It's been a year now and believe it or not, Amber still had those feelings for Key. In fact, it become even more stronger than what

she used to had. But sadly, she had never got the chance to let him know about it. There's always something that stopping her

from doing so which is her courage. She had never feels the confident when it comes to confessing to him, because she was

really afraid of rejection, well everybody does right. She just not strong enough to face the consequences if he did rejects her.

So, she just decides to stay with what she has started, which is to act like nothing happen and she was superb with that, well

who wouldn't when she already did this everyday, for the whole year.

 

 

Amber, right now were spending her 15 minutes before the recess ends in the senior class which is Key's class. She gave,

 

“ I'm so bored, so Nicole unnie, you don't mind right, if I hanging out with you guys for awhile ? “

 

when her exact reason is no other than Key.

 

 

Now days, she will easily get the feeling of missing him whenever they parted, even though if it was only for minutes or even

seconds. So, she used that chances to heal her longing for him, although she also feels it's kinda ridiculous to do so. She was with

Nicole's group while Key was with Yoona on that moment. She intentionally choose to sit at the opposite of him so that she can

easily take glances at his face.

 

 

While talking with Nicole, she will use any chance that she had to take a look at him. She even pretends to asked something at

Yoona just to get his attention which he does by,

 

“ That's your last question for Yoona, tomboy. If you interrupt us again, I swear I will kick you out of this class. “

 

Amber just shows a merong to Key. She will feel satisfied whenever Key talks to her even though he did it in annoyance.

“ She keeps on hanging out in our class lately don't you think ? “

She happen to hear that when she approached towards Minho and Key from the back along with the girls and Taemin.

“ Is that a bad thing ? “

“ I don't know. I just getting sick looking at her face everyday. “

That was harsh and it does hurts Amber's feeling but she just shrugged it off.

“ I bet only you who had those feeling while I'm sure the rest of the sunbae were delighted to have me in their class.“

Both Key and Minho were startled when they heard that.

“ OMG ! Can you believe this girl Min ? “

“ I just say the truth. Right Minho oppa ? “

Minho just nodded to her and that made Key to boiled up.

“ Why did everyone always at her sides ? “

“ Duhh ! We love her more than you. Isn't that obvious oppa ? “

Krystal blurted out which made the gang to chuckled at her words.

“ I'm sure you're happy with that fact huh ?! “

Key uttered annoyingly to Amber.

“ Very. “ She answered shortly.

* I will be more happy if you also love me. *

 

 

Just then she get a call, “ Who's this ? “

She asked to herself when an unknown number appears on the screen.

“ Hello. “

“ AMBER JOSEPHINE LIU !! “

She was shocked with the sudden loud voice from the caller.

“ Who is this ? Why are you shouting my name ? “

“ YAH ! Don't you recognize your best friend's voice ? Have you forgotten me already ? It's me, KIM JONGHYUN. “

The caller emphasizes his name annoyingly.

“ JONGHYUN OPPA !! “ Amber shrieked right on that moment.

“ I MISS YOU SO MUCH !! “

“ Yeah right. “

“ SERIOUSLY ! I MISS YOU ! DON'T YOU MISS ME ? SAY THAT YOU MISS ME TOO ! “

She demands like a kid which made her friends to chuckled, well except for Key who thinks she just being too childish.

“ Of course I MISS YOU little Dino. That's why I'm calling you. “

 

 

Suddenly Amber felt sad with the thought that she's been parting with Jonghyun for quite a long time. She starts to felt her eyes

were pooled with tears by that time.

 

 

“ So, how have you been ? “

Jonghyun could sense that she were holding back her tears by her shaken voice.

“ Yah ! Are you crying ? “

“ What ? No. Why would I cry ? “

That caught Key's attention and he was surprised too see her eyes glistering on that moment.

“ Let's meet. “

“ Huh ? You want me to fly to L.A ? Are you crazy ? “

Jonghyun can't stop laughing because of that.

“ Babo. Of course not. I'm here silly. Seoul. “

“ WHAT ?? !! “

“ You heard me. I'm here in the Seoul city right now. “

“ SERIOUSLY ? LIKE RIGHT NOW ? BUT HOW ? WHY ? WHEN DID YOU COME ? “

“ Haha .. Let's meet and I tell you everything. “

“ Yay ! So, where should we meet ? “

“ I'm at the mall right now. Let's meet at the Starbucks ok ? “

“ Alright. Wait for me. Don't go anywhere. I'll haunt you if you move even an inch. “

“ Haha .. just come here fast. I want to hug you badly. “

They hung up after that.

“ Jonghyun oppa ? “ Sulli asked in curiosity.

“ Eung. He's my best friend from L.A. He's here in Seoul right now. “

“ Really? It must be really nice to have him right ? “

“ Totally. I'm goona meet him in awhile. Let's go back fast. He's waiting for me. “

“ Stop smiling like a fool ! “

“ Haha .. I just miss you dino oppa ! “

“ Whatever ! You're a blondie now. I almost can't recognize you.. hehe “

Jonghyun keep on playing with Amber's blonde hair which he finds she was stunning with it.

“ It's cool right ? Hehe “

“ How's school ? “

“ Great ! I've met a really good friends and I also live with them. “

“ Huh ? You're living away from your parents ? “

“ Yup ! And it's really fun .. You should try it .. hehe .. So when will you start your school ? “

“ Next week ! “

“ What ? Why are you taking so long ? “

“ I just want to have some fun first .. hehe “

“ Fine ! Let me know when it's time then I'll introduce you to my friends. “

 

 

 

They were having fun together at the mall,

 

“ So, how's your parents ? “

“ Fine. You should pay a visit later. “

“ I will, but not today. I had school for tomorrow. “

“ Hey, wanna know something ? “

Amber nodded.

“ I met a weird girl at the book store yesterday. “

“ Weird ? “

“ Yup. She was peeped on me through the book shelf. I bet she likes me. “

“ That's what you said when any girl happen to look at you. “

“ Aish, why did I born with this handsome face ? It made the girls gone crazy. “

“ I'm not. “

“ Are you a girl ? “

Strangely, Amber didn't mad at Jonghyun because of that words, in fact she was smiling at it.

“ Aren't you supposed to hit me or something by this time ? Why are you smiling ? “

“ Huh ? Hehe .. I just remembered something. That's all. “

“ Mind to share ? “

“ Well, there's one guy who always said those to me to annoys me. “

“ So, you get used to it ? “

“ Yup. Too familiar to me now. “

“ But, that don't seems to bother you at all ? “

“ Sometimes, it will. “

“ Who is this guy ? Your friend ? Your boyfriend ? “

“ None of that. Let's not talks about him anymore. I'm here to having fun with you remember ? “

“ Ok. How about a movie ? “

While they were lined up to buy the tickets for the movie,

 

“ Hey, look at 3 o'clock. “

Amber looked at where Jonghyun points at.

“ She's pretty huh ? “

She squinted her eyes to that girl and shockingly it was Yoona.

“ The one with the flowery dress ? “

Jonghyun nodded.

“ She's my friend. “

“ Really ? Can you give her number to me ? “

“ Ask it by yourself. “

Amber shows a merong to Jonghyun.

“ Jeez, you don't love me anymore. Owh, looks like she came with her boyfriend. “

Jonghyun talk to the staff when it's their turn come while Amber still had her eyes on Yoona where she spotted a guy next

to her.

“ Since when she had a boyfriend ? Who is that guy ? Huh ? “

She was surprised when she saw Key was the one who stood right next to Yoona.

“ Amber .. Amber .. “

Amber was startled when Jonghyun snapped his finger in front of her.

“ I got the tickets, let's go in. “

He just dragged Amber with him.

* Maybe, they're just hanging out together. *

It's 10 o'clock at night and Amber excuses herself to go back home.

 

“ Call me. “

“ Sure I will. “

“ Hey, cool bike. Is this new ? “

Jonghyun asked as he spotted a white super bike instead or her usual red one.

“ Hehe .. meet my white Baby Yamaha. “

“ Where's your red Baby Ducati ? “

“ At my parent's house. Daddy brought this for my last year's birthday present. “

“ It's cool though. “

“ I know right ? Ok, oppa. I'll be going now. Make sure to let me know when you're planning to attend the school. “

“ I got that. Be careful. “

Instead of went straight into the house, Amber decides to stay at the outside for awhile to wait for Key until he gets back. There

are only 3 cars at the boys house and she was sure enough that Key's was not there. She just stood by her bike,

 

 

“ It's almost 11. Why is he still not coming back ? “

“ I'll just get in then. “

Just when she thought Key will be late, she hears the sound of a car getting clearer.

“ Key ? “

She turned around and a smiled automatically formed on her face when she saw his car. She didn't realized that she's been 

 

watching him the whole time until, “ What are you looking at ? “

She was startled when Key suddenly shouted at her from the opposite house.

“ Why do you care ? “ She shouted back.

“ Seems like you just came back. “

“ So do you. “

“ Where were you ? Clubbing ? Haha. “ Key joked around.

“ Yes. “

 

 

With that Amber just leaved him dumbfounded and walked inside the house. She feels satisfied with Key's reaction to her answer

just now. Key looks extremely shocked by that time.

 

“ Did she just say she went to a club ? No right. She won't right ? She's still 18. “

Days after

 

 

“ Yah ! Where are you going ? “

Myungsoo asked when he saw Amber starts to packing up.

“ I promised Minho oppa to play basketball with him today. “

Well, it's not because of Minho exactly.

She was extra excited today since Key also going to join their game.

“ I thought we are going to have some ddobuki today ? “

He asked once again pouted at her.

“ Owh, sorry. I totally forgot about that. “

“ It's ok. Can I join you guys then ? “

“ Sure, hurry up. I don't want to keep him waiting. “

 

 

 

Gymnasium

 

 

“ Sorry, I'm late. I brought some company. “

She pointed at Myungsoo and Zico who happen bumped into them just now.

“ Cool, go change your cloth first. “

“ Yes, sir ! By the way, I didn't see Key somewhere ? “

“ He's over there. Talking with the girls. “

Amber spotted him at the bench with Yoona, Krystal and Nicole.

“ Why is Nicole unnie in here ? “

“ Obviously because of me. “

She was startled when Jinwoon suddenly appears in front of her.

“ And Yoona unnie ? “

“ She want to play one game with Krystal and the girls later on. “

Amber just nodded and walked towards the changing room.

 

 

They starts the game when everybody's ready. Usually, Amber will be in Minho's team but today she's not and Key was her

opponent on that day. She did well at the first half of the game but then slowly she gets distracted with the cheers from the girls

and strangely it really did bothered her. It's not like this is the first time the girls will go crazy chanting for their favorite player,

but because this is the first time she ever heard someone cheers for Key, it made her minds to get distracted.

 

 

“ You can do it Key. Come on !! “

 

And that someone was none other else than Yoona, herself. Amber didn't aware of what she's been doing by that time and the

last thing that she know is the great impact that she felt on her body as she's fell down on the floor.

 

“ Amber ! Are you alright ? “

Zico asked as he helped her out.

“ Urghh ! It's really hurt. Who did that ? “

She asked with her eyes wandered around the boys that been surrounded her.

“ Sorry, my bad. “

Zico hesitantly raised his hand.

“ Aish ! What was that for ? “

“ I didn't do it on purpose. I've called you for many times and I thought you heard me. So I just threw the ball to you. “

Amber just glared at him while her hands still rubbing her back, to soothe the pain.

“ Where did you put your mind Am ? You're spacing out just now. “

Minho asked as he still checking on her.

“ Huh ? I .. “

She took a glance at Key who's already went to the bench to take his break.

“ Can we take a break ? “

“ Sure. “

 

They headed to have their short break and Amber decides to sit with Nicole since Key was nearby her.

“ Tired ? “

She nodded and took the drink that Nicole gave.

“ You seems lost just now. What's wrong ? “

“ Nothing. Just tired. “

She kept her eyes on Key while drinking the water.

“ Did Yoona unnie really cheered for Key just now ? “

Nicole just nodded to her.

“ I bet Key made her to do that.. hehe “ She added some more.

 

 

* He's been clinging too much to Yoona unnie lately. *

 

Amber once again took a glance at Key who's currently were cheering for the girls that were playing right now.

 

“ Yah ! Krystal ! That was a foul ! You cannot just pushed Yoona like that. “

He's been shouting like a crazy fan boy from far.

“ Will you just shut up ? “

Amber looked at him annoyingly with the fact that he's been chanting Yoona's name for countless time.

“ No. “

He simply answered with his eyes still fixated on the game.

“ Your voice is killing me. “

“ That's great then. “

Amber just can't help but to feel pissed with Key.

“ Go Yoona ! Fighting ! “

She can't take it anymore and just stomped her feet out of the gym.

She texted Minho and informed him that she's going back home first.

 

* Did Key likes Yoona unnie ? *

 

She wasn't sure since when did Key and Yoona become close but she realized there are sparkles in Key's eyes whenever they

were together.

 

* But, I'm sure Key isn't the type that Yoona unnie will like. *

 

“ Maybe, I'm thinking too much. Key would definitely tell us if he likes someone. “
