Lesson ended and after slotting in her textbooks in her locker, Eva strolled along the school corridor towards the stairs which will lead her to the main gate of the school. However, half way she stopped due to some conversations that could be heard coming from inside the music room. Remembering about what she heard at the cafe earlier urged her to bring her ear closer to listen.

"For 5 million dollars bro? I would risk anything,"

"But it's located inside a haunted mansion we're talking about here and it's not any other mansion. It's the most famous haunted mansion that the citizens always talked about. Not even a single soul would want to go in there," 

"Come on, it's not like you're going alone. We are all going together. Just imagine if we manage to find the money in that mansion, we'll be rich and could buy anything we ever dream of buying," 

Being clumsy, she accidentally  pushed the door knob downwards causing to throw herself in the room by accident. The room became absolutely silent and all the attention were on her.

"Um..sorry to interrupt. It's by accident. I'll go," she apologised with full of shame, avoiding eye contact at all cost

"Hold up. Not so fast young lady. Your expression shows like you've just heard about our conversation," the guy with a deep voice said 

"Huh? What conversation? I don't know nothing," she lied 

"Liars are quite easy to spot ya know? Too bad, you're joining us," he suggested when the rest gave a disagree reaction

All started to become so annoyed upon having a new member when Jay shut them up.

"Ayy guys, that is the only way for her to shut her gap and not expose to other students about our plan, don't you think so?"

"Jay has a point. If more people were to join, the lesser money we get when we split it. So make sure she is the last one to join us," Simon explained

"Sorry but it's best if I back out. I don't need the money anyways," Sya interrupted 

"It's 5 million dollars we're talking about here and I don't believe when you say you don't need it. As long as this plan is not over, you're with us and if you were to tell anyone about our plan, God knows what we might do to you. Whether you get the money will be depending on how wary you are in keeping your mouth shut about this plan," one of them warned her which startled Eva for a moment upon realising who that guy really was

Surprisingly it was the senior whom she had been yearning to observe every single day she come to school, her secret crush. A sparkle of happiness exploded in her, however, she tried to control herself from grinning.  

"Don't just stand there, take a sit with us," the mint coloured hair dude welcome her

"You're from psyhology course, aren't you?" a friendly voice asked as she placed her on the wooden chair beside him

"Yes, how did you know?"

"Alright, let's introduce ourselves to our new 'member' shall we? We'll go in anti-clockwise way. I know it's a bit lame but hey, it's not a crime to make new mates. I'm Simon Dominic but you can call me Simon or Dom for short. I'm a biology student and this year would be our final year in this college since we entered school on the same year. The only difference is the course we're being enrolled in. We get to know each other because of this leadership camp that happened a few months ago and blessfully we became close mates ever since then. Moving on to the mint coloured hair dude," Simon cuts Eva off before she could even reply to that friendly guy's question

"Excuse me. This mint coloured hair dude do have a name. The name is Suga. I'm from business course currently studying on accountings so when it comes to numbers and calculations,  just count on me cause my brain is like a living calculator. That's basically about me. Let's hear from the person beside me next. You are?" Suga asked jokingly

"Hi everyone, I'm the guy with a blonde coloured hair. The brother of Suga, and yes you know it, my name is Salt!"

"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA~~~~~~~~~~"

The entire room was filled with contagious laughter when that particular person made his intro. Everyone excpet Suga who was being a bit sensitive was laughing their heart out when they started to cool down and tried to be serious to listen to the rest of "Salt's" introduction. Hehehe!

"Ayy, I'm kidding ayte? Come on, it will be no fun when all are being serious. Haha, alright real talk now. Real name is actually Kim Namjoon, Rap Monster / Monster for short. Must be curious to my nick name aren't you? Well, when I was about 10 years old, I was so obssessed in writing my own song lyrics and as I grew older, I discover more about rap songs and fell in love with it. I participated in lots of underground rap battles. Just say my nick name and they knew who I am. I am an IT student too, so when it comes to hacking or creating a website or anything that has do to with electronic gadgets I'm the right person to look for. That's it the end,moving on,"

"Sup, Amber here. You can call me Am. I just love dealing with chemicals and labotary equipments so that is why I am a bio-science student. Initially I don't intend to even get involved in this plan but thanks to my dear friend, I was being force to," Amber confessed while giving Zico an annoyance stare

"And that particular friend happened to be me. Woo Jiho is the name but preferred to be called Zic. Me and Amber were close friends ever since we're in the same class. We were both kinda competitive towards each other as well. Apart of being interested in science, music was the other thing that I am involved in. I came from a luxurious family background and as you all know, my dad is a CEO of the KBS company. So that's how my liking towards music started, right Llama? That's her other nickname by the way, hehehe," Zic introduced and winked playfully while Amber returned him a deadly stare

A wave of hurtful emotions hits Eva automatically upon Zic's introduction. Not being obvious, she tried moving her eyeballs away from the scene of Amber and Zic teasing each other jokingly, having some sort of skinship with each other.

Eva was controlling her emotions too hard that she did not realised her name was being called twice. By the third call, she jerked her face upwards and looked at Simon when she noticed everyone was waiting for her, went unintentionally her eyes met with Zic's.

"Umm, I'm Eva. I'm year 1 in psychology. I love to observe my surroundings more than doing the talking," she introduced herself in a monotonous tone and not planning to elaborate herself further due to the heartache that she was still experiencing now

There was a moment of silence when Zic immediately commented jokingly.

"Well, that's short and simple. More of like a nerdy life to me," he completed his sentence with a pinch of sarcasm

"Chaerin is my name and I'm from fashion course. Currently working on my final year project, trying to design some new clothes to promote at certain stores in Seoul which hopefully would be a successful journey. I am a bubbly type of person so I could get overboard at times but hey welcome Eva!" Chaerin exclaimed with full of cheerfulness in her voice 

"Last but not least, I'm Park Jaebeom but just call me Jay. I'm Korean American and I'm in engineering course. Yeap so basically dealing with reparing electronic things and stuffs like that. More of a sporty guy and love to try out new things as well. In addition, I'm here for someone else too," Jay ended off

"WWOOOAAHHHH!!! Who's the lucky girl?!!" teased all the guys

"Aha, for me to know and for you guys to find out. Alright intro has come to an end. Let's get down to the real business shall we?" Jay suggested

"Damn Jay, you and your guessing games never gets old! Hell yeah we should," Zic replied and all started on their planning and discussion

How she wished she did not have to get involved in this but before she could even plan to not turn up on that day, she was being threatened by those seniors that she will have to pay a huge prize if she did not fulfill what was being instructed. 

"Bye Eva, ensure to turn up tomorrow yeah?" Suga faked his cheerful tone that was supposed to be a warning actually

She was then distracted by the loud laughters by Zic and Amber from a few distance away. Her heart sank upon knowing the fact that she was still single at the age of 22 and sadly have no experience in dating life at all. Her mind started to become haywire thinking of all the negativity when she kept reminding herself to think positive while blasting some positive music to be a reminder to herself that being single was not that bad.

"Haiz.... I wonder when my time will come," her heart lamented, carrying lots of negative thoughts on her way back home
