i grabbed my satchel and sneaked out of the castle.Today is my last day of freedom.Tomo
rrow,i'll be crowned 'princess of carnocipia'.i wasn't supposed to be crowned today.it was
supposed to be my sister,Donna,but she was killed by our kingdom's worst enemy,the
Madon Kingdom.in Carnocipia,when the daughter of the king turns 16,she'll be crowned
'princess', she's bound to take charge in a few kingdom errands,to study well.my father
would always tell me "a princess should be strong,for when her kingdom falls,she'll be
the last warrior" i would always ask "isn't she suppose to be graceful" he'd laugh,kiss me
on the forehead and say "my darling,in every girl hides a warrior" He was always proud
of me,prouder compared with Donna.he says that i remind him of his younger age,he was
playfull,silly,irresponsible but when he was coronated he became responsible,he grew to
be a great king,everyone expects me to be that.but i couldn't position myself to his.im
not fitted to be a queen nor a princess.im not graceful,im clumsy.i sat down at the green
grass,under the mahogany tree.my father used to bring me her,when he was only a
governor,but now that he is king.he was restricted to do many things and so was i,but i'll
always sneak and travel the kingdom,its ridiculous that they don't allow me to do it, when a
princess should know her kingdom.i took a deep breath,intoxicating my lungs with the
fresh breeze,the sweet scent of the golden daffodils.i loved this place,i love how just a
simple inhale of the fresh breeze would remove all of your worries."hey" my thoughts
was interrupted by a husky voice,i looked up and saw a boy with brown hair and light
blue eyes.its Louis.the kingdom's guide.i smiled and said "you caught me" he let out a
cheeky laugh and sat beside me.placing the maps beside him "i think its time to call your
guardian" i hitted his arms playfully.he smiled.the same smile i have been secretly inlove
with.he was the son of the kingdom's guide.he started to be one when he turned 18.he
would always find me her,but he would never tell the guards for he,himself wanted to
escape the stress the kingdom brings."so any escape plans for tonight" he asked with a
cheeky smile.i took a deep breath,intoxicating myself "i don't know.its time for me to
face everything but im scared" he took a deep breath.brushing my cheeks "don't be.you're
brave.and no matter what happen, im here for you" i smiled and said "i thought you
love someone else" he smiled and said "yes.but that doesn't mean we couldn't be friends
right?" i smiled even though i felt hurt.to him im a friend.nothing else.he looked at his pocket
watch and said "oh look at the time best be heading by the castle now" he stood up offering
his hands "come on" he smiled.i took his hand as he supported me to get up.we walked and talked our way towards the castle "Emily my dear" my mom greeted "mother" i smiled giving her a hug "oh Louis thank you for watching her" she gave Louis a hug "no problem your majesty now i'll excuse myself" he was always a gentleman "okay now dearie go upstairs your father is looking for you" i rushed towards my father's office when i realized one of the elderly paid him a visit.The elderly are like guides to kings of every kingdom or tribe.i couldn't help to earsdrop to their conversation "so you say it is time" father said as he walked towards his window "yes the 6 knights of peace and justice will reveal themselves in time" the elderly said "and one of them is my daughter,Emily" my eyes widened in shock "yes The Archer and The Guide will come from your kingdom" my father was just staring at his window "The Prince and The Swordsman shall be from the narcisian tribe" my mind was full of questions what is this 6 knights? why am i part of it? "and The Dark Night..shall come from" my father and the elderly stared at each other,none of them continued the sentence "i shall prepare her" i was shocked when a hand covered my mouth,pulling me away from the door.i bit the hand and heard a loud "aw" i turned around and saw Liam.he was one of the best archers in the kingdom and one
of the youngest and best looking around the kingdom "what on earth Liam!" i said "eavesdropping huh? be a princess would you" he said,patting me on the head.i grew up with him around me, but i never fell for him though he is good looking to me he's my brother.brother i never had "what's the matter this time?" i said,placing my hand on my hips "the queen's looking for you" he said wipping his hands with the hem of his shirt "she sent me here" i said "yeah and she forgot to tell you that the elder is here.come on now.she said that you should come back later.come on brat.im lucky that i didn't inherit some of your behaviors even though i grew up with you" my brows furrowed as he said those words "hot headed okay okay coming" he smirked and laughed while i smiled.he was a fun guy to grow up with that's why i never got sick of him and neither did he.he taught me many things about archery that's why we're both good at it.wait.could he be 'The Archer' that the elderly was talking about? is he part of this '6 Knights of Peace and Justice' too??
