for the first time in forever

i tried

looking at myself in the mirror.

really... really... look.

and i don't know

but

i look a little better.

still tired.

but definitely better.

and a day like this

should be treasured

forever.

i'll close my doors,

and windows... and

any passageways available.

anxiety,

please... let me sleep tonight.

don't even try to enter.

i'm trying to be a whole lot better than yesterday.

and most of all, i really had a good day.
