“Well.”

“Well?”

Yonghwa asks Shinhye back, unable to understand what she was thinking of at the moment.

“You said you spend too much time singing.”

“I did.”

“But I heard that you are the best swordsman.”

“You heard?”

Shinhye nods.

“Who tell you?”

“She said so many things about you, thinking that I am your future bride.”

Yonghwa coughs at that but manage to compose himself and smiled.

“Don’t you think that it is quite good?”

“What?”

“Being my future bride?”

“Now that you are a real prince charming, you do think it might go well with the tales right?”

“Why not? I kinda like you.”

Shinhye swear her heart skips a beat listening to that and her heating cheek makes it obvious.

“But I don’t know about my parent’s whereabouts.”

“I can help you. That is what I have been telling you for the past few days.”

“You do right?”

He nods; held out his hand for her to hold.

“We are needed in the dining hall.”

“Sure Prince.”

She said and both walk together to the dining hall; hearts fluttering just by standing beside each other.

“Shinhye.”

The King called and she stops smiling at Yonghwa and look at the strict King.

The King smiled at the younger as he glances at his Queen.

“We know about your parents.”

“Really Your Highness?”

She asks with a hint of surprise.

Yonghwa too look at his parents before his mother chuckles.

“I told your father about what you told me. I have the doubt but your father proves I’m right.”

“What is it eomonim?”

“We are close with them son.”

“What? Do you mean? Oh God why am I so dense? That’s why I think Shinhye looks familiar.”

“What is going on?”

Shinhye asks; heart start beating faster.

“We are meeting your parents Shinhye. It will be tomorrow.”

The King announces, a huge smile on his face.

Yonghwa too copied the smile as he squeezes Shinhye’s hand who was at lost of words at the moment.

“Thank you.”

She said as she sobs; wiping her tears and bows to the King and Queen.

The queen walks to Shinhye and hugs her, caressing her back as Shinhye closes her eyes.

She finally can see her parents.

“Shinhye.”

“You are not suppose to be here this early Prince.”

“This is not fun anymore.”

He said all pouty as he sat on the bed.

Shinhye who was fixing the braid on her long hair turns to see the sulky prince and squinted her eyes.

“What is not fun anymore?”

“You are calling me a Prince.”

“What’s wrong with it. You are a prince.”

“Is it awkward Shinhye?”

“Deh?”

Shinhye asks but quickly turns away from Yonghwa.

Yonghwa chuckles and went to Shinhye.

He carefully touches her arms from her back and she froze.

He steps closer to her that his body is now on her back.

He heard his heart beats uncontrollably and her shaking breathing too.

He leans to her side and places his palms on her tummy before he pulls her to him.

“This is not right.”

She whispers when she feels him breaths on her left ear.

“I know.”

He whispers and kisses her ear.

“Oppa.”

“Hmm.”

“We shouldn’t do this.”

“I know.”

He said and turns her around.

“How did you do it?”

He asks, caressing her cheek with his finger.

“Uh?”

She asks, pupil shaking at the close proximity.

Wrong step and she will be kissing those y lips.

“How can you make me want to own you?”

She blinks her eyes and he smiles.

He cups her face that look so lovely in his hands before leaning closer and his lips finally touched hers.

Shinhye was surprised at first but she gives in, her fists on his chest and she closes her eye as she feels his lips moulding hers.

The kiss lasted for seconds until Yonghwa breaks it, pecking her nose.

“Marry me?”

“Deh?”

“No?”

“Aniyo. I. How?”

She stutters but he hugs her instead.

“Would you?”

She smiled.

Her heart swells with his sudden proposal.

“Gurae.”

She answers and he lifted her before he spuns her around.

“I am strong wasn’t I?”

He asked after he puts her down.

She laughs and he too laughs before he excuse himself so that she can get ready for real.

“You invited us Your Highness?”

“I did. Sit down so we can talk.”

The Parks then sat across from The King and Queen.

“We have good news.”

The Queen announced, smiling softly at Madam Park.

“Good news? Is Prince Yonghwa here?”

“Yes he came back proving himself innocent. Which I’m glad he did.”

“I had punished the one at wrong and sentenced him with very heavy punishment my Queen.”

“I know. But I’m still very sad.”

“I’m sorry but we should announce what we wanted to right?”

“Oh well. I’m just. I apologize.”

The Queen said but The Parks smiled instead.

“It’s okay. It’s not like this is the first time we saw this.”

“They argue when they wanted to name Prince Yonghwa too.”

“We can only show it to you. You are our best friend."

The King said as he laughs.

“Is the Prince healthy?”

“He is healthy. And he comes back with another surprise.”

“What is it? You make me curious.”

“Shinhye. He came back with Shinhye.”

“Shin Shinhye? Uri Shinhye?”

She asks, eyes teary.

The Queen nodded; smiling at her best friend.

“She looks exactly like you. Pretty and modest.”

She added.

“Our daughter yeobo.”

He nods, close his eyes briefly and thank God before he looks at the couple in front of him.

“Where is she now?”

“She is coming in in a sec.”

The door then open; revealing Yonghwa who was holding Shinhye’s hand.

He was smiling at both parents and turns to see how Shinhye reacted.

She looks into his eyes searching for answer and he nodded.

“Go.”

He said and she ran into her mother’s arm and soon the family was in each other’s embrace.

“My daughter.”

She whispers and Shinhye sobs in her mother’s arm.

“We missed you too much. I thought I will never see you again.”

“I don’t remember anything except of you and father’s face. I was locked and scared.”

“I’m sorry my daughter. My carelessness get you into this.”

Her father said and Shinhye shakes his head.

“I heard that it was not your fault. Prince Yonghwa told me about the incident.”

Shinhye’s mother kisses her hair and hugs her again.

“Thank God.”

She said, smiling at her husband.

He too thanked God again for the gift and went to hug Yonghwa who had brought her daughter to him.

“Maybe it was all fated.”

He said as he stares at Shinhye for a good 10 seconds.

“Everything did happen for a reason.”

The King said and Shinhye wipes her tears; still in her mother’s embrace.

“But that doesn’t make what you said to our son right.”

“Okay. I apologize. To you and our son. For not giving my support for you and to not trust you."

“No father. You shouldn’t. You know I can survive if I ran into the forest. And I met Shinhye because of that. And your royal stamp too.”

The Kings nodded as he smiles proudly.

“You are mature enough to understand how your father feels. It’s time to find you a royal princess.”

“Find? But I want to marry Shinhye.”

“What?”

The King asked and Shinhye’s father quickly get that his best friend want to tease the younger.

“We have someone for our daughter Prince.”

“Shouldn’t you marry her off to the one who rescue her. That’s how it goes.”

“Son. It’s not the time to reminiscing the tales. This is reality.”

“But eomonim.”

“We are grateful of you Prince but we can’t just let you marry our daughter.”

Shinhye becomes pouty and hides her face behind some of her locks.

Yonghwa too had his shoulder hunched as he look at his lover.

The elders laugh and Shinhye’s mother ruffles her hair.

“We had planned about you guys marriage since the day of your birth chagiya.”

“They got married first but hold their pregnancy just so we will have our son.”

“True. We are best friend since we are little so we wanted this friendship bloom into family relationship.”

“Oh eomonim, you make my heart stopped.”

Yonghwa said and Shinhye nods.

“Mine too.”

“We should start preparing for the royal wedding right?”

The King said and all of them agreed right away.

“But will Shinhye stay with her parents?”

“Of course.”

Her mother answers and laughs before walking with her best friend.

“We should leave them alone.”

Shinhye’s father said and the King agreed.

“We are going home later Shinhye.”

Her father reminds her and Shinhye sighs as she look at Yonghwa.

“You don’t want to part with me too?”

She shyly nods.

“I’ll try talking to them. Or you parents can stay like they always do.”

“Really?”

He nods, kissing her forehead.

“I can’t without you now.”

She nods and hugs him close.

“Me too.”

The royal wedding ended extravagantly.

Both Shinhye and Yonghwa was so tired that they lie down before they could change their wedding attire.

“It was tiring.”

She said as she glances at her husband and Yonghwa nods; laughing.

“Come here.”

He said as he turns his body towards his wife.

Shinhye scooted to him and rested her head on his chest.

“I feel like all my fatigue had disappears now.”

He said as he kisses her head.

“Mine too.”

She said, kissing his chest.

“How many kids do you want?”

“I want as many as I could. I love them.”

“Really?”

He asked as he look at her.

She nodded and raises her head.

“We should start from today don’t you think?”

He asks as he slowly pulls the zipper of her dress.

“Yeah but taking off this dress will take you forever.”

“I may be clumsy, Rapunzel but I am a swordsman. I remove everything easily.”

He grins as he said that and kisses her lips as he removed her dress one after another.

Shinhye too who only thinks of sleeping earlier does her part in ing his layers of shirt.

She pulls her lips away with a sound and grins at his confused face.

“I’m just relieved that you don’t have to wear your armour set.”

She jokes and he flips her around; claiming her lips in a hot and hungry kiss before Shinhye curls her arms around his neck and pulls him for a deep kiss.

“What are you doing?”

Shinhye asks as she caresses her bloated tummy and Yonghwa grins at her.

“Counting.”

“Again?”

She asks as she look at her kids running with the rabbits, chicks and lambs.

“Okay one is missing.”

Shinhye said, looking around if her second son is playing around the bush.

“I’m here.”

A little voice announced and Yonghwa quickly carries his son who is already covered with dirt.

“I told you we shouldn’t come here. The kids literally went into every hole looking if there ia Alice.”

Shinhye said as she pouts at her husband while Yonghwa laughs.

“You shouldn’t read them fairy tales then honey.”

He said and she rebutted with an angry glare.

“Arasseo. We will only come here once a month neh. Don’t argue.”

“Okay.”

She said and sat down.

Her neck is sore and so her legs.

“I should really cut this hair off.”

“Okay. Do that after you give birth okay. You changed your plan every time after you give birth.”

“I did right.”

She said with a pout and her husband laughs.

“Go and wash up with noona.”

Yonghwa said to his son and the kid ran away; looking for the nanny.

He then sat beside Shinhye, massage her shoulder and she leans onto him.

“Should we stop after this one? You are tired already.”

“We should just give birth to many oppa. Look at how the castle lit now. It was so sullen when I first arrived.”

“Gurae.”

Yonghwa said as he kisses Shinhye’s hand.

“Why did you say yes to everything I said? You should say no too oppa.”

“Of course I can but I can’t. I love you so much that’s why.”

He kisses her lips and she smiles on his lips.

“My love for you getting bigger too oppa. And I want to show you everyday if I could.”

He nods and hugs her from the side as they watch their children ran with Shinhye’s pet animals happily.

“Let’s go home.”

“I’ll just call the kids.”

“Ani. I’ll get them in the cart, you should lock the place.”

Shinhye nods and when her husband and kids had safely enter their car; she twirls the magic wand and a magical circle appears to guard the place.

She smiles at the wand and walks to where Yonghwa waited for her.

 

 

 

Cliché wasn’t it? I know. But doesn’t fairy tales have this cliché plot all the time? Lol
Once again I have to say that I big time in fantasy-like story so I have to end it quickly.
Thank you for bearing with my very late update and all.. I’ll try completing my other story for sure.
I have a very cheesy plot for Yongshin but let me just finish my ongoing story.
