They don't really interact at school, 'cause DoWoon's fans are obnoxious and YoungHyun's not well known for being social, but DoWoon thinks WonPil knows about them.

It's not unbelievable, he's the sensitive, quiet guy in their class who always knows what's going on with everyone, but DoWoon wonders why he's paying so much attention to them, specifically.

About half the class has emptied out for lunch, blessedly including his herd today, so now is the perfect opportunity to stare questioningly at WonPil.

WonPil stares back, carefully blank, and now SungJin is looking at both of them wondering why his best friend is having a staring contest with the school idol.

DoWoon is intent to wait him out, but he can feel YoungHyun frowning at the side of his head and now it's a four-way.

YoungHyun, predictably, snaps first, blocking DoWoon with his whole body and shooting daggers at a satisfied WonPil. SungJin is reasonably confused.

YoungHyun pivots to give him a kicked puppy face and everyone else keeps looking at them.

Everyone except for WonPil who's looking sadly at Jae's best friend.

The best friend who's biting her lip and has eyes only for YoungHyun.

Oh.

WonPil nods and DoWoon nods back and takes YoungHyun away with him before the delinquent can start throwing a fit.

They find an empty stairwell and YoungHyun raises his pout level to a full ten and DoWoon just laughs at him.

"What was that about?" He huffs, trying for a glare and landing at lip wobble. DoWoon laughs again and leans back, fingers hooked in YoungHyun's belt-loops.

"Fool." He calls affectionately and enjoys the way YoungHyun's forehead crinkles. He shuts his eyes and lets YoungHyun kiss him, hands on the wall on either side of his head and teeth nipping his bottom lip.

Childish fool.
