Left shoe
Big Bang Creepypastas" One hundred bucks and the losing team will have to dress up as high school girls! The full works! Pink uniforms and blonde wigs no less! Our final price! " exclaimed GD while waving his arms enthusiastically.
"Fine! If you guys make it on the other side with both pairs of shoes on and not crying like a wuss, the hundred bucks are all yours! And Daesung and Seungri will dress up as high school girls! Dont say that I didnt warn you!" Taeyang retorted in defiance.
Seated at the back of Taeyang's car, Seungri and Daesung could only looked at each other in surprise, upon hearing their older band member, Taeyang's offer to sacrifice the two younger members over his stupid bet and bruised ego.
"Shake on it Taeyang. Gentleman's agreement." GD provoked Taeyang further.
Taeyang eyed his best friend, GD's extended right hand through the car window with suspicion before he took it into his own to seal the deal.
"Let's go right now. We have an early morning dance rehearsal practice for Day 2 tomorrow. And I don't want to be late." Taeyang grumbled to himself the last sentence.
TOP rolled his eyes at the very mention of dance practice as he tapped GD's right shoulder, signalling to him to start the engine.

Earlier that evening, the Big Bang members went for dinner after their MADE concert in Seoul and had a fervour discussion about the latest urban legend.
Apparently, there was a particular stretch of road called the Devil's Bend, that was rumoured to be haunted. GD overheard the local concert crew talking about it during rehearsal break earlier that morning.
The Devil's Bend was a stretch of winding road that cuts through a water catchment area which is surrounded by the government protected nature reserve. Occasionally, you could see wild monkeys roaming around freely at the side of the road.
It was said that if you drive along this road during the witching hour, no matter how fast or slow you drive, you can never reach the other end of the road. You could be driving for hours and would somehow end up in the same stretch of road.
However, there was a way to break the 'curse'.
Men's shoes.
Not the right shoe.
Not both shoes.
Just the left shoe.
Place the left shoe in the middle of the road and drive off. Soon you would be free of the curse and could see the other end of the road soon enough.
But there is a catch.
You are forbidden to look into the rearview after you dropped off the left shoe. You are supposed to drive off without looking back, either over your shoulder for the usual blind spots or look into the rearview mirror until the end of the road was in sight.
This particular stretch of road was once an illegal street racing route. But too many not-so-innocent lives had been claimed by this particular stretch of road. Hence the name the Devil's Bend.
The local police stepped up police patrol and road block around the area and the illegal street racing activities eventually died down.

The two cars finally parked at the side of the road, just before the entrance to the Devil's Bend. A black Audi driven by GD with TOP seated in front. And a white Lexus SUV, driven by Taeyang with Seungri and Daesung seated at the back.
Taeyang and the two younger members would wait at the other end of the road by going through highway while GD and TOP embark on their creepy joyride.
They promised to not pull any prank with their handphones in case of emergency. They were excited but not dumb. Then Taeyang drove off first to the designated meeting point.
GD looked to his right at the eldest member of Big Bang, TOP and was greeted with a confident smirk as he pulled into gear.
The road started out into a long stretch of straight road until they came to a T-junction.
If they turned right, they would have exited the Devil's Bend early and merged into the highway. If they turned left, they would continued along the Devil's Bend.
GD signalled left as he turned the steering wheel counter clockwise.
The next stretch of road gradually started to turn into a series of hairpin turns. GD slowly manuveured the Audi skilfully. Any mistake could spells trouble.
The road slowly came to another straight stretch of road but on a gradual incline until the road start on a descent. GD changed gear and slowly brought the car to a cruising speed.
Streetlights lined both side of the roads. Both GD and TOP remained quiet. Preferring to concentrate on the road ahead of them.
Their silence was interrupted when the digital clock on the dashboard flashed 12:00AM.
The atmosphere inside the car intensified. Goosebumps raised on both of their arms as a direct result of the sudden drop in the temperature inside the car.
TOP who had been silently making a mental note of all the things that they had passed by so far, started to grew worried. He was starting to feel the aftermaths of downing soju bombs with Seu gri and Daesung earlier that evening during dinner. Luckily, he was not the one driving.

It slowly dawned on TOP that it had started. Without taking his eyes off the road ahead, he reached out to GD and tapped lightly on the back of GD's right hand that was resting in the shift gear.
GD felt his back muscles tightened immediately after TOP tapped the back of his hand and nodded back.
But neither of them still uttered any word.
After the umpteenth times of repeated roadside structures, both GD and TOP decided that they had enough.
GD stopped the car in the middle of the deserted road and open his car door. He dropped of the shoe in the middle of the road and quickly slammed the door shut before driving off in a hurry.
He had to resist looking into the rearview mirror till the end of the road was in sight. As per Taeyang's warning earlier. But GD's curiosity won him over as he tried to peek at the rearview mirror in stealth mode.
*Ahem!*
TOP cleared his throat to warn GD to back off. GD sunk back into his seat and kept his eyes on the road. But then, out of habit, he looked at his sideview mirror to check for his blind spots.

Slowly, it picked up the fallen article in the middle of the road. Another one passes by, bearing gifts. Guess it's time to let them go scot-free.

After a while, Taeyang spotted the black Audi at a distant. Seungri and Daesung who were leaning against the side of the SUV, straightened themselves and craned their neck for a clearer view of their approaching group members Audi.
But they noticed the Audi did not have any headlights . Which was pretty stupid and potentially an unsafe thing to do in the middle of the night.
Quite uncharacteristic of GD thought Taeyang to himself.
Slowly the Audi came to a halt barely a hundred metres away from their own parked SUV.
"Why did they stop their car?" Seungri broke the uneased silence.
"I don't know. But it's pretty stupid and dangerous to turn off their headlights and drive in the dark like that!" Tae
