In Love and War
Description
Since 1973, South Korea was going through a dictatorial system. Everything was severely controlled by the government, and every objector would be killed by the government's police. Until 1980, people accepted it without complaints, but after that, strong manifestations were repelled, and its members killed in a public square. Those deaths would only increase the population's dissatisfaction, and turn international eyes to Korea.
Slowly, Korea started to change. A hope started to grow. A love began.
Ji Eun and Yunho fell in love in that disastrous environment. At first, they were strangers that would have never come across each other, but everything changed when Ji Eun clumsily went home using a different road. Their affection started to grow and turn into love, to the point where they were even thinking of marriage.
However, it didn't last long. Right when the government was losing its strength, and a democratic system was taking its place, everything was turned upside down with a single move. Thousands of dead or injured people, and thousands of homeless people.
October 1988.
A date no one could forget.
Because of that, Ji Eun and Yunho were separated.
But, would they meet each other again despite the circumstances?
TRAILER
WARNING: This comes from my imagination, so forget dates and go along with it, ok? I hope you enjoy the history.
I finally came up with a new story. After having difficulties choosing the main character, my friends suggested me to put Yunho...
I have always wanted to write something like this, but never had the courage to.

Foreword
What if I told you that I loved you, would it have changed anything?
What if I had asked you not to go, would you still be here?
Why, why didn't you take me with you?
Why, why must I see you like this? I'd rather rip my eyes out.
