Pt. 10
In TroubleBaekhyun looked down at his shaking hands, he clenched them but they continued to shake.
He didn't want to sleep alone in the back anymore, even though he wasn't exactly far away from Chanyeol, being awake beside him was somewhat comforting after what happened at the gas station.
He glanced at the taller, his eyebrows furrowed in concentration or thought, Baekhyun didn't exactly know which one, all he knew was that he was extremely quiet but who was he to call someone out? He hadn't spoken a word since he'd sat in the car.
The smaller would always catch his eyes drifting to the rear-view mirror to see if anyone was following them, his heart beating faster from the anticipation if somehow that stranger was after them or someone new related to Chanyeol's gang or heist or whatever the hell Chanyeol was part of.
His nauseous worry wasn't exactly helping him on the swerving country roads, his anxious mind causing his stomach to twist and turn even more.
"Pull over." Baekhyun spoke up, his voice raspy from the crying he was doing and the fact he hadn't spoke in a while.
Chanyeol looked back at the smaller, not sure why he wanted to stop so suddenly after what happened, "What, why?"
Baekhyun didn't know how long he was going to manage by the way his head began to pound with the images of all the blood from before replaying in his mind.
He was going to be sick.
"Just stop the ing car!"
The car wasn't fully stopped but it was slowing down, Baekhyun flung open the door and climbed out the vehicle. Immediately collapsing onto the grass to vomit up all the contents in his stomach, although it wasn't really anything but bile and acid.
"." Chanyeol sighed, unbuckling his seatbelt and making his way over to the smaller.
"It's okay." Chanyeol tried his best to comfort the smaller, or make it a little less horrible but he didn't think he was doing much by rubbing circles in Baekhyun's back.
Once Baekhyun was certain nothing was going to threaten to come up anymore he wiped his mouth, still hunched over to catch his breaths, they were still panicked.
He was still frightened.
"I don't think I can do this anymore." Baekhyun let out a chocked sob.
He wanted nothing more than things to work with Chanyeol but he couldn't do it if it meant he'd have the risk of a gun to his head when he slept.
He couldn't do this whole heist stuff, he just wanted to go to home; to go back to his waiter job and things to go back to normal.
"Baek," Chanyeol began, not sure if Baekhyun going home was in the cards anymore, it was too late to go back now and certainly too dangerous. "It's too risky."
Baekhyun finally stood on his feet, "Just take me home, Chanyeol."
Chanyeol looked back to their car, "I can't." He didn't want to say no to the smaller especially the state he was in but he didn't want Baekhyun to be hurt again.
The small male looked around, it looked like they were in the middle of nowhere, just a road in between endless fields, but all he knew was to go back the way. He began to storm off, anywhere away from those wanted duffel bags.
Chanyeol watched the smaller begin hi
