Mina Myoui was busy drying her hair with a blower when she heard a knock. She was already standing up, but the knocks were getting louder. At last, she swung the door open and glared at the impatient intruder. “You again?!” Mina groaned. She didn’t want any business with the girl in front of her. The mere sight of her is making Mina pull her hair out of frustration. “Woah there, Medusa,” Sana played with Mina’s tangled hair and mimicked the sound of a snake. “You might want to feed your little snakes first before being impulsive huh,” Mina sneakily looked at her hair and boy was it a mess. But for the very least, she didn’t even look like Medusa even just a tad bit. That Sana girl is something. She has the right to call me names, Mina thought, right after everything she’s done. She wacked Sana’s hands away. “I was about to comb my hair when you barged in my door!” She could feel heat rising up in her cheeks from being called of that mythical creature. The taller girl chuckled. “How do you even know where I live? Are you a stalker? I’m calling the cops.” Sana held her tummy and laughed loudly. A laugh that irritated Mina, she almost wanted to kick her where it hurt. “Don’t speak too highly of yourself.” Sana pulled something from her shoulder bag and grinned mischievously at Mina, who was staring at her fiercely and daunting. “After throwing a prudish fit the other night, a silly girl left this on her chair.” Mina didn’t recognize what Sana was wagging in the air and when she did, she immediately pulled her phone from Sana’s hand but the latter retreated it back away. “Uh oh. Not  so easy.” “Give it back.” Mina demanded. “No-uh.” Sana sing-sang.   Mina forced herself to reach her phone to which Sana was holding on tightly, pulling her arms higher. Mina knew she had no luck winning as the girl was taller than her and she’s even wearing heels! “Give it back!” she repeated. “Are you going to stone me with your eyes, Medusaaaa?” Sana wiggled her eyebrows and snorted, holding Mina’s phone in the air higher and higher, and higher. Mina finally gave up and stood firmly with her arms crossed. She’s already losing her temper from the childish girl. “Don’t let me do it.” she warned curtly. Sana looked at her in the eye and raised an eyebrow. “Do what exactly? You—“ She didn’t get to finish her sentence as Mina kicked her forcefully on the knee in a skilled maneuver. “Ack!” Sana shouted in awe as she brought her knees in between her and caressed them tenderly. “I just heard it crack! My poor knee!” She scowled at Mina. Mina contentedly grabbed the phone from Sana’s right hand. She somehow felt guilty, but the little voice in her head saying the other girl deserved it got her the best. “Dammit! I was just playing around!” “Know who you’re playing with!” “Is that how you’re paying me for bringing you back your phone?” “I wasn’t going to do that if you just quit playing games.” “It burns!!!” After composing herself from the pain, Sana stood up but still felt the stinging hurt in her knee. Mina was ready to close the door, but was stopped by Sana’s hand. “Do you still need something?” “Aren’t you even going to ask if I’m okay?” Mina shook her head disapprovingly. “Cruel.” “At least I’m not a jerk.” “At least I don’t pull a yakuza to a person who was just trying to help!” “Help me?” Mina said incredulously. “I was just bringing you that!” Sana pointed at her phone. “You made me.” “For the love of—oww it still stings.” Sana winced and closed her eyes tightly. The view before Mina was slowly making her feel guilty. She could really see the other girl’s hurt. Sana sighed, “It reminds me, you said you take pictures out of hobby. I saw them. They were beautiful.” Mina looked at her blankly. “You looked through my phone?!” Her voice was accusing and Sana didn’t like her tone. “How am I supposed to know where you live if I didn’t?!” “Fine.” Mina said dejectedly. “Can you be my personal photographer?” Mina stared at her to see if Sana was joking again but the soft look she gave on her proved she was being serious. “Are you being serious?” she asked her anyway, just to be extra sure. “Yes.” “Why me?” “I don’t know anyone else.” “Then find someone else!” Sana sighed and rested her weight on the door. “I’m a journalist, remember?” Oh no, Mina didn’t like where this is going. “Actually, just a rookie journalist. I believe I was born with great skills in writing but because of my lousiness and laziness younger ones are excelling more than me.” “And what does that have to do with me?” “My preposterous boss gave me a month to impress him with an article. I figured I needed someone with great photography skills for my cut.” “I’m not even a professional photographer.” Mina was
