Chapter 1

 

SooSica’s POV

 

Soo is chatting with some staff about the new projet

 

‘ Soo, there’s something in your hair ’ Yura said then takes the small paper away

 

‘ Thank you ’ Soo gives the girl her charming smile

 

‘ Y-Y-You are welcome ’ Yura said while blushing

‘ CHOI SOOYOUNG IN MY OFFICE NOW ’

BANG....

The whole floor jumps at their boss Jessica’s sudden yelling

‘ Soo, did you do something? Miss Jung seems very mad at you ’ Yoong said

‘ I didn’t do anything. I better get going before I got fired ’

* Knock Knock *

‘ Come in ’

Soo gets inside the CEO office and slowly close the door behind. Sica didn’t even look up

‘ Babe.... ’ Soo back hugs the older girl

‘ Don’t babe me. Go have fun with Yura ’

Soo turns Sica’s chair forcing the older girl to look at her

‘ I did nothing, why are you mad at me? ’ Soo asks

‘ YAH....... ’ Sica stands up and almost yells but quickly lower her voice scaring that the staff outside will heard

‘ Everyone one in this building know that she have a crush on you. Why you let her touch you? ’

‘ Yura just helps me to get off the small sheet in my hair. She is just being nice ’

‘ Yeah, right ’ Sica said sarcastically

‘ Why are you always like this? We date for two years, you were the one who asked to keep our relationship in secret because you are not ready to come out and I respect that. But everytime I talk with someone you get jealous and yelled at me. What do you want me to do? ’

Sica knows that Soo is upset and she really hates herself for that.

Sica hugs Soo

‘ I’m sorry baby ’

Soo sighs and hugs the older girl back

‘ You know I love you. That’s why I agree with you since the beginning and I never complain about anything ’

‘ I know. It’s my fault I shouldn’t yell at you, I’ll try to control myself next time ’

Soo chuckles

‘ It’s not the first time I heard this ’

‘ You are not mad at me anymore right? ’

‘ Aish...like I can be mad at you for long ’

Sica slowly brokes off the hug

‘ I’ll cook for you tonight and after we can watch a movie at my place ’

‘ Sounds great ’ Soo smiles

Since they start dating, they couple only spend their time together at Sica’s penthouse or Soo’s apartment watching movies or having diner because Sica scared that they will see someone they know when they went on a date.

 

At Sica’s penthouse

 

‘ Baby, can you pass me the salt please ’ Soo asks

 

‘ Here. Hmm...it smell delicious. What are you cooking? ’

 

‘ Your favorite pasta ’

 

Sica is setting the table the table when Soo comes with two plates. The couple feed each other while smiling sweetly.

 

After diner they couple is making out on the couch, they stop when Sica phone rang. Soo gets off Sica

 

‘ Sorry ’

 

‘ It’s ok, take the call ’

 

‘ Yes umma? ’

 

Sica is playing with Soo’s hand while talking with her mother.

 

‘ Ok, I’ll see you tomorrow ’

 

‘ So I won’t see you during the weekend ’

 

‘ I’m sorry baby, my m..... ’

 

‘ It’s ok baby, I’m going home ’ Soo smiles and stands up from the couch

 

‘ It’s still early ’ Sica holds Soo’s arm, she wants the younger girl to stay longer

 

They date for two years but the couple never went farther than make out and they never stay at each other’s place for the night.

 

‘ I want an ice cream before heading home. Do you want to come with me? ’ Soo already knows the answer but she just try her luck.

 

Sica really want to go with her girlfriend but she is scared that they will bump into someone. The older girl just bites her lips

 

Soo smiles ‘ It’s ok. I’ll see you on Monday ’

 

Soo kisses Sica’s forehead before heading to the front door

 

YoonYul’s POV

 

It’s already late, when all the staff are gone, the CEO of the Kwon’s corporation is about to leave, she saw favorite staff talking with Chang Wook. The tan girl feels jealous and went out from her office

 

‘ Miss Im, can you come in my office. I have a question from your project ’

 

Yoong looks at Yul confusedly

 

The tan girl looks at Chang Wook

 

‘ Chang Wook, why are you still here at this time? ’

 

‘ Oh, I pass by and saw Yoona here. So I offer to send her home ’ He smiles then looks back at Yoona

 

Yul clenches her fist but still force a smile

 

‘ Oppa, it’s fine. I’ll see you tomorrow ’

 

‘ Ok, then call me when you are home ’ he said before leaving the two girls

 

After Chang Wook disappear inside the elevator

 

‘ What the heck? Who does he thinks he is? ’

 

‘ Yul, he is just being nice ’ Yoong slowly calms her girlfriend

 

‘ How can I calm down? He is hitting on my girlfriend ’

 

‘ Oppa don’t know we are together. That’s what you want right? To keep our relationship in secret ’

 

Yul knows that she don’t have the right to get jealous when Yoong is talking with someone because she is the one asking to keep their relationship in secret.

 

‘ Whatever ’ Yul said then walks toward the elevator

 

‘ Yul..... ’

 

Yul’s phone suddenly ring, when the older girl saw the id

 

‘ I’ll take this call ’

 

‘ Ok, I’ll wait you here ’

 

Yul nods and walks back into her office. Because she answers, she makes sure to lock the door.

 

‘ Hello? ’

 

‘ Hey, is it the way you greet your fiancée? ’

 

‘ Sunhwa, I’m really busy right now ’

 

‘ Can we meet? Auntie wants us to choose our dress for our engagement party ’

 

‘ I can’t tonight. How about tomorrow? I’ll pick you up at 10 ’

 

‘ Ok, I’ll see you tomorrow ’

 

After they hang up, Yul sighs and looks at Yoong.

 

‘ What should I do? I really can’t let you go but I can’t broke off the engagement ’ Yul talks to herself

 

Yoong smiles when she saw Yul comes out

 

‘ Yul, are you still mad at me? ’ Yoong used her puppy eyes while clinging on Yul’s arms.

 

Yul smiles and looks around then gives a quick peck on Yoong’s lips.

 

‘ Let’s get out of here. I want to hold you in my arms ’ Yul said

 

Back to Yoong’s apartment

 

The younger girl is cooking for Yul. She suddenly feels a pair of arms around her waist.

 

‘ Yul, what are you doing? I’m cooking ’

 

‘ I miss you. Just let me ’

 

Yoong didn’t protest, she just let her girlfriend hugging her.

 

15 minutes later

 

‘ Yul, can you go get the table ready ’

 

‘ Sure, how about we eat in the living room. Since you prepare steak ’

 

‘ Ok ’

 

Yul takes two glasses and a bottle of red wine. She lights up some candles and pour the wine in the glasses. Yoong comes in with two plates in hand, Yul quickly stands up and takes Yoong’s plates.

 

Yoong sits next to Yul.

 

‘ Here ’

 

Yul already cuts the steak for Yoong and puts the plate in front of the younger girl

 

‘ Thank you ’

 

‘ Anything for you ’

 

While Yul is busy cutting her steak, she feels a tap on her shoulder. When she turns she saw a piece of steak in front of , she happily accepts it.

 

‘ You are so good in cooking ’ Yul smiles

 

‘ If you like I can cook more often for you ’

 

‘ I’ll love it ’

 

After Yul helps Yoong with the dishes, the couple sits back into the living room. They cuddle in the couch

 

‘ Yoong? ’

 

‘ Yes? ’

 

‘ Have you ever regret to be with me ’

 

Yoong looks up

 

‘ What do you mean? ’

 

‘ Well, what I mean is...hmm....how can I say it......We can go on a proper day like the other normal couple. Am I too selfish to ask you to keep our relationship in secret? Do you hate me for that? ’

 

‘ No, I know you are the CEO and your family have a big influence in the society. I’m just a staff and I’m not rich....... ’

 

Yul cuts Yoong’s words with a kiss.

 

‘ Don’t ever say that. You are not a staff for me, you are the girl I love. I’m sorry to make you feel this way ’ Yul hugs her girlfriend

 

‘ Why you are so weird tonight? Is everything all right? ’

 

‘ Everything is fine. Can you answer my last question? ’

 

‘ What is it? ’

 

‘ Why you accept my confession one year ago? ’

 

‘ Do you really need to ask? ’

 

‘ Yes ’

 

‘ Because I love you Yuri ’

 

‘ I love you Yoona, you need to believe me ’

 

Yoong nods and slowly pulls off the hug

 

‘ Are you free tomorrow? Since is Saturday, I thought maybe we can go to the beach together ’

 

‘ I’m sorry baby, I have something to do tomorrow ’

 

Yoong is a little disappoints but didn’t show it

 

‘ Oh....ok ’

 

‘ I’m sorry, I’ll make it up to you later ’

 

‘ Buy me something good then ’

 

Yul chuckles ‘ Ok ’

 

She looks at the watch

 

‘ It’s getting late, I’ll leave now ’

 

Yoong walks Yul out.

 

‘ Drive safely ’

 

‘ I’ll call you when I’m home ’

 

TaeNy’s POV

 

‘ Tae, are you done? ’ Fany walks in Tae’s office

 

‘ Yes boss ’ Tae smiles

 

‘ I’m not your boss now, I’m your friend ’

 

‘ Fine my friend, let’s go grab something to eat first. I’m hungry ’ Tae said while turning the light off

 

Fany shakes her head

 

‘ You didn’t eat lunch, am I right? ’

 

‘ Hehe....you really know me ’

 

‘ In the future, I’ll send your lunch everyday ’

 

‘ Don’t you scare about rumor ’

 

‘ Why should I? We are friend and I’m straight ’

 

TaeNy becomes friend after Tae works for the Hwang’s Corporation. Tae falls for the eyes-smile girl the first time they met. The older girl just keep this feeling for herself because she knows that Fany is not into girl.

 

‘ Well if you don’t mind then I won’t neither. But you better make something good for me since you know I’m very picky ’

 

Fany rolls her eyes

 

‘ I’m not your maid but your boss ’

 

‘ A few minutes ago, you said you are not my boss but my friend ’

 

Fany pinches Tae’s arms

 

‘ Ouch....Fany, why you are so violent. For you information, boy don’t like violent girl. Don’t worry, if you don’t find one I don’t mind being your lover ’ Tae jokes

 

‘ Yeah.....then I prefer being single my whole life ’ Fany jokes back

 

Tae pouts

 

‘ Aren’t you hungry, come let’s go before the movie start ’

 

‘ Wait, I forgot to buy the ticket ’

 

‘ I already bought it. Hurry ’ Fany drags Tae out the building

 

Tae opens the door for Fany

 

‘ Fany-ah, what do you want to eat? ’

 

‘ Hmm......Sushi? ’

 

‘ Sure ’

 

Tae drives to the Japanese restaurant near the movie theater. The older girl is not a fan of Sushi because she is allergy of seafoods but since Fany love it, she just follows. After she eats seafoods, she needs to take pill.

 

‘ Tae, try this salmon sushi it’s really good ’

 

Fany puts the piece in Tae plates. The older girl takes a bites

 

‘ It’s good ’

 

‘ Here, eat more ’ Fany puts another pieces on the plate

 

‘ I’m full Fany, you can eat it ’

 

‘ You said you were hungry ’

 

‘ I was but have you forget I already eat the whole bowl of noodle ’

 

Fany continues eating

 

‘ Excuse me Fany, I need to go to the washroom ’

 

‘ Ok ’

 

Tae walks toward the kitchen

 

‘ Excuse me ’

 

‘ Yes miss? ’

 

‘ May I have a glass of water? ’

 

‘ Sure ’

 

Tae takes somes pills out and swallow it

 

‘ Are you alright? ’ the waitress asks

 

Tae smiles ‘ I’m fine, thank you ’

 

‘ I’m Sunmi, if you need me ’

 

‘ Thank you Sunmi, I’m Taeyeon ’

 

‘ Are you allergy with seafood? ’

 

‘ I....... ’

 

‘ Tae ’

 

They turn and saw Fany looking at them

 

‘ Fany, what are you doing here? ’

 

Fany walks closer

 

‘ I’m searching for you, what are you doing here? ’

 

‘ I...hmm.......I’m asking what Sunmi can recommend me for desert ’

 

‘ You said you were full ’ Fany looks at Tae

 

‘ I want something sweet. Do you want to share with me? Since I’m full I can’t eat it all ’

 

‘ What have you order? ’

 

‘ .............. ’

 

‘ She ordered green tea mouse cake ’ Sunmi helps Tae

 

‘ Oh, ok. Tae, can we go back to our table ’

 

‘ Sure ’

 

When Fany turns her back to Tae, the older girl mouthed thanks to Sunmi.

 

At the movie theater

 

Tae is sleepy because of the pills she took, slowly she falls asleep. While watching the movie, Fany feels some weight on her shoulder. The younger girl slowly makes Tae’s head more comfortable on her shoulder.

 

Two hours later, when the movie finish Fany didn’t wake Tae.

 

30 minutes later, the older girl slowly wakes up.

 

‘ Finally, you are awake ’

 

Tae looks around

 

‘ Why you didn’t wake me up? ’

 

‘ You seem tired so I just let you sleep a little more ’

 

‘ I’m sorry ’

 

‘ You should tell me that you are tired ’

 

‘ I’m not tired ’

 

‘ Then why you fall asleep? ’

 

Tae don’t want to tell Fany because of the pills.

 

‘ I fall asleep because there I have an angel sitting next to me ’

 

‘ Yah...stop flirting with me ’

 

‘ I never said the angel is you ’ Tae quickly stands up and runs away before she gets a smacks on her head

 

‘ Yah...Kim Taeyeon come back here ’ the eyes-smiles runs after

 

Of course because of Tae’s height, Fany don’t have difficulty to get her.

 

‘ Got you ’

 

Fany starts to tickle Tae

 

‘ Ah....Fany....please stop ’

‘ No ’

 

‘ Ice cream, my treat ’

 

Fany stops

 

‘ And? ’

 

Tae sighs

 

‘ And a pink Totoro ’

 

Hearing the word pink, Fany’s face brightnen even more

 

‘ I’ll let you go this time. Let’s go ’

 

Fany wraps her arms around Tae’s like nothing happen.
