Worse, he even did it in public, as if it was the most natural thing to do. And now the question is:

The answer is certainly not. That's not normal. Normally, men wont caress other men like Jiyong caress Seungri. He has even caress Seungri's thighs several times. It wouldn't have been possible if he had no feelings for Seungri.

The answer is certainly not. That's not normal. Normally, men wont hug another man like Jiyong hugged Seungri. He even once hugged Seungri from behind and made Seungri walk with Jiyong sticking behind him. It's too intimate. Even couples who actually dating didn't act like that.

And still, the answer is certainly not. That's not normal. A man kisses another man on the cheek and even does it in public. If the man is normal he may have vomited. But Jiyong isn’t. He even smiled afterwards.

So, is Seungri blamed if he becomes greedy?

Certainly not.

If Jiyong had never wanted Seungri, then all Seungri had to do was make Jiyong want him. Even if he must do something crazy like he does now. Brain wash.

There are many types of Brainwashing and what Seungri does is not exactly a brainwashing. Why? Because brainwashing generally makes your target completely obey you, but the one that make Seungri's brainwashing whether successful or not  is Jiyong himself. If he is 100% doesn't have feeling (love) towards Seungri, then the brainwashing wont work. But if Jiyong had at least a little feeling (love) for Seungri, then brainwashing would certainly work. Well, let's think this as a mild brainwashing.

And don't blame Seungri if he chose this way. Because he felt it was enough for him to wait. The feeling is too big to be left like that.

Jiyong POV :

It's been 2 weeks since bae successfully influenced me and made me a fanfiction fanatic. I read fanfiction almost all day because I didn't have any activities since MOTTE's finished. Fanfiction that I haven't read is still a lot and the members also can't hungout with me. Daesung has already left to Japan, Yongbae is on his tour, and Sungri is in China. Only I that free without work now so there's no problem if I read fanfic for next few days, right?
