While waiting for Ann's driver, they decided to talk for awhile.

"james" Ann said

"hmmm" James said

"If it's ok with you, may I ask your reason why you decided to transfer to this school?" Ann asked

"I transferred to this school because my father's company has a big problem in the Philippines. That's why we decided to stay here." James replied

"ahh..so..how's your company now?" Ann asked

"It's now on a stable condition." James replied

"That's great." Ann said in relief

(moment of silence between them)

"Ahm..  Ann, I heard your parents are on abroad. Who's with you?" James asked as he broke the silence between them

"Well, I do have maids at home."Ann replied

"So you don't have relatives with you?" James asked.

"Yup.! I guess so because they haye their own houses."Ann said

"don't you miss your parents?" James asked

"well sometimes, I do miss them but I know that they love me and that's enough for me." Ann said as she looked at the sky.

To Ann's reply, James already knew that Ann is longing for her parents but for Ann, It is enough for her that her parents love her. Then he realized that Ann wasn't a spoiled brat after all.

"what are you looking at?" James asked when he found out that Ann was staring at the sky.

"I think that there's a storm coming." Ann said still looking at the sky.

"Why? you don't like raining?" James asked

"Actually..I love  when it rains" Ann replied

"What's good about it. It only gives disastrous events." James said

Ann sighed

"well yeah, but still it helps the farmers to water the field and Plants need water to live." Ann replied

"But why do you love the rain?" James asked

"It's because whenever you cry under the rain, hey won't notice you crying." Ann simply replied

"why would you cry, you have a perfect life." James sid

Ann suddenly looked at James. James saw on Ann's eyes the sadness that she was feeling.

"You know what, those words that you just said were not true, if my life is perfect,why do I feel lonely?" Ann said

"why do you feel lonely?" James asked

"A perfect life you say. My parents are not with me, I'm alone. What so perfect about it" Ann explained

"Ann don't ever think that your alone. You ave your friends and me of course by your side." James said as words of encouragement

"Aww..james.. that's so sweet of you!" Ann said in a sweet voice

"You don't have to say thank you because it's true. You have us. Don't you ever feel sad ok" James said as he hold Ann's hands

Ann suddenly hugged James. There is no need of words to say because James knows that Ann is happy deep inside. While hugging, a huge raindrops are starting to fall on the ground.
