21. See Again!

Jinyoung’s check up at the hospital came faster than what Mark had expected and wanted. The younger’s check-up time is 14pm, so they will leave the house after lunch.

Mark couldn’t sleep at all last night, he wanted the time to stop so the check-up time won’t come, so he can stay by Jinyoung’s side longer. He knew that once Jinyoung saw him and knew that he’s Ben, he will push him away. The elder made some easy breakfast and they ate quietly, Mark still feed Jinyoung, but none of them said anything.

“Ben?” Jinyoung asked for the elder after having ate up the breakfast

“Yeah?” Mark typed on his phone and asked

“Can you help me to have a shower?” Jinyoung asked, he wanted to have a shower before going to the check-up. After what had happened last time, he’s been more careful of taking the shower, but he wanted Mark to help him

Mark gulped and was lost of words, he had never thought of Jinyoung would ask him to help him with showering

“Ben?” Jinyoung asked when he didn’t hear any answer

“Oh, sorry…….yeah, I will help you….” Mark came back to reality and typed on his phone to give the younger an answer

“Good…...” Jinyoung said and stands up from his seat

They went to the younger’s bathroom and stands there quietly. Mark stared at the younger and didn’t know what to do.

“You’re not gonna help me dress off?” Jinyoung asked without any face expression

“Ah?” Mark said and slowly made his hand towards Jinyoung’s shirt, he helps the younger to take his shirt off, the elder stares at Jinyoung’s abs and gulped. Mark just stands there staring, don’t know what to do any more. He then felt two hands moving towards his face. The elder moved his head and stares at the younger, Jinyoung had his hands on Mark’s face and caressed it.

“Kiss me……” Jinyoung said, more like a command

Mark heard the younger and stared at Jinyoung’s plump lips, he moved slowly towards the younger. Is only an inch left between their lips, Mark closed his eyes and closed the gap between their lips. It started with a small kiss, but Mark couldn’t control his emotion anymore and deepened the kiss. Jinyoung moves his hands from Mark’s face to the younger’s waist and dragged the elder closer to him. Mark moves one of his hand to the younger’s back and the other one to Jinyoung’s face. Jinyoung bites the elder’s lower lips and made Mark open his mouth a let out a moan. The younger take opportunity to slide his tongue inside the elder’s mouth and Mark welcomed it with his own tongue. It was a hot make out session and Mark miss the touch and kiss of the younger, but something else came to his mind.

“Why did Jinyoung wanted to kiss me?”

“The one he wanted to kiss was Ben, not me……”

“He fell for Ben, he forgot about our love……”

“He doesn’t love me anymore……”

“What should I do”

All of those thought came into Mark’s mind and a tear fell down through the elder’s cheek. Mark wanted to do more, he felt Jinyoung’s hand sliding inside his t-shirt, he wanted to kiss the younger longer, but he can’t. When he knew that the one Jinyoung’s wants is Ben and not him, he felt hurt. Mark stops the kiss and push the younger a bit back away from him, he couldn’t handle it anymore, he ran out of the bathroom and left Jinyoung there dumfounded

Mark lied down on his own bed and cried more, he cried it all out. The thought of Jinyoung had already let go of their love, that he doesn't love him anymore, really hurts and he felt like being stabbed of many knifes. And the worst part is, he lost to himself, the character he made up himself.

On the other side Jinyoung felt lost and dumbfounded

“What did the kiss meant for the elder?”

“Why did the elder push him away?”

He had many thoughts in his mind. He doesn’t want to shower anymore, he put on a new shirt and went to sit on his bed and all his thought was Ben, he can hear the elder crying on the other side of the room.

“Is it so sad and hard for you to kiss me?” Jinyoung muttered and let out a sigh, he doesn’t understand the elder, he can feel the feelings the elder had for him, but why is he crying when he made a move

Hours went and it’s time to go to the hospital for Jinyoung’s check-up. Mark collects himself and went to the younger’s room. The ride to the hospital was  awkwardly silent, none of them said anything, Mark focusing on the road and Jinyoung just sits there quietly. When they had arrived, Jinyoung held the elder arm and went inside. They met JB inside of the hospital and Jinyoung changed to held JB instead and Mark followed after behind with his head low. He felt nervous, he wants Jinyoung to see again, but he was scared of to see the younger’s reaction when Jinyoung see his as Ben

Jinyoung had many check-ups and Mark waited in the VIP room where Jinyoung is supposed to stay later. After an hour or so, Jinyoung came back to the room with JB and a doctor. Mark saw the younger’s bandage on his hands are still on. Jinyoung sat on the bed and the doctor came near to the younger to take of the bandage.

Mark made a deep breath, he knew that the time had come, no matter what kind of reaction Jinyoung gives him, he’s ready to meet the worst.

The doctor takes off the bandage one round after one round, he can slowly see Jinyoung’s closed eyes. It was then he felt that he had actually held his breath, his hands are shaking.

“You can slowly try to open your eyes now…….” The doctor said and Mark can see that the younger slowly try to open his eyes

Jinyoung slowly opens one of his eyes, but felt the sudden light and covers his eyes again with his hands

“The sudden light might be uncomfortable, take it slowly, don’t push yourself too hard…...” the doctor said and Jinyoung slowly takes his hand away to try again

Jinyoung slowly opens both of his eyes and looked around of the room, he saw JB, the doctor and then Mark. Jinyoung stared at the elder without even blinking his eyes

“How are you feeling? Do you feel uncomfortable?” the doctor asked and Jinyoung moves his head to look at the doctor

“I’m fine…...” Jinyoung said and the doctor nodded his head for understanding

“We will do a check up on your eyes later, I will come back after a bit……” The doctor said and left the room

“I will go take a call…...” JB said and left the room as well, leaving Mark alone with Jinyoung

Jinyoung moves his head back to stare at the elder and Mark stares at Jinyoung as well, they looked into each other’s eyes and there’s none facial expression

Mark had imagined many kind of reaction Jinyoung would have when he sees him standing there. Getting mad and asking him why his here. Yell at him and ask him to leave. Ask JB why he let him in. but he had never thought of this situation, this kind of reaction. Jinyoung is calm, not surprised at all, like he knew that Mark would be there

“Why are you staying there? It’s so far away, come here…….” Jinyoung said without breaking their eye contact

Mark slowly went towards the younger and sat on the chair near the bed.

“Why aren’t you surprised to see me? Won’t you ask me why I’m here?” Mark asked the younger and was surprised of the chuckle Jinyoung let out

“You really think I didn’t know that you were Ben?”
