Everyone is running around the hospital like crazy to find a certain bear that been missing after Irene and Wendy went out to have their dinner. 

“We’re dead if Taeyeon found out” Heechul panic while tearing her hair

“Where could she goes with those wounds?” Wendy breaths unevenly due to the running

“Taeyeon going to kill me” Joy said in horror

“What happened if…” the image of the last incident flashed across Irene mind

“Shut your dirty mouth, Bae!” Heechul ‘shoo’ 

“Are there any place that we haven’t searched yet?” Joy said 

“The rooftop!” both Irene and Wendy said in union 

“! Hurry” the 4 of them run for their lives up to the rooftop

There was a girl laying flat on the ground of the rooftop. The dim moonlight shines on every part of her sharp feature while the coldness of winter surrounding the dreadfulness and sorrow inside the girl. The soft melody from a small speaker echoes the large space but silent space. 

“There she goes!” Irene said in relieve as they reached the rooftop

“Thank God, my little bear is fine!” Joy crashed down tiredly

“Stay here” Heechul said and slowly approaching the girl

“Darkness, fear, silence, sorrow, death, coldness,...uhm anything else?” Heechul sat down

Seulgi didn’t answer or look at the guy sitting next to her. She just looks at the beautiful sky 

“Why did you run away?” Heechul sighed

“My bracelet...I lost it” there are so much sadness and fear inside those words

“Do you ever think...it’s a sign of a new beginning?” Heechul tried to be optimistic

“What do you mean?” Heechul felt relieved because Seulgi finally talk normally to him

The other 3 people hide not too far to eavesdropping the conversation

“Let’s just say that the bracelet is a connection between you and someone. When you lost the bracelet, this means you finally meet the person you’ve been waiting for. The only thing you need to do is to find that person” Heechul was proud of his explanation 

“What a good little brain he has there!” Wendy said

“Hell no...that dumb just made a mistake...big mistake” Joy said shaking her head  

“Look there! Those shining beauty look stars have died a thousand years ago, do you know that?” Seulgi pointed at the sky

“What?” Heechul cracked his head 

“Life isn’t all beautiful as we thought. It’s a shame that we claimed they’re alive, while they are just dead stars from thousands of year” Seulgi closed her eyes

“What do you mean?” Heechul asked 

“Let’s just say that the bracelet is a connection between me and that person. When I lost the bracelet, is it mean I lost that person forever because the connection has been cut?” Seulgi response slapped straight to Heechul face

“I knew it. That kid is an extremely pessimistic person” Joy sighed for the nth times 

“Well...that’s a harsh response to other kindness” Wendy felt pity for Heechul

“I-I…” Heechul stuttered because he knows he lost to the bear

“Joy-ah...don’t tell Taeyeon that I’m sleep here tonight” Seulgi being Seulgi. She has the best sense of the special forces leader

“But…” Joy and the 2 nurses came out from their hiding place

“I want to be alone tonight you all can go home” Seulgi said more like a command 

“We…” Heechul spoke up but Seulgi didn’t let him finish

“Night!” the last word came out from Seulgi and they know that the conversation has ended 

Before they left, they heard Seulgi last sentence. Kang Seulgi is up for something

“I won’t die...not today because I have to make something clear first”

Irene came to the hospital extra early today. She was tired for these past few days because a lot of things going on including the fact that Sehun being too much aggressive on her. The reason for Irene to wake up early today is because she feels like someone is waiting for her. 

She feels an unknown source of energy rushing through her body today. Happily, Irene opens the door, but something is different today. The ‘cold bear’ already awake and reading something which surprised her because Seulgi always sleeping whenever she and Wendy are there.   

“You wake up early today” Irene said while settling her stuff down 

“...” the cold bear being the cold bear

Irene didn’t mind the cold treatment since she used to it now. Quietly, she went to open all the curtains inside the room. The invisible coldness inside the room sends the chill down her spine 

“Don’t...I hate sunlight” Irene succeed in making Seulgi talk 

“But it good for your health and helps you recover faster” Irene gave Seulgi an innocent look while opening the curtain wider 

‘Nice move Bae Irene that’s payback for the cold treatment you Cold Bear’ Irene thought 

Seulgi covered as soon as a ray of sunlight hits her eyes. But it’s just a small reason for her to close her eyes because the girl in front of her is the biggest reason. 

Her milky fair skin shine under the soft sun rays in the early morning. Her small body frame which makes her seems vulnerable and cute. Her black long hair covered her tiny shoulder. Her small baby face comes along with a sharp jawline making her more attractive. Her deep but warm eyes make the slowly melt down the cold wall Seulgi trying to build. A small girl with a bright sun in her soul. 

And a kissable red velvet lip...wait...come back Kang Seulgi...you went too far...the white coat cover her upper body make her body brighter. Everything about her makes Kang Seulgi wonder ‘Is this heaven or something? If this is not heaven, she’s definitely a fallen angel to Kang Seulgi life’ 

‘Why do I feel like I have known her for a very long time. This feeling is so familiar and the warmth... I’ve lost it a long time ago’ Seulgi was puzzled

Someday, someone will come and crave their name into your heart. Even when your brain doesn’t remember, your heart will always remember them

A flash of memories rewinded in Seulgi’s head causing her frowns in pain. The image of a 12 years old Seulgi giving a cute brown little bear and her brightest smile to a girl during Christmas. It was a day that rain and sun decided to befriend. Small rainbow appeared through the soft sun ray above the glittering raindrop that remains on the grass. 

“S-sorry...I-I...didn’t mean to…” Irene closed the curtain and rushed to Seulgi

Irene jumped on the bed while grabbing the blank to cover Seulgi whole body. She then caught the speaker near Seulgi’s bed and turn the music on. Seulgi seemed to calm down a little while guilt and panic washed over Irene’s face. Luckily, Joy had told her and Wendy what to do in this situation. Darkness and soft music could calm Seulgi down when the bear becomes emotional.  

(Seulgi is sitting with her back leaning to the headboard and blanket covered her body from head to toe while Irene sitting opposite Seulgi at the end of the bed)

After a moment but seemed like 10 years for Irene, Seulgi is finally calm down. Irene being impatient and worry. She leans in closer to take off the blanket. At the same time, Seulgi suddenly pulls the blanket down to reveal her head, eyes, and nose. Their eyes met and time seemed to stop. 

‘! Too close!’ both of them thought but neither one of them break away

‘What’s happened to you Bae Irene? Why are you beating so fast you sneaky little heart? But her eyes...look so vulnerable and full of sorrow’ Irene thought

‘Stop it stupid heart. Stop beating or I’ll be dead if you beat too fast. Keep cool and cold Kang Seulgi...think of something...something…’ Seulgi thought 

Growl~~~ the sound of a hungry stomach breaking the...romantic...eyes to eyes moment 

‘OH MY GOSH BAE IRENE...you making a fool out of yourself” Irene was embarrass

‘Cute…*chuckle*...wait...what the heck Kang Seulgi’ Seulgi was surprised by her own action

After another moment or another 10 years long for Irene, Seulgi decided to be a man. 

“I-I am…*making a cute face*...h-hungry” it came out like a small whisper 

Because HOW COME KANG SEULGI, A COLD & COOL CAPTAIN OF THE SPECIAL FORCES TEAM, NOT EMBARRASS WHILE ACTING CUTE IN FRONT OF A TOTAL STRANGER !!!!! 

“O-Oh...O-okay” Irene stuttered and get out of the bed 

‘Taeyeon and Joy will laugh their of if they saw this. I never act cute in front of someone for my entire life...HELL NOOO’ Seulgi thought

But it’s just what you think Seulgi-ah ~~~ Do did it before...a lot...but you don’t remember! 

“Let’s go!” Irene helped remove some wires that connected to Seulgi body

“Where?” Seulgi asked coldly but still obey as she stood up from her bed

“The hospital’s cafeteria” Irene went to grab a jacket for the bear because it’s still winter time

“For?” 

“Breakfast? Didn’t you said that you are hungry?” still find the jacket

“Why do I have to go there?” Seulgi asked 

“Am I the one that should bring food here for you?” Irene looked at Seulgi while pointing at herself

“Are you not?” Seulgi asked still playing dumb

“I’m not your maid!” Irene snapped back but not harsh 

“So do you want me to go there with…these” Seulgi pulled her shirt up showing all the injuries 

“Ewww...pull it down. But...” Irene used her aegyo to fight back

“Fine!” Seulgi rolled her eyes who is she going to reject that aegyo

“Hurry!” Irene gave Seulgi the jacket

“I hate wearing jacket!” Seulgi still not satisfied with her game

“Even though it’s springtime already, but the weather is still really cold outside!” Irene stopped at the door

“But the jacket…*pointing at her wounds*...it’s hurts...I don’t know how to wear” continues playing dumb

“Aish...fine! I’ll help you” Irene was annoyed “Now, let’s go” Irene finally putting on the jacket for Seulgi after so much awkward as they exist 

On the other hand, there are 3 people have been watching them from afar. 

“What the heck am I watching right now? K-drama? A cold captain Kang Seulgi acting cute toward her nurse” Heechul made a disgusting face

“Nice title you have there. That kid has a lot to explain later” Joy gave Heechul a high-five

“Mind your own business kids...let’s go” Taeyeon walked away with an unreadable face
