*Seungyoon‘s POV

While I was working on a new track suddenly my phone beeped, signaling a new KaTa message. It was from Mino with a photo of a guitar attached.

Yo, Seungyoon! Your new guitar is now safe and sound with me.

But I‘ll come home a bit later today so don‘t wait for me!

I sent him a „thumbs up“ sticker and was writing a reply when another message from him came in

And you don‘t have to pay me back

I was paid back already

Then a photo came in as well. It was a photo of a girl sitting by the white piano that I was admiring the last time I was in the store choosing my new guitar. Her hair was covering her face, but it didn‘t bother me at all. There was something about the photo that almost makes me feel as if I was there, right next to her, listening to her playing a calming melody on the piano.

After sending Mino a simple thank you message I lied down on my bed and played a piano playlist that I found on Spotify. Closing my eyes, I just enjoyed the calming effect the piano sound suddenly had on me. I guess it would sound even better if it was played live next to me.

It had been quite a while now since the last time I felt so comforted by just simply an imagination like this.

*3rd person POV

That night was the first night in a while that Kang Seungyoon was able to sleep well after pulling many all-nighters. He slept so well that he didn‘t even know that Mino came and brought his guitar, which Mino left by Seungyoon‘s bed to that it‘s the first thing he will see once he wakes up.

On the other hand Jinhee was having a difficult time falling asleep and ended up working on a new track in the mini studio that was next to her bedroom, when suddenly the door opened and a small head popped in.

"Unnie,“ the tiny girl called Jinhee, who had headphones on and didn‘t notice the kid. After a while the small girl carefully steped in and approached Jinhee.

"Jinhye! Did unnie wake you up?“ Jinhee asks the small girl while making the kid sit on her lap.

"No, you didn‘t. I just woke up because of the loud thunder. Why aren‘t you sleeping?“

Jinhee hugs the tiny Jinhye tightly, making the smaller rest her head on Jinhee‘s shoulder. "I don‘t know. There are many things going on in my head.“

Jinhye looks at Jinhee with her big round eyes and asks if something happened.

"I don‘t even know, sweetheart. What would you do if a classmate asked you to go eat ice-cream with him?“ Jinhee asks her little sister.

"Well, first, I would ask you and if you liked him then I would start to think about it. But that would be only if he asked me on a date. If it‘s just a friendly meet up then I wouldn‘t bother you with it.“ Jinhye answers with such a serious tone that it made Jinhee laugh out loud.

"Since when is my sister so mature to talk about dating? Are you - perhaps - seeing someone?!“

"Nope, no worries! I‘m not seeing anyone! And I won‘t for a long time! However, I am eight already! I know that you‘re at the age when you should be dating some handsome oppa! And I really want you to, you know? My friends moms are always asking me if you‘re seeing anyone and then they would tell each other that it‘s such a shame that you have me otherwise they would have introduced you to their nephews or what. It makes me feel as if they were saying that it‘s my fault. So I want you to date a handsome actor or singer who looks like a model, so that I would be able to tell them: See, my sister is this kind of a woman! Way better than your nephews!“

"Oh my …“ Jinhee couldn‘t suppress her laughter anymore. „Jinhye, can you get any cuter than this?“ She asks her younger sister and cuddles her even more.

"I‘ll date when the right time comes, ok? You don‘t have to worry about me, darling. And nothing is your fault, don‘t listen to those aunties. I just didn‘t meet the right person, yet. Now, let‘s head to the bed, it‘s very late.“

Jinhee then piggy backs her sister to the bedroom and the both of them cuddle up under the blanket. J
