In the year of 2020, the world still hasn't changed that much, but due to the reunification of Korea three years ago, all enforcement agencies have entered a state of crisis, so they needed someone to do, what they couldn't do, bring criminals in as the state reorganized itself. So the Bail Enforcement And Recovery Agencies were created.Taeyeon started this job after she was expelled from the Seoul Police Department, she was what you might call collateral damage, the scapegoat for corrupt cops in the department, since she couldn't really go in the force again, this initiative gave her the oportunity to do what she has always liked to do, to hunt criminals down. In the last five years in this job Taeyeon has pretty much, seen and done everything to get a perp, at one point she's sure she even skydived after someone out of a plane, with no parachute. 

Today she was meeting Seohyun, her government contact, Seohyun usually hangs out at a bar on the outskirts of Seoul called, The Duke, the master was a good friend of Taeyeon. Choi Sooyoung, although younger than Taeyeon she was a legend, she had lost her right eye in a fight after a mob boss she was sent after threw her into a tiger cage. Rumor has it she killed that Tiger with her bare hands, hence costing her an eye. After 5 years in this business one thing Taeyeon has learned is, you don't mess up in The Duke, you just drink and talk, or else you gonna have a few new holes. A motorcycle stopped in front of the raw cement building, parked next to countless others bikes, a small woman got off and walked inside the bar. Taeyeon, her figure was quite unique, and she walked with a sense of pride. She was most feared, even among other Agents,  she spotted the black haired girl sitting by the counter and sat down next to her. Seohyun, she had been Taeyeon's contact for the last 5 years. Seohyun eyed her for a moment before passing a file to her. She kept looking inside her glass as Taeyeon opened the file. 

"You're kidding me right?" She asked.

"You can't be serious" Taeyeon said as she looked at Seohyun.

"What?" 

"Seohyun, c'mon, let's be serious, I've brought all kind of people in, in all manners and walks of life but this... you have to be kidding me" Taeyeon said as she looked at Seohyun.

"I'm not, this is the woman you're supposed to bring in" 

"This, this is just some boring teacher" 

"Well boring or not you are to retrieve her, isn't that what WiTch does?"

Sooyoung walked up to both of them whilst cleaning a glass, she peered into the file.

"A target's a target no matter what" She said as she put down the glass and fixed her leather eyepatch.

"Plus why should you care? It's not like you ever thought about the target's looks before" Seohyun said.

"I didn't but, that's because they usually look guilty as , like "look at me I totally did it face"

"This woman, she just looks...like a boring civilian"

"Well it's still your job to retrieve her" Seohyun said.

"She doesn't even look that guilty"

"That's not our job, that's the law's job"

Taeyeon looked down and sighed.

"Fine, Fine" 

Taeyeon looked at Sooyoung and smiled.

"I'm going"

Seohyun got up.

"Call me when you get her" She said as she left.

Taeyeon was leaving too when suddenly Sooyoung called her.

"Taeyeon..."

"Are you okay?"

"Yeah" Taeyeon said as she looked down and left the bar.

She got on her motorcycle and opened that file to check the address before putting it into her bag.

"Recovery...recovery" Taeyeon let out as she left.
