 When Nihyo was 2, she moved from China to Tokyo. There, her mother found a job as a vocal teacher for some Hello! Project artists. Her mom encouraged her to become a trainee at Hello! Project. She auditioned when she was 13 and got in. She was supposed to be a 9th generation member of Morning Musume, but her dad pulled her out becaue he wanted her to focus on her studies. Nihyo hated her dad at the time, and so did her mom. After she was pulled out, her mom and dad fought constantly. Nihyo eventually moved to Korea to get away from all of the mess, and since then, she lived with Kahi's family, her older step-sister.

Nihyo is the kind of person that can really confuse the heck out of you. She's the type of go-to person for advice. She has been though a lot, so she knows a lot. But there's two things that makes you not want to take her advice- she lies and she's a hypnocrite. She might tell you to not do something; then she does it. That's just one part of her personality. She's really loud, so she's not shy when she meets new people. She's really sweet, bright, and ERTED. She seriously has a mind of a boy when it comes to that stuff. She's not a good defender. She can tell people off if they hurt her family, but she will not, and I mean NOT, fight someone for someone else. Don't get me wrong, though. She's good at fighting. She's also the 'Brutal Honesty Child' of her friends, because when she does tell the truth, and it hurts someone, she probably wont care. She also tends to be REALLY clumsy
