The loud cheering of my class was deafening when Jeon Jungkook, the school’s quarterback star and youngest member of the popular ‘main’ clique BTS,  shoved his tongue into cheer captain Kim Bora's throat.

I did not understand the hype. Okay, they were the it-couple at the moment, both being  popular and all, but couldn't they search for a janitor's closet or something like that? Everybody, excuse me, I would  prefer not  to see them doing live action in public like this. Not only that, class was about to start and I could not afford to slack off by being distracted. But the kiss was getting pretty intense, obnoxious sounds included. I groaned. Because why, tell me why, did they have to sit right in front of me? Was my life not sad enough? Did they want to rub it in that I was never kissed by someone like that? Did they want to let me see that this was love? The supposedly existing love?

How wrong they were about that.

No, they were keeping me from work. I am not that of a social person and would definitely never dare to interrupt them, but this was about my mental sanity. 

So I gathered all of my courage to lash out.

"Excuse m-me, c-could you please s-stop right now?" The cheering stopped and the pair comically freezed, baffled someone dared to interrupt them. 

Bora was the first to whine. Jungkook looked only utterly annoyed and managed to glare at me, only to stop his action when locking eyes. His mouth parted a bit and his eyes widened. His whole body language changed at that moment. Bora, however, seems to miss the exchange and continued with her complaint. "Kook, don't waste your time on her, just kiss me again."  Jungkook seemed to get really angry and the whole crowd oohed. “Get away from me." He only hissed, a harsh glare on his face. I avert my face, as it was obvious he is talking to me and Bora looks pleased. "Good, know your place. Now, Kook, were- "

"I mean you, not her."  

Big silence.

Soft whispers were getting louder in the classroom and even the teacher, who was actually in the classroom to my surprise,  looked interested. Did Jungkook just reject Bora in public? I knew he could be a brat sometimes but this was too much, even for him. But it wasn’t only me who noticed him acting out of character. Obviously everyone also thought the reason was me as they were all staring at me, including star struck Jungkook. I shuddered, his change in demeanor was too sudden. Bora however panicked at that short notice. "W-what!
