He had never been masochistic, but he found a sick enjoyment in the way those fingers dug into his skin.  He nearly laughed aloud as his head was jerked back, his scalp screaming in protest.  Even as the sharp slap echoed off the walls, he could do nothing but smile.

“, what is wrong with you?” the other snarled.

He shrugged, smiling still.

“I’m serious, there’s something wrong with you.”

The smile remained and he nodded in easy agreement.

“I can’t believe I ever loved you.”

The words brought the first sting of real pain, and the man bit back a sigh.  His smile contorted into a pained grimace.

“Me either.”

Chapter 9: Awww this makes me want to give Kyu a happy hug! He's so squishy here! Wookie is just precious too with his stickers XD I was really surprised when Kyuhyun learned how to cook (not that it's gonna stop me from using the "Kyu at cooking" stereotype #sorrynotsorry), but I like to think Ryeowook being away had something to do with it. This drabble puts that dream into words which makes me really happy ^^

And Ryeowook sending him recipe cards is adorable.... with kimchi fried rice being his favorite- of course it gets to be on the index card with his favorite color and a gold star.... love those little details!

Chapter 8: I think you might have failed in writing the prompt. I don't think I see any broken hearts in this piece. Lol! But who's complaining? I love seeing KyuWook in the early stages of flirting and falling in love. (And I'm just teasing about the failure. Kyuhyun's transplant is an interesting interpretation of a broken heart. I like that you don't always stick to a traditional idea about something.) Great drabble! Are you taking prompt requests?

Chapter 8: Doctor Ryeowook is such a cutie! I love that I can imagine a whole novel of Kyu getting better and them meeting up outside the hospital and getting together and then Kyu getting worse again and Ryeowook is all conflicted and then Kyu gets better and it’s a beautiful happy ending. All from the few details in your drabble! Happy Valentines Day!
