Today is my birthday. Daddy booked the function hall in the apartment complex for my birthday. I invited all my friends,  as well as some of our neighbors.  I'm so excited because for the first time I will celebrate my birthday with some visitors, not the same the usual that it was always Mom, Dad, and I.

Dad also hired caterers to serve our guests. I'm so happy today is the best day of my life, and the best birthday I ever had.

"Are you, happy, Princess?" Mom asked helping me in my pink beautiful dress. It was a laced pink dress that reached my ankle, pair with pink shiny flats. 

"I'm very happy, Mom. This is the best birthday ever." I grinned. She smiled and kissed my cheeks. She fixed my hair in a bun with some strands falling on the side of my face, and then she placed a small tiara on top of my head. 

"Now you look like a real Princess. She fixed my necklace on my neck and kiss my cheeks again. "My princess is very pretty today, Daddy will be very proud when he says you."

"Thank you, Mom. Thank you so much for this best birthday party ever." I grinned.

"Is my Princess ready?" 

"Daddy!! I rushed to him and throw myself into his open arms. 

"Why my princess is so beautiful today? Daddy will feel jealous if some boy looking at my princess." He pouted, and I giggled. He kissed my both cheeks and then my forehead. 

"I love you, Princess."

"I love you too, Daddy.  I love you, Mommy." They both wrapped their arms around me and they both kiss my cheeks.

"Princess, make sure that this necklace always with you. This necklace will protect you.

"Okay, Daddy and Jiyong are inside. He is my best of friends and I don't want to lose him."

"Okay, ready to.face you guest?" He grinned and scoop me up in his arms. I nodded my head and kiss his cheek. We went out of our place and went downstairs towards the function hall where my friends are waiting for me.

When Dad pushed the door of the function hall open and confetti were showers at us, and the.people inside screamed "happy birthday Dara."

Daddy set me on my own feet, and I was starstruck by how beautiful the function hall is. At the center, there's a big banner with my cute picture, and there's written, happy birthday Princess. The ceiling was covered with different color balloons. There are twenty tables with people sitting,  and the chair there's a pink ribbon tied on it. In the front stood a long table with three-layered cake, refreshment, candies, cupcakes, and different kinds of foods with servers standing at the side. 

"You like it?" Dad asked. And I nodded my head with my eyes brimmed with tears in happiness. I felt overwhelmed. I raised my arms to Dad asking him to carry and when he did I buried my head on his neck and cried.

"Hey, why are you crying?" Dad asked worriedly. "You don't like it?" 

"I love it, dad. I lobe it so much. I'm just very happy." I answered between high cups. He smiled and wiped my tears.

"Stop crying. It's your birthday you don't want to get  ugly with bloated eyes and cheek right?" I high cup once again before I took a deep breath and wiped my tears. Dad walked us I  the center where the long table and he set me down on a chair in front of the cake.

"Okay let's sing happy birthday first before we eat," Dad said and lighted the candle. Everyone sings while clapping their hand and my smile never left my lips until they finished singing.

"Make a wish, Princess before you blow the candle." Mom said. I closed my eyes, and make a single wish. To have my parents beside me forever." And then I blow the candle. Everyone clap and the caterer quickly started serving food. I jumped off my seat and joined my friends and my eyes widen when they handed me gifts.

"Thank you." I grinned taking their gift one by one. We settled at the table after and the server gives us food, and shriek in glee not only me buy the other children as well when a clown came in. I look at my parents and they grinned at me. I rushed to them and give them both a kiss before I
