Sungjae arrived back at his dorm. It was dead quiet, his hyungs were all out for their individual schedules. Even Sami was too busy sleeping to welcome him home. He sat alone on the sofa, hugging the cushion tightly. Soon, he got up and decided to call his mom.

Sungjae: Hey mom

Mom: Oh hey Sungjae-ah, what's up?

Sungjae: How are you doing? 

Mom: I'm great, have you eaten yet?

Sungjae: Yea... What about dad?

Mom: He's great too, he's at the office right now

Sungjae: That's good then...

Mom: Is something wrong?

Sungjae: Nah, just wanted to check on you guys, I'll call you again mom

Mom: Okay, take care my son

Sungjae: You too mom

Sungjae hung up then phone, and decided to call Peniel.

Sungjae: Hyung

Peniel: What's up man?

Sungjae: What are you doing?

Peniel: I'm out with a friend

Sungjae: Oh really...?

Peniel: Yup

Sungjae: Alright then, I'll see you tomorrow 

Peniel: Okay, bye

Sungjae put down his phone and sighed. He squatted down next to Sami and gently petted her.

Sungjae: Sami-ah... It seems like everyone's doing so well, and I'm the only one who's not fine... Sigh... Why is everyone so busy when I need someone to lean on the most...? 

Sungjae sat on the sofa miserably and stared out the window. Spring was coming and flowers began to blossom, the weather was becoming warmer, but yet he feels exceptionally lonely. It was the season of love, but yet he had just lost love. 

Sungjae: I'll be fine, I'll manage just fine without others to lean on... I'm doing great, right Sami? I'm okay, I'm...

As much as Sungjae tried to convince himself that he was fine, he couldn't continue because he could no longer stand it, the mixture of the pain and the loneliness was too much for him to endure. Just as he broke down into tears, Changsub was back. Seeing the maknae crying in the middle of the living room, Changsub immediately rushed over to his side and held Sungjae in his arms. 

Sungjae: *Crying* Why did you just come back now hyung... Why didn't you come back earlier... 

Changsub: Ya Sungjae-ah, why are you crying...? I saw the articles, what happened? 

Sungjae: I... I let her go... That's the only thing I can do to protect her...

Changsub: You broke up...? Aigoo, alright alright... I'm sorry I didn't come back earlier, if I knew I would've came home right away, I'm sorry... There there, it's okay...

Sungjae: I can't do this hyung... I can't...

Changsub: Have you been sitting here alone all day...? 

Sungjae: Yea...

Changsub: You fool... Why didn't you call me??

Sungjae: You were busy, I didn't want to bother you... 

Changsub: Ya, when are you gonna stop only thinking about others and start thinking for yourself...?? Is work that important?? Do you actually think work is more important to me than you are? Do you think I can't even spare a minute during my work to talk to you?
