The beeping sound of the monitor somehow lessens the dreadfulness silence in the room. There are 5 people with different train of thoughts running in their mind. 

“Sorry Tae, I was useless” Siwon spoken up with guiltiness

“I didn’t know that it could be this bad” Heechul said 

“It's only worsened day by day” Taeyeon looked at Seulgi worriedly

“I’ll try to talk to her again when she wakes up” Heechul sighed deeply 

“By the way, this is my hoobae. They will help you out from now on” Heechul introduced

“This is Irene and Wendy. They are the best nurse that work under me.” Heechul started to show off with a small joke 

‘Irene...Bae Irene...What do you want now FATE?’ Taeyeon looked at Seulgi then back to Irene

“You are Kim Taeyeon from SM High, right?” Wendy with enthusiasm 

“Y-Yeah” Taeyeon answered awkwardly

“So you all know each other? Great!” Heechul clapped his hands excitedly 

“So this person over there... if I’m not wrong...is Kang Seulgi...the one that confe…” Wendy being cut off

“Nice to meet you ALL again. But what in the past, should STAY in the past. Hope you get what I’m trying to say” Taeyeon said with so much of caution and coldness

“Are there anything that I don’t know?” Heechul being Heechul. He tried to make a comment to lessen the awkward silence

“There are things that would better off if they stay untold” Taeyeon looking straight to Heechul’s eyes

‘! I’m in trouble with the Hell Taeyeon now. I better shut my mouth’ Heechul thought 

“Well...Guess what...I’m better off now. Just tell them if you need anything, bye”

 Heechul excused himself and Siwon out of the room because he knows that they shouldn’t interfere with whatever matter which related to their past, for now.

“Uhm...sorry for interrupt but can you come with me to do some paperwork, for Seul- Ms. Kang?” Wendy broke the awkward silence between the 3 of them. 

“Sure! But…” Taeyeon looked at Seulgi for a moment 

“Don’t worry! Irene will take a good care of her. Trust me” Wendy silently laugh at her devil plan

‘Yah devil witch, what on earth are you planning?’ Irene shot Wendy a death glared 

‘I know you’ve been checking her out for hours. Better thanks me later Ms. Used to Be Hella Straight’ Wendy looked at Irene and Seulgi then back to Irene with a smirk 

“This way, please!” Wendy led Taeyeon out of the room but didn’t forget to give Irene a playful smirk

“Geez! I’ll deal with you later Son Seung Wan” Irene hissed

“Hi!” 

‘I swear this conversation will be the most awkward conversation I’ve ever had’ Irene thought

“It’s been a long time” Irene took a seat beside the sleeping girl

“You have been well I guess...General Officer Kang or Captain.” Irene’s hand unconsciously trace along Seulgi’s sharp jawline then to the bear used to be puffy cheek

“I was looking for you at the graduation party, but you didn't show up” Irene said with a little hint of sadness

“Maybe...maybe you’ve moved on from the past and live your life. I’m happy for you” 

‘Liar’ Irene’s inner-self spoke up

Beep---Beep---Beep 

“What’s wrong Sehun?” Irene picked up the phone as soon as she saw the person name

“Parking lot. Now!” his demanding voice sent chill down to Irene's spine

Irene hurriedly went to the parking lot to meet her boyfriend, but she accidentally bumped into the bed which caused a cut on her leg. 

‘Bad sign’ she thought but didn’t mind it at all as she rushed herself to the parking lot

Unknown to Irene, the sleeping girl had woken up after she left.

“NO...NO...NO...bracelet...my bracelet” Seulgi scream from her sleep

“I remember your name! Your name is...your name...I- I...who are you...NO”

Seulgi woke up from her worst nightmare 

Sweat and fear presented on her face. All she can see around her is darkness and emptiness. Seulgi looked at herself from the moonlight reflection on the glass door. 

“Why you haven’t died yet huh?” a cold and soulless question came out from Seulgi’s mouth

The next thing Seulgi knows is that she found a shiny sharp thing near her bed. One and everything went blank. 

“S-see...no pain...no hurt...I feel n-nothing” she looked at her reflection with a dead eyes 

The 3 girls met each other near Seulgi’s room. While Taeyeon already warmed up to Wendy, they caught the sight of Irene’s weird walking posture. It didn’t went unknown for Wendy to understand the situation and what happened to Irene. 

“Why are you here? What about Seulgi?” Taeyeon asked with so much of concern 

“I-I...went out to…” Irene weak voice was cut off 

“Ah...she hasn’t eaten anything since the morning. Irene has just tired” Wendy lied and walked to Irene to supporting the poor girl

Taeyeon didn’t say anything, but she kept her eyes on Irene. As the door to the dark room, a horrific scene welcome them as soon as they walk in.

 Wendy felt to her knees with wide eyes and full of fear. Irene was shocked and covered . Taeyeon, on another hand, acted quickly as if this is not the first time. 

“Damn it! Call Heechul and turn on the ing light!” Taeyeon rushed to Seulgi while grabbing everything that could prevent blood from leaking out from the soulless girl. 

“You ing dumb stupid bear! Are you out of your mind?” Taeyeon snapped angrily

 Heechul came in the room with Joy follows behind. Instead of treating Seulgi wound, the doctor and his nurses just standing there listening to the next words come out from Seulgi’s mouth.

“Tae…(lifeless eyes)...look…(pointing at the place where she stabbed herself)...it doesn’t hurt anymore. I didn’t feel pain but...instead...I feel numb.” Seulgi face showed a blank expression

“Seulgi!...” Taeyeon stopped after she saw Seulgi pointing toward her own reflection

“How come...that demon still alive? Am I not dead...yet?” then she blackout 

“Heechul...hurry” Taeyeon voice came out like a whisper. It was cold but somehow soft 

The 3 girls, again, standing outside the room. 

“Why did you leave her alone?” Taeyeon angrily snapped at Irene 

“I- I…” Irene was taken back by Taeyeon’s range

“Answer me! How dare you left her alone!” Taeyeon grabbed Irene’s coat collar

“Please, Taeyeon. She’s weak right…” Wendy tried to defend Irene but failed 

But she and Irene was more shock when they heard the next thing comes out from Taeyeon

“Weak? She left her patient just to go to her boyfriend and letting him her off!” 

“It’s all because of you!” Joy was fast to covered both Irene and Wendy from Taeyeon’s slap

“Unnie...I beg you...please” the younger girl hugged Taeyeon 

“Why? Why Joy! Even you?” Taeyeon broke the hug 

“Seulgi will not like this. Remember...why Seulgi is here in the first place. Please” Joy looked down but manage to hold Taeyeon hands

After Heechul treat Seulgi wound and the heat conversation outside the room had ended, 5 of them got inside the room that filled with deadly silence  

“From now on, we have to be careful and watch out for this kid” Heechul broke the silence

“What happened to her?” Wendy asked with caution and Irene silently thanks her friend

“I think Taeyeon should answer this question” Heechul looked at Taeyeon

“Seulgi is having a Self-Harm disorder. When she went through anxiety or become emotional, she could possibly cause herself a serious or even fatal self-aggressive action. This is because she has been through A LOT of things, but couldn’t express it instead of building the stress up inside her.” Taeyeon sighed and gave a sad look to the sleeping girl

“She’s also being haunted by multiple horrific nightmares that she never wants to tell us. Honestly, we don’t really know the whole truth of what had happened.” Joy added

“ Now you 2 understand somewhat of the situation. I want a special care for this person. Clear?” Heechul stated as Irene and Wendy nodded their heads

“It’s getting late, you two can go home a get ready for your task. Also, Irene, meet me in my office tomorrow morning” Heechul looked at Irene but not a harsh one instead of a ‘I-know-what-happened-I-won’t-be-mad-but-we-need-to-talk’ look. 

“We’ll excuse ourselves now” Both Irene and Wendy bowed then leave the room

“I will drive you girls home” Joy chased after the 2 girls 

“We bothered you too much and we’ve done nothing” Wendy said with an embarrassed look

“It’s not your fault. You 2 have done a great job today. Let me pay you back” Joy open the car 

“Thank you, J-Joy” Wendy helped Irene get inside the car

“You should tell that to the person inside that room. If that stupid bear were here, she will do the same thing. I just don’t want her to worry about a certain girl” Joy whispered to herself

“Excuse me. We didn’t hear you” Irene asked because she heard the word ‘bear’ and curious about why Seulgi is related to this drive thingy

“Huh? I didn’t say anything” Joy pretend to be surprised and play dumb  

‘I wish I have to courage to speak the truth’ Joy thought and the whole ride was silent.
