Sooyoung’s POV

 

I went to grab an ice cream before heading home. I sit at the corner looking out the window. I watch the couple pass by then inside the ice cream parlor, couple are chatting and feeding each other happily.

 

Why I can’t be like this with Sica? Is she really that asshame of me? I love you so much Sica-ah...... – Soo thought

 

Jessica’s POV

 

I went inside the living room and saw my parents talking with a guy.

 

‘ Appa, umma ’

 

‘ Oh darling, you are here. Come let me introduce ’

 

I sigh

 

‘ Jessica, he is Kim Hee-Chul. He is the heir of HC Corporation ’ Appa introduce

 

‘ Hee-Chul, she is my daughter Jessica ’

 

‘ Nice to meet you Jessica ’ he smiles

 

‘ Nice to meet you too ’ I force a smile then look at my parents

‘ I don’t know we have guest tonight ’

 

‘ Oh, I forgot to tell you ’ umma said

 

Yeah right

 

‘ You two look really good together ’

 

‘ Appa.... ’

 

‘ What is true. Maybe you two can be friend, since you both are single ’

 

Oh no, don’t tell me they are trying to get me in a blind date

 

‘ Well, since you still early before diner. Why don’t you two go for a walk in the garden. I’ll call you when diner is ready ’ umma said

 

Hee-Chul seem nice and since he is our guest I don’t want to be rough so I say yes.

 

We went to the garden and we walk silently

 

‘ Hee-Chul, what’s your hobby? ’

 

He chuckles

 

‘ You can call me oppa, I’m a few months older than you. When I have free time, I read book at home. I know I’m a boring person ’

 

‘ Nah.....I love staying home too ’

 

Well because I have my girlfriend with me. I wonder what is Soo doing right now. God I already miss her.....

 

‘ Jessica? ’

 

He snaps me out from my thought

 

‘ I ask what is your hobby? ’

 

‘ I like staying home watching movie and cook ’

 

‘ You must be very good at cooking ’

 

‘ Nah...I’m still learning ’

 

‘ Diner ready ’ we hear umma’s voice

 

At the dining room

 

‘ Hee-Chul eat more ’ Appa said

 

‘ I will uncle ’

 

While eating

 

‘ Uncle, auntie ’ Hee-Chul suddenly call

 

Everyone is looking at him

 

‘ I want your permission to ask Jessica to be my girlfriend ’

 

He suddenly said and I choke on the water

 

‘ You are kidding right? ’

 

Before he answers

 

‘ Of course we will agree ’ appa said

 

Appa just answer for me without asking what I want.

 

After diner when Hee-Chul left

 

‘ Appa, I don’t want to date Hee-Chul ’

 

‘ Why? ’

 

‘ I..........I just don’t have feeling for him ’

 

‘ He is a great guy Jessica ’

 

‘ I’m not interested in him ’

 

‘ Are you dating someone? ’ umma asks

 

I shake my head

 

‘ He will be a great help for our business. I already choose him for our son-in-law ’ appa said

 

‘ How can you do this to me? I’m your daughter not your doll ’

 

‘ You are also the heiress of the Jung’s Corporation. Just get ready for your date tomorrow ’ appa said then get away

 

Umma takes my hand

 

‘ Darling, we do this for you. You will understand one day ’

 

‘ I don’t love him. I love someone else ’ I said when my parents are gone

 

The next day

 

I get ready for my so call date with Hee-Chul. He is waiting for me in front of my building with a bouquet of rose

 

‘ You are beautiful today. It’s for you ’

 

‘ Thank you ’

 

He opens the door for me

 

‘ I bought some movie tickets, I don’t know what kind of movie you like so I bought them all. You can choose the movie you like ’

 

At the end of the date, Hee-Chul send me home.

 

‘ I have a lot of fun today. Thank you ’

 

‘ Me too ’ I give a small smile

 

Hee-Chul suddenly kisses my cheek

 

‘ It’s late. Go inside, I’ll call you later ’

 

‘ Bye ’ I said and went inside the building

 

Yuri’s POV

 

I was in the boutique with Sunhwa choosing our engagement dress.

 

‘ Yuri, how about this one? ’ she comes out

 

‘ It’s beautiful ’ I look at her imagining Yoona in that dress

 

‘ Then I’ll choose that one ’ she went back inside the changing room

 

YoonYul’s POV

While waiting

 

‘ Yul? ’

 

Yul is frozen when she heard the voice, she turns and saw Yoong standing in front of her

 

‘ Yoong, what are doing here? ’

 

‘ I went for grocery shopping, when I pass by I saw you inside. What are you doing here? ’

 

‘ I........... ’

 

‘ Yul ’

 

Yoong turns and saw a girl coming toward them then wraps her arms around Yul’s.

 

‘ Yul, who is she? ’

 

‘ She...hmm.....she...... ’

 

‘ I’m Yoona, Miss Kwon employee ’

 

‘ Hi, I’m Sunhwa. Yuri’s fiancée ’

 

‘ Fiancée? ’

 

Sunhwa smiles

 

‘ You must be surprise. I’m sure Yul didn’t tell anyone about it ’

 

‘ C-C-Congratulation........I’m.....I’m leaving now ’ Yoong bows and quickly walks out the boutique before they see her tears.

 

‘ Sunhwa, can you wait me here. I forget to tell something to Yoona about the projet she is following ’

 

‘ Sure ’

 

Yul runs out the boutique and looks around. She finally spots the younger girl on the other side of the street ready to get into the cab.

 

‘ Yoong ’ Yul sreams

 

The doe-eyes looks up and get inside.

 

Yul get back into the boutique

 

‘ Sunhwa, I’m really sorry. I got an emergency from the office I need to leave now. Let me send you home first ’

 

‘ It’s ok, you go first. I’ll be fine ’

 

‘ Ok, I’m sorry ’

 

With this, Yul runs out and drive to Yoong’s apartment.

 

Yul used the keycode to enter the apartment. Inside the apartment, she saw Yoong crying on the couch.

 

‘ Yoong..... ’ Yul slowly walks closer

 

Yoona looks up, she wipes her tears

 

‘ What are you doing here? Get out ’ Yoong stands up and pushes Yul toward the door.

 

‘ Please, hear me first ’

 

‘ I don’t want to hear your lies anymore. You are engaged and you lie to me the whole time ’

 

Yul hugs Yoong

 

‘ I’m sorry, I know I should told you but I’m just too scare to lose you ’

 

Yoong pushes Yul away

 

‘ Are you engage before we are together? ’

 

‘ ............... ’

 

Yoong chuckles

 

‘ I’m so stupid ’

 

‘ I love you Yoong, I don’t love Sunhwa. All this engagement it’s arrange by my parents ’

‘ It’t doesn’t matter, you lied to me ’

 

‘ I love you Yoong, please don’t give up on us ’

 

‘ YOU ARE ENGAGE, HOW CAN YOU ASK ME TO NOT GIVE UP ON US ’ Yoong yells while crying

 

‘ Yoong, please..... ’

 

‘ Get out ’

 

‘ Please don’t......... ’

 

Yoong pushes Yul outside and close the door behind. Yoong falls on the floor and cries.

 

‘ Yoong, please open the door ’ Yul starts knocking

 

‘ Leave, I don’t wanna see you ’

 

After an hour, Yoong walks toward the window. Slowly it start raining. She saw Yul still waiting outside but she just ignore it and went into the bedroom.

 

Later, the rain become more heavy. Yul is dripping wet while shivering. She suddenly feels someone standing in front of her holding an umbrella. When she looks up she saw Yoong in front of her.

 

‘ You will get sick, go home ’

 

Yul hugs Yoong.

 

‘ I won’t go anywhere ’

 

Yoong sighs

 

‘ Let’s get inside first ’

 

Back to Yoona’s apartment, the younger girl give a towel and new clothes to Yul.

 

‘ Go take and shower ’

 

‘ You won’t leave while I’m inside the bathroom right? ’

 

‘ Just go. I’ll wait for you ’

 

30 minutes later, Yul comes out in the dry clothes and saw Yoong sitting on the edge of the bed

 

Yul holds Yoong’s hand

 

‘ I’m sorry for lying to you. Please believe me, I was just scare to lose you if I tell you the truth. I fall for you the moment I lay my eye on you. I never believe love at first sight but you prove me wrong. Yes, I was engage to Sunhwa back then but I don’t have feeling for her that’s why I always postpone this engagement party until now ’

 

‘ Why you tell me this now? What do you want me to do? ’

 

‘ I won’t give up on us. Please, give me sometimes ’

 

‘ How long? ’

 

‘ I-I-I don’t know I just need time ’

 

Yoong shakes her head

 

‘ You have a lot of time to cancel this engagement but you never did. You will never have the courage ’

 

‘ For you I will. Please, give me more time. Even if I’m engage with her, I’m still not married ’

 

‘ You don’t know what you are talking about. You want me to be your secret lover forever. For god sake, you are getting engage. I don’t want to be the third wheel, let’s bre..... ’

 

Yul cuts Yoong from saying those three words.

 

‘ Please don’t say it. I will break up with her, give me one month. I promise I will do it for you ’ Yul pleases

 

‘ I don’t know ’ Yoong looks away

 

Yul cupped the doe-eyes face forcing the girl to look into her eyes.

 

‘ Do you love me? ’

 

‘ .............. ’

 

‘ Yoong answer me, do you love me? ’

 

‘ I love you and I never stop loving you ’

 

Yul smiles hearing Yoong’s words

 

‘ Give me more time, I can’t lose you ’

 

‘ Will you really break up with her? ’

 

‘ I will ’

 

Yul’s slowly come closer to Yoong’s face until their lips connect. The tan girl slowly pushes the younger girl on the bed and climb on top.

 

They are kissing until Yoong feels Yul’s hand unbutonning her pants. Yoong stops Yul’s hand. Yul stops what she is doing and looks into her lover’s eyes.

 

‘ I want you ’

 

Then she connects their lips once again and this time Yoong just let Yul. Tonight, they made love for the first time.

 

The next morning

 

Yul opens her eyes and smiles seeing Yoong sleeping peacefully in her embrance. The older girl slowly plants a kiss on Yoong’s cheek. She can’t help but smile thinking about last night.

 

‘ Baby, wake up ’ Yul said softly

 

‘ Hmmm......... ’

 

‘ Baby, you need to wake up if you don’t want to be late at work ’

 

Yoong’s eyes wide open

 

‘ What time it is? ’

 

‘ 7 ’

 

‘ God.... ’

 

She jumps off the bed forgetting that she is still . Yul jaws drops seeing the scene in front of her.

 

Yoong saw Yul’s staring at her then she remembers that she is still . She runs back into the bed covering herself with the blanket.

 

Yul chuckles

 

‘ Why you are so shy? I already see everything last night ’

 

‘ Still.....p-please stop staring ’

Yul takes the bathrobe next the bed and give it to Yoong.

 

‘ Here. Now you really should go take a shower or we’ll be really late ’

 

While Yoong is in the bathroom, Yul decides to make breakfast for them. Yul’s phone rang and when she saw the id she sighs.

 

‘ Hello Sunhwa? ’

 

‘ Morning Yul, where are you? Auntie went to your place but you were not there ’

 

‘ I was at the office, do you need anything? ’

 

‘ No, I was just worry about you ’

 

While Yul is on the phone, Yoong already finish freshing up. Seeing her lover talks on the phone with her fiancée make Yoong jealous but she knows her place. Yul smiles when she saw Yoong coming toward her

 

‘ We’ll talk later bye ’

 

‘ Morning baby ’ Yul pecks Yoong’s lips

 

‘ Morning baby ’ Yoong then looks at the table

 

‘ I prepare breakfast when you are taking your bath ’

 

‘ Go take a bath, I’ll cook for you ’

 

After Yul comes back, the couple eat their breakfast happily.
