Man Men and the Wall

Man Men and the Wall

Chansung reached out taking the door in hand. Pulling it open, he stepped into the cafe/restaurant, his eyes looking at the ground before he looked up. A cheerful staff greeted him warmly as he bowed, standing up straight in an instant, his eyes wandering around until they landed on the man he had been looking for. Junsu was now working behind the counter today, placing a menu in front of some man, giving him an eye smile before he turned around, one of the other staff members catching his attention before he moved down the line. Chansung smiled himself. Adjusting the bag on his shoulder, approaching the counter swiftly and taking a seat. Junsu seemed to notice him instantly, Chansung felt happy that Junsu did, his neighbor pressing his hands to the counter leaning against it, his eye smile finally directed towards him.

'Hey.'

Chansung spoke, leaning his own weight against the counter, giving Junsu his own smile back.

'Thank you so much for that gift!'

Junsu exclaimed cheerfully, he seemed so happy at the moment. Chansung couldn't help but continue to smile.

'So you work here?'

Chansung asked now, Junsu nodding his head, looking over his shoulder, a co worker handing him cash at which he placed it in his apron pocket.

'Yeah, I work for a company during the day full time. But here, I work part-time at night.'

He replied, Chansung nodding his head, acting as though he was surprised, he has seemed to come accustom to this now, all this acting was paying off. Maybe he would become an actor in the near future? Chansung shook his head, shaking himself from his thoughts, looking back at his neighbor that sat in front of him.

'Ah, you know I never noticed!'

Chansung lied, his face showing that of a shocked expression, Junsu only chuckled.

'And I usually come here frequently now a days!'

He continued, now it seemed to be Junsu turn to be surprised, his hands fidgeting on the counter before he pushed himself away.

'Seriously? Shoot, here let me get you a menu.'

He spoke, body turning slightly where he stood, bending over enough so that his hands could reach under the counter. He pulled out a menu, placing it in front of Chansung who took it more that willingly. Chansung was a sneaky man, his hand carefully, almost like he didn't notice he was doing it, caressing Junsu's hand, taking the menu into his own. Junsu didn't seem to notice a thing, he only continued on from the conversation about the food Chansung had given him.

'That canned crab meat was absolutely amazing by the way, I want to thank you again!'

Junsu exclaimed, Chansung suddenly feeling a bit shy, opening the menu, trying to hide away the pink tint that sprayed across his cheeks.

'I-It was n-nothing.'

He tried not to stutter, his eyes only looking over the menu at the man who was looking absolutely adorable Junsu who looked so happy that he could explode. Chansung hid his face away yet again.

'When you go out again, please do let me know! You saved my last time cause I forgot too go shopping like I had planned too!'

Junsu stated, Chansung only nodding his head, he couldn't speak at the moment, not with all his nerves acting up, it would be impossible to even get out a decent sentence that sounded right to the other man. Junsu continued on.

'I do look forward to my share next time!'

Junsu joked, and now Chansung found himself chuckling along with his neighbor. He let the menu fall in front of him, placing it on the counter, his smile brighter than it was.

'Yah, and next time, we'll get some pork belly!'

Chansung spoke, Junsu's face also brighter than normal. Almost like a girl, his hands clasping together.

'Really?! Awesome!'

He stated cheerfully, Chansung closing the menu in front of him, he didn't even really look through it, but instantly ordered anyways.

'Fried Banana and a cherry coke!'

He spoke, Junsu reaching his hands out, taking the menu back.

'Okay, friend banana and cherry coke,'

Junsu repeated, stuffing the menu back where he had gotten it, pulling out a little notepad, scribbling the order down.

'Alright, please wait just a little bit and your order should be out!'

--

Chansung sat upon a random bike, his eyes looking down at a small black note book that he held in his hands. The note he had written down was an address, an address to something he wasn't so sure about, but it was some place Junsu always went during the day. Chansung knew, he heard Junsu talk about it to Taecyeon over the phone once. Chansung puckered his lips now, closing the little black book in hand, looking down at the watch he wore on his wrist. Chansung had left the bikes now, his step picking up, walking as fast as he could, his feet only slowing down when he had caught sight of Junsu exiting a rather large building that had a huge sign that read 'BUILD UP' on the top in bold English letters. Chansung let his gaze fall, looking as though he was just casually walking by, Junsu was the first to speak up, his fist coming in contact with the taller man's shoulders.

'Hey! Mr. Hwang!'

Junsu stated loudly, his body just popping up out of no where. Chansung didn't mean to act so surprised, but he did, his mouth forming an 'o' taking in the smooth skin on Junsu's face and the way he teeth sparkled when he smiled.

'Oh, hi!'

Chansung replied, bowing his head slightly, Junsu doing the same, both of them pausing in the middle of the walk way, not really seeming to care about the people that walked around them, occasionally grunting because they were in the way.

'Are you off today?'

Junsu asked randomly, Chansung shaking his head.

'Nah, today my job just doesn't start till tonight. How about you?'

Chansung asked, not really because he was confused or curious, but more towards the fact that he wanted to start a light conversation with his neighbors. Maybe one that lasted longer than the occasional ones they some times had.

'Ahh, I work at noon, so I was at the gym working up a sweat.'

Junsu replied, gripping at the bag that was slung over his shoulder, he never seemed to stop smiling! Not that Chansung minded, he loved Junsu's smile, it was very pretty. Kind of made him wonder what Junsu thought about him and his smile as it spread across his face.

'You wanna go get a coffee then since you are doing anything till noon. We can go that place right down the street from here. I think it was something called 'Miss A's cafe' I heard there snacks there are amazing.'

Chansung stated, his body turning so that he could point down the street where he was indicating. Junsu was maybe to quick to agree.

'That place is the ! I love their coffee! Come on!'

Junsu shouted, his hand already outstretched and grasping at Chansung's wrist, tugging at his arm like a small child, pulling him down the cross walk. Chansung couldn't help the now forming blush that sprayed across his cheeks. Junsu was defiantly acting too cute at the moment and it was driving him absolutely nuts! Not that Junsu knew that actually, but Chansung was going crazy mentally.

'So Mr. Hwang, you work with the media?'

Junsu asked, placing a piece of cake in his mouth, his eyes wide, staring at Chansung who was trying his hardest not to laugh at his neighbor, only nodding his head, taking a drink from the coffee cup in front of him.

'Yeah, but only under a small publisher.'

He replied, also picking up his own fork and digging into the cake that sat in front of him. This was heavenly compared to the instant Ramon that he had for lunch. If he could, and if Junsu wasn't there with him, he probably would have swallowed the cake whole!

'And, I think I would feel much more comfortable if you call me Chansung.'

Chansung continued, Junsu putting down his coffee cup.

'Alright then Mr. Chansung, only if you call me by Junsu.'

Junsu replied, a smirk forming on his lips. It was a playful gesture and Chansung looked down and couldn't help the chuckle that escaped his lips.

'Alright Miss.. I mean MR. Junsu..'

He felt a napkin being thrown at his face, his hands coming up in automatic defense. Junsu scoffing where he sat. Chansung looking up smiling playfully. Junsu wore the same smile.

'I am not a female.'

Junsu announced.

'Sometimes you act like one.'

Chansung retorted earning another napkin in his face, his napkin in his face. He burst out laughing now, raising his hands again as more napkin's came flying his way. Chansung was grinning from ear to ear.

'Okay, okay, I'm sorry. I was kidding! Kidding!'

Chansung defended, his arms never coming down until Junsu had stopped throwing things at him and went back to eating his cake. I clear pout on his bottom lip. He was too damn cute!

'During the day I only work for an importing company, but I really wanted to work for a fashion designing industry.'

Junsu pouted, continuing the conversation they had going earlier. Chansung nodding his head.

'A fashion industry? Aiish that would take all your free time away!'

Chansung spoke, leaning back in his chair, resting his hands on the table, Junsu lazily nodded his head.

'But, I'm quite envious of that. I mean you get to work for a job that you really want to do, while me. I'm only working these jobs because it was the only ones I could find and are keeping me from falling in a hole.'

Junsu was now poking at his cake, glancing up at Chansung who was listening intently at what he was saying.

'Well, that is true.'

Chansung replied, twirling his fork in hand, Junsu gesturing to show that he had made a point and glad that Chansung had gotten what he was trying to say.

'To have playtime and work time merged into one.'

Chansung continued, Junsu bringing the fork to his mouth. Chansung couldn't help but watch those lips as they opened and closed. He swallowed hard.

'I-It's actually quite interesting.'

Chansung finished, quickly looking down at his own cake and stuffing some into his mouth, Junsu looking up.

'So what do you do?'

He asked now, Chansung looking up, a bit surprised by the question at first, no one had really made him go into detail about his own work. Chansung shifted in his seat.

'I usually meet all types of people and gather information.'

Chansung explained, Junsu nodding his head, engrossed now in what he was telling him. Junsu seemed to have a great concentration span, he didn't seem to be the type to get distracted easily. Chansung noted this mentally.

'Do you meet famous people?'

Junsu asked another question Chansung pointing at him with the fork. He was getting into this was well.

'For us, no. We don't ever get the chance. It's a pretty old fashioned magazine, we don't have luck with the entertainment industry.'

Chansung spoke, Junsu's fork already by his plate, hands resting under his chin.

'Yah, do you travel a lot, I mean even if you don't meet famous people?'

Junsu continued to ask questions. Chansung could only nod.

'Quite often actually.'

Junsu looked amazed, excited actually, his body slumping after a second, another pout on his lip.

'Ahh, I wish I could travel like you?'

Junsu pouted, Chansung tilting his head.

'Why? Don't you travel with your boyfriend?'

Chansung asked, not realizing the slip he had made, Junsu not really noticing, taking a sip of his coffee.

'Nope not really. He actually just got hired this year and is really busy. So it's not possible.'

Junsu puffed his cheeks and let out a large breath of air. Chansung found a nice way to fix his mistakes.

'Ah, I see you would be the type to have a boyfriend.'

Chansung spoke, Junsu puckering his lips, letting his head tilt to the right side.

'Yeah, though we've only been dating for two months.'

Junsu spoke past puckered lips, his head remaining tilted.

'Ah, I see, so that means you don't know him all that well right?'

Junsu's face seem to fall when Chansung said this, he looked as though he didn't understand, Chansung was quick to explain.

'2 months is the stage where you really start to get to know him.'

Junsu's face never changed, neither did his position.

'T-That's right.'

He agreed, Chansung smiling softly.

'How about you Chansung, do you have a girlfriend or anything?'

He questioned, Chansung stuffing his last piece of cake in his mouth.

'Me? I don't have one.'

He replied.

'I lead a dark life!'

He spoke this in a lower tone of voice that had Junsu cracking up.

'Now, see if you were to date me. You'd travel a lot.'

'That would be interesting.'
