Hi everyone! I just want to update you all with some quick information. The next chapter, chapter six, will probably not be updated until the weekend because of my crazy schedule getting ready for college next week. Along with that, once college starts up again, I probably won't be updating as fast. And you can guess why. So instead of a chapter coming out every week, it may come out every two weeks or so. I also might write a few chapters at a time (probably only two) and then update both of them at once. If you have any questions, or concerns please ask me :) Anyways, I hope you all have a good day/week! ^^

The story
T H E C h e e r s q u a d
Thanks to a certain prankster, seven boys and seven girls are suddenly wrapped up in a ridiculous punishment. Daejeon Prep never had a cheer squad in it's fifty some years of its line of work. Mainly because their basketball team has not won a game since the founding of their school, and no student is willing to sacrifice their reputations to wear a stupid looking brown and green cheerleading outfit to cheer for a never-ending losing team. Sadly, this is exactly what that prankster got them wrapped into. Not only are they subjected to wearing stupid outfits; but, the poor boys and girls forced to cheer for that basketball team with a losing streak as long as the Grand Canyon.
None of the members expected to actually end up caring for one another. Whether they formed friendships, enmity, or romance; through thick and thin the fourteen of them stuck by each other. As their teamwork evolves, they soon begin to get pulled into each other's personal lives and problems which leads to the epidemic of finding out that this cheer team truly means a lot more than what they tought. They're not just a bunch of rich kids and scholarship students going through the tribulations of high school life. They're friends.

01 Subscribe; Anyone who has a chosen character must be subscribed to the story, and stay subscribed. It's more for you, than it is for me. This way you can stay updated on any new chapters, or really anything that I post that has to do with the story. Anyone who doesn't have a chosen character, I completely understand if you un-subscribe. I won't feel upset, or mad in anyway. So feel free to do so.
.02 Comment; For anyone who has a chosen character, please try to comment whenever you can. I won't make it mandatory. I for one know that we all have lives outside of aff. Some people have school, university, or jobs to do; even people to take care of. But, if you could comment every once in awhile with some feedback—that would be wonderful. I will say, that the first time your character pops up in the story, do comment. I really would like to know if I'm portraying her correctly. For those who don't have a character, if you stick around to actually make a comment, that means a lot to me; so, thank you in advance if you do in fact stick around despite not having your character in the story.
.03 Be Respectful; I do not tolerate inappropriate or disrespectful behavior. I won't allow anyone to be disrespectful to anyone. You will instantly be blocked and if you have a character in the story, she will be taken out. I do not tolerate drama at all. I can understad if you don't get along with someone else who is a part of the story; but, please try to keep that to yourself. I also understand if you don't like a character because she's mean or too nice; but, please try to refrain from bashing the character. You can say anything you want about anything; but, don't start shaming the character (ie. shaming) if you'd like to talk about it, you can personally PM me if you'd like to tell me about it. I'm not sure if someone who created that character will be offended or not—and that's the last thing I want. Also, it's just sort of disrespectful to start bashing a character because she has tendencies that aren't your own. That being said, I do know the difference between constructive criticism and criticism. I strongly appreciate anyone who finds grammar mistakes and tells me, or who points out how I'm not portraying the characters right. Or if there's a sudden change in character personality, I appreciate it. Also please understand that any views portrayed in the story are not my own. It's a fictional story with many different characters that have a vast amount of backgrounds. They're all distinct and have many contrasting outlooks. Please understand that.
.04; Other; I know this might've been a lot to read, I thank you so much if you actually did read this all. I would like to say that I take my writing very seriously, when I start something I want to finish it. I haven't been in the applyfic community for a long time (I used to be on a different account in like 2012 to 2013 but left) and I've only recently heard about people creating stories to gain karma and attention. I don't care about karma, nor do I care about attention. My main goal is to create a meaningful story with a variety of characters that hopefully pleases everyone; but, I'm not going to force myself to please everyone. I will not start another story—so that way I can focus on this story. If you have any concerns, worries, or questions please message me or comment down below. This goes as well for any ideas for the story. Even though I have this planned out to a T—that doesn't mean I won't take suggestions into consideration. I have also looked at all the suggestions given in the applications, some of them matched what I already have planned, and some of them were extremely interesting, so, of course, I'm going to use them. I honestly hope that this story will please you, and that you look forward to each and every update. Thank you to anyone, and everyone who is a part of this journey with me!
