The sudden kiss Jungkook received made him panic, but also paralyzed. His hands were frozen, his stare was locked, after all - his legs were ready to run. It was unbelievable for him, but he had to escape as there was no answer.

Jungkook ran away, and there was no going back. As Taehyung saw him run away further away from him, tears started to form his eyes, not long after, Taehyung stood there alone in the dark - crying.

While people were cheering around him, Taehyung’s sobbing only got worse and louder. Baekhyun and his friends made him company, Taehyung tried to wipe away his streaming tears and put on a smile. It worked - for Baekhyun’s drunk friends but the older brother could see something was wrong.

Without saying anything, Baekhyun approached his little brother and wiped away the tears and hugged him. “Where’s your friend?” he asked softly as he was comforting Taehyung.

“He left…”

Jungkook rushed into Taehyung’s house, it was open. He could barely breath and every single part of his body hurt but he kept moving. No break to breath or rest, he ran up the stairs and grabbed his bag and ran out.

Without hesitations, Jungkook could run to the Seoul train station. Even though it was just 1, he took the train straight to Busan. No looking back.

Taehyung and Baekhyun were still in the dark shadows of the new years party. The tears were still flowing and he could barely talk or explain what happened. Which caused Baekhyun to form his own theories, that it was Jungkook’s fault. Baekhyun’s blood was boiling inside of him, he just wanted to get that Jungkook and kill him; but all he could was to stay with his crying brother and comfort the best way he could. Suddenly, Taehyung just dozed off in Baekhyun’s chest. It made his eyes widen, until he realised, it had been a long night and it had to be very tiring crying unstoppable. He hugged his brother tight, then carried him home in bride style.

The next morning, Taehyung could barely open his eyes, it was as if they were glued together, and when he could see, it was blurry and his eyes were burning.
