“Explain what?”

“Last night, where you at huh?”

Mom asked curiously.

“Ohh.. that.. last night..”

“You didn’t answer Mr. Kim’s phone calls when I told him to call  you.”

Baro added

I was about to explain when someone opened the door without even knocking.

“Oh.. I’m sorry I didn’t knock.. I thought you guys are still sleeping.”

Nickhun said as he bowed to greet mom.

“HIM!!!~”

I screamed.

“Wha-What now? Why me?”

Nickhun cluelessly asked.

“I was with you last night, right?”

He just nodded and I continued.

“So mom, there’s nothing to be worry about.

I was with him all night.” I said

“Hearing those words making me have goose bumps.”

Mom joked.

“What did you guys did then huh?!”

Baro asked while raising his right eye brow.

“About that..” Nickhun tried to explain.

“It’s a big secret.”

I stick out my tongue.

“HA! Aunt, did you see that? She’s keeping a secret from me now?! Aish”

“I guess so, Baro.” Mom replied

Baro just pouted and sat beside my mom’s bed.

“What are those Khunnie?”

“Ohh.. these? Thanks for reminding me. It’s for you and aunt.

Apples and some clothes I bought.”

“Apples again huh?”

Mom asked while smiling

“Yes. It’s her favorite.” He smiled

“Whaa? You bought me clothes? You don’t really have to.”

“Don’t worry it’s not expensive as you thought. I just chose what I think is the best for you.”

“Still..”

“Just wear it okay?”

“Besides, I can go home and take a bath so..”

“I know that you don’t want to leave your mom here and you don’t want and you CAN’T be dirty so yeah. You can go take a bath there and change into these clothes.”

He lend me the paper bag.

“Naaaah! This is too much! Swear! Khunnie!

But yeah, Thank you! I promise I’ll pay you back!”

“You don’t have to, silly.”

“Okaaaaay.. since you guys were here, I’ll go clean up first.

You guys, can you keep an eye on mom? She might escape. HAHA!”

“YAAAAH~ Don’t act like you did not escape like before.”

Mom reacted.

“Quiet mom!”

“Go ahead now. It’s getting smelly here.”

Mom covered her nose.

“Ahhh.. maybe it’s Baro. Oh no.. Surely is!”

I said.
