I left school that day; I wanted to get home as soon as possible and not see Yongguk. I regretted breaking up with him and wished I could take it back, but I thought it was too late. I practically ran out of the school grounds to escape any chance that I might bump into him.
I was down the street from the school when I heard laughing behind me, I slyly looked over my shoulder and saw Yongguk and his group of friends. My eyes widened and I began to increase up my walking speed.
“Hey, Choi Ina!” I heard what sounded like Zelo shout to me. I groaned in frustration and stopped walking to wait for them to catch up to me. “Noona, how are you?” the blonde Maknae asked and I smiled.
“I’m good, you?” I asked him but looked at Yongguk who just smiled.
Could he possibly still feel the same?
We all eventually got to my house and the other guys left. Yongguk stayed behind to talk to me. My heart was racing; I felt nervous but excited about being with him.
“Ina, nothing’s over between us” he spoke in his low, y voice and my heart melted. “I’ll always love you and I’m not letting you go”
