? Get lost will you?” he knows that he was a bit harsh but he doesn't care.

            Junsu didn’t bother to pay attention to his attitude. “I’m here to bring you home, Auntie Vera was worried about you” he was about to say something but Nickhun caught him off.

            “I will go home if I want so leave me alone” Nickhun said taking the glass of brandy Junsu took away.

            “I said enough drinking khun, your drunk already” Junsu stated a bit loud

            “Did I ask you to care, I'm asking you to leave” Nickhun said. He doesn’t want to have a fight with him but Junsu doesn’t even listen to him. He just wants to be alone that's all he asks for.

            But Junsu didn’t bother to listen. He was getting mad at him for he knows the reason why he was drunk. “If this is about Victoria, Khun please pity yourself a bit”

            Nickhun doesn’t know why he did it. He pinned Junsu to the wall anger could be seen on his face. “Who told you to talk about Qian? He said holding the collar of Junsu shirt.

            Junsu swat away Nickhun's hand. “I saw everything what happen, I even see the worst thing, Khun look at you! You're insane” Junsu said. Yes he saw everything at first he thought it was a good sign but he was wrong, he doesn’t want to see the old Nickhun five years ago after Victoria left him. Everyday Nickhun would get drunk his reason is that it’s the only way he know he can forget the pain of losing her. It was a routine for him. He was there when his world starting to tear apart. He saw everything how he manages to move on well not totally move on and now that Victoria is a back he knows that this will be a new start of a dilemma.

            “So what if I’m insane? Who give you permission to tell me what I should do, it was easy for you to say all this because you have no idea what I’m feeling inside. You don’t know how does it feel when you lost the only person you love the most, you have no idea so stop telling me what do to” Nickhun was about to say something when a Junsu cut him off

            “Yes your right, I don’t have idea but I know what your doing isn’t right anymore khun, cant you see it? Victoria doesn’t love you anymore”

            “She loves me, I can feel it”

            “If she loves you then why are you suffering like this?”

            “That is a question I can’t answer Junsu, so please leave me alone for now I don’t have the energy to talk to you for now.”

            “I’m going to leave you Nickhun but please make up your mind. I just don’t want to see the old Nickhun. After Junsu Left, Nickhun slammed the bottle of brandy to the wall. He hated himself because he knows that everything Junsu blurted out was right. It was a painful truth his been trying to accept for the five years that pass by. He doesn’t know why he couldn’t accept it. He has no idea why he is still blind by the truth that was in front of him. Maybe because he was holding onto something, the love he has for Victoria was the only thing that gives him strength to hold on and hope that one day they’ll be back in each others arms. Why life seems to so unfair to him? Why he needs to suffer? Why him? Question keep on flashing through his mind without noticing tears already stream down to his cheek. Maybe Junsu was right. He is insane no crazy should be the right term to describe him. His eyes became blurred as tears form in his eyes, he blink a few times he doesn’t know if it was his mind playing tricks on him. The smiling image of Victoria was right in front of him. She was smiling so sweet to him but he knows it was just a figment of his imagination and all of a sudden memories started playing in his mind. He remembers the first time she met SONG QIAN, the day that changes everything.

            Victoria was browsing the magazine in front of her. The Magazine that featured her and a short story about her life and her career, Smile was form on her face while reading the magazine content, amuse with her own journey until now she can still believe that she actually achieve her dream. Her moment was disturb with a sound coming form her phone, checking it. It was a call from Donghae. She answers it before the call stop.

            “Hello Oppa” she answers the phone.

            “Oh! Hello Victoria, are you busy?” Donghae ask

            “Not really Oppa, I don’t have anything to do today?” She answers back.

            “Great!” Dongahe said with a loud voice. “Meet at the café near your condo, I have something to say to you”

            “Sure Oppa, I’ll be there in an hour”

            “Good! See you then” and Donghae hung up the phone. She made her way upstairs to get ready.

            At the cafeteria, Donghae was already waiting for Victoria. He was excited to met her again, No to correct it he was excited to see her again. A soft hand coming from behind covers his eyes and playfully whisper into his ears.

            “Guess who”

            “Haha! Same old trick Victoria” Donghae said taking off the hands that were covering his eyes. Stomping her feet she made her way to the chair that Donghae pulled for her.

            “No fun at all, how can you easily guess it was me?” She said pouting her lips, no acting cute was the best way to describe it.

            He couldn’t help but laugh. “You are asking me that question? You always do that since we were in university and the fact that you didn’t change your perfume was a plus factor for me”.

            She sighed “whatever it still no fun at all” she sip the orange juice Donghae order for her. “Oh what is it that you’re going to tell me?”

            “Hmm! You tell me that I have a price once I agree to come with you to that party? She nodded her head expecting that Donghae wants to claim his price. “I want my price now” Donghae stated.

            “I told you that you can name your price” she said

            “Then go on a date with me”. She knew that she heard it clear but why can’t she react. Her eyes were a bit wide open and made an O shape.

            “Go on a date with me, No give me another chance Victoria, I gave up five years ago because you said Nickhun already have your heart, I respect that, I didn’t change or fight anymore cause I know, I’m not going to win but now that Nickhun was not here anymore maybe you could open your heart and learn to love me. My feelings for you didn’t change believe me I still love you” Donghae admitted everything that made her more shocked. Yes it was all true Donghae gave up Victoria because she wants to respect her decision and he can’t help himself to stop loving her. When he finds out that Nickhun and Victoria broke up, he immediately find Victoria but that shocking news he receive made his heart and hope break into pieces. Now that fate brought them together again he will not going to let it pass by without doing anything.

            “I don’t know what to say” that’s all she can say at the moment. She doesn’t know if she can say yes or she will turn him down like she did way back.

            “Just say yes, that’s all I want to hear” Donghae said with a big hope.

             “What are you out of your mind Nickhun?” Taecyon said. He can’t believe that Nickhun was begging him to do such a impossible thing. Nickhun call him to meet him up because he wants to discuss something with him. He has no idea that he thing he wants to discuss is about his sister. VICTORIA.

            “I’m begging you Taec, you’re the only hope I have”. Nickhun said wanting him to understand and help him.

            “Your asking me to do that, Nickhun I don’t have any hold on Qian’s life, she can made her own decision and” he was going to say something but Nickhun cut him off.

            “I don’t know how you’re going to do it. I just want you to tell your sister to marry me” Nickhun said with a loud voice that made Taecyoon irritated.

            “You know what, I think you choose a wrong person to help you, I’m not going to ruin my sister’s life just because you ask me too. Listen to me Nickhun, accept the fact that my sister is not going back to you, do whatever you want but Qian is over you, you let her forget the love she has for you, so don’t blame anyone and don’t do stupid things” Taecyoon said not caring if he may sound a bit harsh. He just can accept the fact that Nickhun wants to use him. He was about to leave the room but Nickhun suddenly speaks.

            “That’s the fact I can’t accept Taec. How can she forget everything even me? How can she do that Taec? Why I can’t? All I want is to have her back but knowing that it’s so impossible to do makes me more weak, she was a few meters a way from me but I can’t hold her, talk to her even see her was so hard to do. So tell me Taec, is it wrong for me to hope hat you can help me because to tell you honestly I want to give to bit u cant and I don’t want to.” He said honestly. It may sound ridiculous but that’s the only thing he knows that can help him. If he marries Victoria, he will do everything to make her fall for him again.

            Taecyoon can only sighed in defeat. He was weighing who matters the most, his bestfriend who was like his brother or his only sister. He knows that one decision can change everything. The life of his beloved sister and the life of his best friend. “Let me thing about Khun because right now I don’t what to do. “he said and leave Nickhun alone.

            Nickhun slammed his body on the chair and the only thing he can do for now is to hope that Taecyoon can understand him. He took a picture from his drawer and stared at it. It was a picture that was taken when she prepare a birthday surprise for him, memories keep on flashing back like it happen few minutes ago.

FLASHBACK

            The restobar was quite silent when Nickhun and Victoria entered. It was Nickhun’s birthday and he was sulking a bit with the thought that his Girlfriend did forget his birthday. Since they met this morning, there was no sign that Victoria remembers it.

            “What are we doing here?.” He suddenly asks. It was the first time they went to a place like that usually they will go on a date on a park or din in together with their family.

            “You said we can go to anywhere I want, I want to do here that’s why were here”. She said while scanning the place.

            “If your brother knows this, he will get mad at me” Nickhun said remembering how protective Taecyoon was to her.

            Victoria pouted with the thought of her brother. She moves closer to Nickhun wrapping her arms around his waist to create hug. “Oh please, you know I hate it when Oppa treats me like a baby and beside he will not know this unless you tell Oppa”

            Nickhun chuckled a bit seeing how cute his girlfriend was. “Okay I will let this pass for now but please next time ask permission to your brother”

            “I will I love you Oppa” she said giving Nickhun a kiss on his cheek.

            “I love you too”. Nickhun said. They had a great time on the restobar, they ordered and enjoy the food. Time flies while their having enjoying their time together. Their moments were interrupted with the sound coming from the stage. Victoria face lightens a bit and her eyes keep on roaming around. She looks at her watch “right on time” she said to herself.

            “Ladies and Gentleman, today Sunshine restobar will held its second drinking contest, last year everyone had so much fun, so today lets repeat that history were going to choose seven people who will play to defeat our depending champion, so are you guys ready?” the host of the event was ready to set the roof on fire.

            On the other hand Victoria was more excited; everything was going according to her plan. She can’t help but imagine how Nickhun will react to her surprise. “I want to join” she said making her way to the stage but someone hold her wrist making her stop.

            “Wait a second! You can’t go there Qian” Nickhun said in a worried tone with the thought of his Girlfriend drinking.

            “Don’t worry Oppa, I’ll be fine beside I want to experience it” she said while releasing her grip from Nickhun’s hand but Nikchun hold tighten a bit.

            “No Qian, you have no idea what your brother will do to me if he find this out and you” he was saying something but Victoria did something she know can change Nickhun’s mind. She planted a kiss on Nickhun’s lips and it did a magical work as Nickhun couldn’t react anymore.

            “Don’t worry Oppa, I will behave” she said leaving the speechless Nickhun. She plans everything ahead for a very special surprise she has for Nickhun and no amount of begging from him could stop her. On the other hand Nickhun was praying that nothing would happen to Victoria. The drinking contest already started and like what Victoria plan, she was leading the contest until she end up drinking the last glass of beer.

            “Ladies and Gentlemen, we already have a winner this beautiful lady over here did a great Job” the host of the event announce that Victoria was the winner. Nickhun couldn’t help but feel proud about her, it was the first time she drinks and even she couldn’t believe that she won.

            “So young lady is there anything you want as a price?” the host said. Lighten a bit with what the host said, she quickly grab the microphone and speak.

            “Yes there is” she said, everyone was dumbfounded when they saw her leaving the stage and getting something. Nickhun could sense that something was about to happen. Nickhun lips curve a smile when he saw Victoria was holding a cake.

            “Today is my boyfriends birthday an I only have 10 minutes to greet him, as my reward for today, can you guts please help me sing a birthday song for my boyfriends.” She said gaining a tease from the crowd. The crowd didn’t disappoint her they sing a birthday song while she was making her way to where Nickhun was sitting”

            “Happy birthday Oppa! Make a wish” she said placing the cake in front of him, waiting for him to make a wish. After he blow the candles, the crowd started to tease them asking for a kiss.

            Victoria chuckled a bit seeing the shy face Nickhun has. “Did you hear them Oppa? They are asking fro a kiss” Victoria said testing how Nickhun can manage to kiss her in front of these people,

            Nickhun’s action made her shock. Nickhun pulled her closer “ I sure did hear it my dear” and Nickhun kiss her in front of those people . it took a few minutes before Nickhun let go of her lips.

            Nickhun was on his way back to the car after getting the special gift sunshine resto bar has for him.

            “Qian look at this, they took a picture of us while kissing” she stops talking when he saw that Victoria was already in her deep sleep. Maybe it was the effect of the alcohol to her, drinking a lot for the first time was too much but he couldn’t help but smile knowing that Victoria will do anything just to make him happy. He carefully adjusts her sleeping position to be more comfortable.

            “Goodnight my Qian, thank you for loving me” he said giving the sleeping beauty in front of him a goodnight kiss

END OF FLASHBACK

            Nickhun quickly wipe the tears that stream down on his cheek, memories that’s all he has for now, he took a deep sighed. Will fate give him another chance to feel that kind of love again? For now he has no answer to every question he has but time will only let him decide
