At TOP's drama shooting site, 

After their fight, TOP has to go to his schedule. He wants to let her has time to think about their argument. For him, it's Tiffany who is wrong, he reproaches her for not calling him or texting him about her helping her friend, for coming back at 10am because he was so worried but also so angry to call her. He feels she didn't care about him when she is with her friends. He only sighs when he is thinking about their argument. He doesn't have any text about her and understands that she is very angry but he is stubborn to send her a message. He is trying to hide his frustration, he needs to be professional but everyone can see on the site that something bothers him. 
" What happened to you ? You seem preoccupied.." Jo In Sung asked worried 
" Ahaha ! I'm okay Hyung ! Just a little tired " He smiled 
" Aigoooo ! Fighting !" Jo In Sung replied with a smile
He spends about 6hours shooting his drama and he has to go to a photoshoot for a magazine. He doesn't have any news of his girlfriend and becomes very worry. 

At the X photoshoot, 

It has already been two hours since the photoshoot begins. He is very tired but he has to finish it before going home. 
He is very focused until his manager stops the shooting. 
" What happened ? Why are you so pale ?" He asked his manager
" Okay ! Just promise me, don't panic and listen calmly what I'm going to say to you !" His manager said calmly and everyone listened and looked at him curiously
" Okay if you want ! Now, tell me what happened ? We need to finish the shooting !" He replied
" Then... YG just called me to inform me that Tiffany has... a car accident and..." His manager informed him calmly and everyone were shocked
" WHAT ??? WHAT HAPPENED ? TELL ME WHERE SHE IS ?!" He interrupted him, shouted and began to take out his outfit
" Calm down ! She is at the emergency room of Seoul Hospital !" His manager continued 
" TAKE ME OVERHERE ! NOW !" He yelled and didn't care about people around him 

During the way, it's very silent, he doesn't want to know what happened, he just wants to see her. 

At the Seoul hospital's emergency room,

When he arrives, he sees a crowd of journalists who are waiting for any information. They see him and try to have any news from him. He just doesn't speak and does directly in the hospital. 
He arrives in the corridor of the emergency room and sees Taeyeon, Yuri, her manager and his bestfriend Gdragon. They are all pale and Yuri wipes her tears. He runs to them.
" What happened to her ? How is she ?" He panicked 
" Calm down Oppa, we know nothing, doctors aren't coming out yet.. We just need to wait.." Taeyeon tried to comfort him when he fall down on the bench
