ever just wake up

and wonder how

the world has

changed so much?

from smiles

to frowns;

from living

to surviving;

and from

happiness to pain?

i don't know

if i had been too

preoccupied in my

own world,

why i never

really noticed

at all.

it's like the

world has

snapped in front

of me

without a single

warning

and all that

i was able

to do

was

watch it

burn.
