"It's really weird though. REALLY weeeeirrd." LeeMin emphasized for the gazillionth time that day.
"Okayyyy okayy I get itttttt." You copied her exagerrated tone. 
"You think he likes you?" LeeMin suddenly bursted.
" Shush! I don't want the whole world to hear!" The whole cafe stared at you. Your cheeks flushed. Despite how crazy it sounded, you were wanted it to be true. 
"SNAP OUT OF IT EUN MI!" You thought, shaking your head.
" You're blushing..." LeeMin teased. You could feel your cheeks flush more.
LeeMin knew everything about you, and you treated her like a sister. No harm in letting know how you felt about that mysterious hot singer so many girls were crazy about. 
"Hey why not we go to the club today?" LeeMin winked unaturally at you.
"Tomorrow's Sunday." You mumbled.
"Exactly!" LeeMin snapped. 
"I can't afford to reach home late. You know I can't." You were sad to say.
"But.. but." LeeMin tried to continue.
You shot her a look. 
"Okayy... some other day then." LeeMin sighed.
Satutday nights were to get the kids ready for Sundays.Sundays were reserved to go out with 

Mrs Kim and the orphange kids to see the doctor, as 

most of them had to have their checks carried out regularly. 

You were thrown into the orphangage before you could even speak, and Mrs Kim, the owner of the orphange, had raised you, along with the other kids. A few years ago, when the orphangage really couldn't hold any more sticky active kids, Mrs Kim was forced to dig into her only stash of savings to buy a house for the older kids. You loved Mrs Kim, but you hated the fact your own biological parents didn't even want you. You were deeply hurt inside, but as time passed, your wounds didn't heal, you just learnt to cover up everything that hurt inside with a smile. You were bubbly, loud and happy to everyone, but only 2 people really knew what was eating you inside. LeeMin and Mrs Kim. 
"Shall we go shopping?"You suggested cheerfully, trying to lighten the mood.
"You know I'd LOVE that " LeeMin tried to look y. You winked. You two

were heaven-made besties, and you both knew each other as well as you

knew yourself, sometimes better. You were always doing the stupidest things

together, looking idiotic in public was unavoidable whenever you two went out.

You guys shopped the day away, laughing, eating,shopping and then eating again.

Then when night fell, you both went home, but soon you rang her up and began chatting.

That Sunday was no different from the ones before, it was like bringing a class of 3rd graders

on a field trip, minus the fun and laughter. Instead there was crying and bawling, when the

kids got their weekly medication and shots. Most of them had chronic diaeases and needed

all the healthcare they could get. You were no healthy bull, but compared to the kids, you were

immortal. You thanked God you were blessed with an able functioning body, every night you

would pray for the kids to get better. And for better times be ahead for Mrs Kim.

She was almost into her sixties, yet she had the lives of 40 kids on her frail worn shoulders.

You offered to work and help support the kids, but she said," No you focus on your studies,sweetheart. You've helped me enough. "
