“Gong Taekwang” said Eunbi shockingly 

“Anneyong!” Taekwang said smirkingly 

“Ya. What’re you doing here? Why’re you here? Aren’t you supposed to be in London? Why?” Eunbi asked

“Ya! Ya! Asking me one by one. I am here to see you of course.”

“Wae?” Eunbi said. She still can’t believe that he is here. The guy that she tries so hard to forget is here.

“Because I want to. Ani. I need to see you.” Taekwang said

“I can’t.. you should go.” Eunbi said

“Ya. It tooks me more than 12 hours flight to come here.”

“I never asked you to come. You should go.” Eunbi said coldly 

“Ya! Go Eunbi!”

“It’s nice to see you again but I don’t think seeing each other again is the best thing for us.”

“You’re wrong. I won’t give up though. Today is the only time I have. I’ll leave tomorrow morning.” Taekwang said and he gives her his umbrella. Eunbi refuses to take it at first but Taekwang force her to. He puts his umbrella to her hands and then he walks away from her. The rain makes his body wet. Eunbi looks him worryingly.

She open the umbrella and she prepares to run to him but then she stop her step. Her phone is ringing and it’s her boyfriend. She looks at her phone and she answers it.

“Wae?” Eunbi asked

“Are you still at the school?” Ji Soo Ho asked

“Ne.”

“I am on my way to your school. I’ll pick you up in few minutes.”

“Araso.” She said and end his called. There’s a mixed feelings in her heart. She just stand silently while looking at the rains.

Eunbi and Soo Ho are sitting in the cafe. They ordered some hot drinks. Soo Ho talks about his show and Eunbi just listen to him. 

Gong Taekwang enters the cafe and he sees Eunbi with a guy that he doesn’t know. He chuckled bitterly and goes to the cashier to orders a drink.

Eunbi takes a deep breath when she glances at the door. She knows that Taekwang is here.

“Something wrong?” Soo Ho asked her

“Ani. Nothing wrong.” Eunbi lied

Gong Taekwang is sitting near the window. He knows that Eunbi doesn’t want him to greet them. He’s just sipping his hot cocoa. Then his phone starts to ring. He takes the call. It’s from his office. He start to speak english fluently.

Eunbi can’t help to notices him. He looks busy yet charming at the same time. 

“Did you know that guy?” Soo Ho asked. He knew that something was bothering her. 

“Ah. Mianhae. Ne.” Eunbi said

“Dugu?”

“My friend from high school.”

“Why didn’t you greet him?”

“He seems busy.” Eunbi lied again

“He speaks english fluently.”

“Ne. He studied in london.”

“You know him really well, don’t you?”

“My high school is not that big. So i know some of them.”

“Ah he finished his called. Let’s greet him. I bet he remembered you.”

“Ya! Soo Ho don’t!!” 

Soo Ho walks towards Taekwang and says, “Hello”

Taekwang seems surprised at first but he greet him back. “Hello” Taekwang smiles at him.

“You must remember Go Eunbi, she said that you and her go to the same high school.” Soo Ho said while point to Eunbi.

Eunbi walks towards them and greet him.

“Of course. She’s hard to forget.” Taekwang said nonchalantly

“I am his boyfriend, Ji Soo Ho.”

“I am Gong Taekwang, nice meet you.”

“I heard from Eunbi that you’re not living here. Are you on holiday?” Soo Ho seems really curious

“Ani. I just visiting my ex but she rejected me so..” Taekwang said without any expression in his face

Eunbi is chocking when she heard it.

“Ya! Gwenchana?” Soo Ho asked her

“Ne. Gwenchana.” Eunbi said

“Poor you. We’re going to have dinner. You can join us if you want. We can show you around.”

“Ya..” Eunbi protested 

“Sure! I’ll be glad.” Taekwang smiles brightly

 

Then they go to a restaurant near the cafe. It’s small restaurant but people are waiting for their seat. They waited for few minutes and they enter the restaurant.

Soo Ho ordered some foods and he starts to ask questions to Taekwang.

“So. How’s my Eunbi in high school?” Soo Ho asked

“She’s kind and gentle as always.” Taekwang said 

“Ah. She doesn’t change then. Do you know her boyfriend?”

“Han Yi Ahn?” Taekwang asked

“Not him. He’s with Eunbyul now.”

“Really? He’s with your sister now? Poor him.” Taekwang said

“Ya! That’s my sister!” Eunbi protested 

“She’s your evil twin sister to be exact.” Taekwang said

“She’s different personality with my Eunbi but their face are the same. Don’t you think? I can’t differentiate which one is Eunbi and which one is Eunbyul. I only get right like 1 out of 10.” Soo Ho said

“Ani. They’re totally different. Eunbyul is more unpleasant to see than her.” Taekwang said

Before Soo Ho continues his talking, the food has arrived. They start to eat. Eunbi asks the waitress for empty plate. They give her right away. She took some of chili from Taekwang food into the empty plate. 

Soo Ho looks confused and ask her, “why you take those?” 

“He can’t eat spicy food.” Eunbi said without realizing

“Ne. I can’t eat those things.” Taekwang confirmed it

Soo Ho looks at them and he notices something. 

They continue to eat and finished after few minutes. Taekwang is paying for their foods as as his gratitude.

“Ah you don’t need to pay.” Soo Ho said

“Ani. You’ve been so nice and friendly to me. This is the least thing I can do for you. Well it’s getting dark, I have to take an early bus tomorrow.”

When Taekwang wants to continue, a cockroach walks to him. He then shout and hides behind Eunbi.

Eunbi is surprise but then she’s laugh so hard.

“Ya! Are you still afraid with that little insect?” Eunbi asked him while laughing 

“Ya! That thing is scary!” Taekwang just lose all his coolness in one second because of that.

The cockroach then goes away from them.

Soo Ho just look at them and chuckled a little bit.

“Ah mianhae, I just hate that. Thank you again. I wish to see you again. Take care of her.” Taekwang said and leave them

Eunbi looks his back fading away from them. Soo Ho grab her hands and they walk the opposite way from Taekwang.

Few minutes later, they arrive at her apartment. Soo Ho doesn’t want to release his hand.

“Something wrong?” Eunbi asked

He then pull her and hug her tightly.

“Ya. Oppa.” Eunbi said

“Don’t leave me. I love you.” Soo Ho said

Eunbi notices he knows about her and Taekwang.

“Oppa..”

He push her gently and says, “he’s more than just an old friend. Isn’t he? I never see you laugh like that. You two fight yet you seems happy when you have an argument with him.”

“I am sorry.” Eunbi is crying 

“Eunbi ah.”

“I won’t go to him. I..am sorry oppa”

He hugs her more tight and he says, “Gwenchana, as long as you’re with me.”

 

On the next morning, Taekwang goes to the bus terminal. He buys the ticket and he approaches someone familiar. It’s Soo Ho.

“Ya. You’re so kind. You even come here to see me leave.” Taekwang said

“Ne. I just want to make sure that you’re leaving and won’t bother her anymore.” Soo Ho said cold 

“Ah. I won’t bother her again. All I want is her happiness.”

“I will give her that.” Soo Ho said

“You must or I’ll tear you into pieces.” Taekwang said coldly

Taekwang goes to his bus and left Tongyeong.

After check in at the airport, Taekwang walks towards the entrance and someone is waiting for him.

“Go Eunbyul.” He said 

“Anneyong Gong Taekwang.” Eunbyul said

“You know, you’re the opposite person that I want to see right now.” Taekwang said

“Ara but unfortunately that person is too afraid to come. So when will you be back for good?” Eunbyul asked easily 

“In two years maybe. After I finished my contract there, I will be back directly. I want to tell her that but..”

“Are you giving up?”

“Ani.”

“Good! I hate to see her miserable. I talked to her yesterday night and I need to dig really deeper for her to finally told me that you’re back. I love her but sometimes I want her to stop thinking about others.”

“That’s her charm. Please take care of her.”

“Ya. Worry about yourself. She’s someone now.”

“Ara. I have to go.” 

“Have safe flight pabo!”

Taekwang goes inside and Go Eunbyul takes his picture of his back and send it to Eunbi.

She text her

He’s gone. Happy? 

 

Eunbi just finished her bath when she received message from her sister. She read it and her tears starts to pour again. She messages her sister back
