Jimin was still pretty tired so he decided he was going to sleep but it was pretty hard considering he felt Jungkook’s eyes practically boring holes into him yet, he eventually dozed off.

Jungkook watched as his small Hyung’s eyes drifted closed and his breathing evened out. He placed himself beside Jimin on the bed and watched, even though it may seem a bit creepy, Jimin was just so beautiful when he was relaxed. Jungkook reached out to brush a piece of Jimin’s black hair back and trail his finger down one of his chubby cheeks, watching fascinated as Jimin seemed to follow his hand when he pulled it back. Jungkook pulled himself down the bed a bit to lie completely next to Jimin, shifting the bed. Jungkook looked to Jimin to make sure he didn’t wake him and was relieved when Jimin only let out a little noise. Sighing, Jungkook calmed himself. He closed his eyes for a second and then—

Jimin flopped over and curled his body into Jungkook’s side, whining high but quietly. He threw a leg over Jungkook’s middle and latched his arms around him too, burying his face into the younger’s neck.

Jungkook breathed harshly, hoping not to wake Jimin. He tried shifting his body to move away because this wasn’t normal behavior for bandmates, right? But it only served to make Jimin whine in his ear again and Jungkook gave up, letting the older snuggle into him. He lied there awkwardly, not really knowing what to do but he brought his hand around to rub circles into Jimin’s back and his heart fluttered at the unconscious smile that tugged at Jimin’s lips. Jungkook unknowingly smiled himself, happy that his Hyung was happy, his hand slowed. Then Jimin was pushing more into his side, trying to get even closer, a little pout showing and Jungkook was confused about his sudden mood change, maybe he was having a ba—

A louder whine disturbed his train of thought but it wasn’t the pitch of it, it was what spilled from Jimin’s lips that stopped him, “D-Daddy.”

The younger’s face turned red, his breath hitching.

“Daddy,” He heard the whine again, “Da-Daddy.” It sounded pitiful, almost distressed as Jimin whimpered and tried to snuggle even closer.

Jungkook gulped, he was at a loss for words, for actions. His thoughts were going all over the place but then he breathed deeply and improvised, “I-It’s okay, um,” He started uneasily, “D-Daddy’s here, b-baby.” His statement almost sounded like a question but his face still burned as he began rubbing at Jimin’s back again.

“Daddy.” Jimin sighed out this time, he sounded more relaxed as his body untensed, nuzzling his face into Jungkook’s chest and placing his head directly over Jungkook’s fast-beating heart.

Jungkook woke back up, not really knowing why considering when he looked at the clock it was only three in the morning.

Though he soon found out the source as he felt warm breathing in his ear, Jimin must’ve cuddled closer when he had fallen asleep. Suddenly, Jimin was whimpering before turning over on his other side, away from Jungkook but as soon as the younger heard the same distraught whine from earlier, he was scooting closer to spoon the smaller.

‘Daddy’.

He wondered why his Hyung had subconsciously whined that particular word but he wondered even more about why the word made him want to hold the older, to coddle him. It made him want to protect him, to feel as if Jimin was too precious for this world but also gave him a sense of want of desire for the smaller and just pure greed, he didn’t want anyone else to see Jimin this way. He wanted to be the one to take care of him.

Just as he finished his thoughts, he heard a tiny gasp.

He felt Jimin tense in his arms, he must’ve woken up.

“Ju-Jungkook?” He started, still turned the other way, “W-Why are you h-holding me?”

Jungkook gulped, how was he supposed to answer that?

Might as well tell the truth.

“W-Well you were whining and moving a-around so I-I thought it would help.” Though the sentence sounded strange even to himself.

“B-But K-Kookie, I-I don’t th—“

“And you called me Daddy in your sleep!” He rushed out quickly.

He felt Jimin tense once more before he turned his head and looked at Jungkook.

“I-I what?” He stammered, face flushing a bright red, getting so hot it brought tears to his eyes.

Jungkook started again, “Y-You, um, you called me Daddy? W-Well, I don’t know if it was exactly f-for me b-but yeah.” He stuttered out, his own face heating up once more. He looked at Jimin whose face was still red, tears b his eyes.

“I-I’m sorry, Jungkook. I-I didn’t mean t-to. You probably think I’m wr-wrong now, I’m sorry.” Jimin was crying softly now.

“No, i-it’s okay, really Jimin. It’s okay.” Jungkook tried to console.

“No. N-No, it’s n-not. I-I’m w-weird and you probably don’t wanna be in here anymore and I-I underst—“

Jungkook quickly shut him up by kissing him square on the mouth.

Jimin’s eyes widened as Jungkook kissed him. Though he’d been wanting something like this to happen for a long time, he couldn’t even process it happening and Jungkook was pulling back before Jimin could even kiss back.

“,” Jungkook said.

“Jungkook,”  

 “I’m sorry, Jimin.”

“Jungkook,”

“I wasn’t even thinking. I—“

“Daddy,” Jimin whined out.

Jungkook paused, looking at Jimin with wide eyes and a pounding heart.

“Just kiss me again, please Daddy?”

Jungkook gulped and leaned forward, placing his lips tenderly on Jimin’s again. This time Jimin eagerly kissed him back, both of their dopey smiles making it a little more difficult but they didn’t care.
