Sorry, my internet at home didn’t work last night so the update got delayed to now since I got home late today, but it is double update like I promised. Start with chapter 24

25. Surprised!

“Mark? Mark is it you?” Mark was about to go out the apartment and suddenly heard his mom’s voice

“Should I run? Or should I turn around and meet her?” Mark asked himself in his mind before biting his lips and turn around to meet his mom’s worry eyes

“Mark…...” Mrs. Tuan said with tears in her eyes and ran to hug her son

Mark hugged her back and they went to sit on the couch in the living room, they didn’t turn on the light, since Mark begged for his mom to not wake up his dad

“How are you son? You’re been gone for so long…….” Mrs. Tuan said with a sad voice while she held Mark’s hand

“I’m fine mom……what about you and……you know……dad?” Mark said and asked hesitated about his dad

“Good to hear…...we’re fine too, just miss you so much, you don’t even give me a call……are you still staying at Jackson’s place?” Mark’s mom asked worried about her son

“Well…… yeah……” Mark said with his head low, he doesn’t want to lie to his mom, but what can he say? Tell her that he’s staying at Jinyoung’s place? She won’t take it well…...Mark thought

“Really? Or……are you staying at your boyfriend Jinyoung’s place?” Mrs. Tuan asked her son with a small tease

“How did you know?” Mark turned his up too look at his mom and asked surprised to that she already knew

“Well, my son is not a very good liar……” His mom said and let out a small chuckle

“You never were a good liar and every time you lied, I would get it right away…….like international theme month, no uniforms, staying at Jackson’s place, bumping into a drunk man……. Do you really think that I didn’t knew that you’ve been drinking alcohol lately? Too much if you ask me……” Mrs. Tuan said and it made Mark look down again

“Too much alcohol or too much lies?” Mark muttered and it made Mrs. Tuan let out a small laugh

“Well, maybe both……” She said with a smile even Mark didn’t look at her

“I’m sorry mom……” Mark apologised with his head still hanging low, he felt sorry for his mom. He shouldn’t had lied so much to his mom

“No need to be sorry, as long he’s good to you and we’re happy, your dad as well……” His mom said rubbed Mark’s head like he is still a kid

“It didn’t seem like that when he asked me to leave Jinyoung…...” Mark said and still sulking about the time his dad asked him to stay away from Jinyoung

“He’s just worries about you….” Mrs. Tuan tried again, she doesn’t want her son and husband gonna stay angry at each other forever

“Whatever…….” Mark said and rolled his eyes, it made his let out a chuckle

“Do your boyfriend always say ‘whatever’?” Mark’s mom asked and the sudden question surprised Mark

“Why?” Mark asked back without answering his mom

“Well, you usually do not say that so often, but after we had moved here….you’ve been saying it a lot, just to stop or change the subject…….” Mrs. Tuan explained and it made Mark thought of all these moments when Jinyoung said ‘whatever’ just to stop or change the subject

“Did I learn it from him?” Mark thought and it made himself let out a chuckle of how he had just picked something up from the younger’s behaviour

“When couples stay together for long enough, they will resemble each other, not only in looks, but also their behaviour so I’m not surprised……” Mrs. Tuan said and it made Mark back to reality

“You’re not stopping us to be together?” Mark asked carefully and nervous to hear her answer

“Like a said, as long he’s good to you, I’m fine with it…….but maybe he should stop bullying other people……” His mom said and Mark just nodded his head for understanding

“He seems alright, at least he will come every morning to get you to school…...” Mrs. Tuan said and once again, its surprised Mark

“You knew?” Mark looked up to his mom and asked surprised

“I’m just curious why you’re always running late when you had actually good time to get to school…...I looked out of the window and saw a handsome young boy driving his car to get my son……” His mom explained to Mark and he just let out a shyly smile

“You were on your way out right? Will you still come back?” His mom finally asked after had sat silently for a while

“I will, when Jinyoung’s hands is good again, I will come back and…...and…… I will have a good talk with dad then……” Mark said and it made Mrs. Tuan feel relieved

“Good, because I don’t want my son and husband to be mad at each other forever…...” Mrs. Tuan said and they bid goodbye before Mark drove back you Jinyoung’s house

The next morning came and Mark woke up early to make some breakfast for Jinyoung. They ate breakfast together and the elder helped Jinyoung to get changed before they go to school

“Wait for me a second, I will just go get changed…...” Mark said and Jinyoung nodded his head and sat on the couch in the living room waiting for the elder

“What are you wearing?” Jinyoung asked when he saw Mark came down with his uniform

“My school uniforms?” Mark said, but it sounded more like a question of what’s the problem

“School uniform? Did you forget that I told you not to use it?” Jinyoung said and rolled his eyes

“But you had also said that I needed to use my uniforms again……” Mark said back and it made Jinyoung look away from the elder

“Well, you’re my maid now and my maids don’t use stupid and ugly uniforms……so go get change to something else……” Jinyoung said still not looking at the elder

“Can I really go to school without my uniforms again?” Mark got a bit surprised of what he had just heard, so he wanted to ask one more time just to make sure

“We’re getting late so hurry up and go get changed……” Jinyoung said and Mark didn’t need the younger to say second time to get what Jinyoung meant

Mark hurried and got changed to something else his uniforms. Mark drives them both to JYP high school. Mark got out of the car first and went to opens up the car door for Jinyoung. the elder carried Jinyoung’s bag and while they go inside the school, they can hear people whispering about them

“Are they back together?” One of the girls said to the girl next to her

“Mark Oppa are not wearing his uniforms so it seems so…...” The girl on the side said back

Mark shook his head and choose to just ignore the girls who’s been whispering all the way since they came inside the school. When they are near the classroom, they saw Jinyoung’s gang coming towards them. But they were more surprised and focusing of the one who’s going toward them together with the gang. The one who’s jumping on and has his arm around BamBam with a big smile on his face, not just him are smiling, but all the members of the gang were laughing hard with that guy

“Why are him with them and smiling?” Both Jinyoung and Mark muttered surprised at the same time
