Kwangmin had come early to their meeting. It was one of their favorite spots that held so many memories. The first time they met, their first kiss. It was a colder day today, so he had his hand in the pockets of his pale brown coat, anxiously rubbing the gift he had saved up for. 

He looked around and tried to admire the amazing view but he couldn't get his mind off of it. The thought that had been bugging him the whole morning. That stupid rumor,"It couldn't be true!" he kept repeating in his head. 

There was no way she would break up with him on Christmas, right? 

Kwangmin breathed out exasperatedly, and gripped the railing a bit. He let his head drop and whispered to himself,"Whatever happens, will happen." His head snapped up and awkwardly placed his arms on the railing when he heard footsteps nearing. He turned with a sober expression and immediately sensed something was wrong. 

Kwangmin let his arms drop to his sides and reached his right one out to touch her arm, but she pulled away.

"What's wrong?" He asked her hoarsely, barely above a whisper. She kept her sad expression and showed him the snowglobe they picked out together a few days before and gestured it toward him. Kwangmin blinked at her, then at the snowglobe, and then faced her again. 

It was happening. The rumors were true. He pushed it gently back to her and she sighed while she put it back in her pocket. Kwangmin wanted to hug her from behind and never let her go as she turned away from him, but it was too late. She had made her decision, she was already too far away to hug. Running after her would only result in screaming. 

He had to let her go.
