Hello~

I know it's been a while.Yes, i'm still alive. lol. Well, real life happens and it's keeping me busy. I would also like to take this opportunity to tell you guys, that i'm afraid that i might abandon my stories here. Take note: I might. I know i told you guys before that i'll finish my stories but since there's lack of motivation and real life, I'm still thinking about if i'm continue writing my stories. I hope you'll understand. I still want to share my stories with you. I want to share it so much that i want to scatter them all around the internet. lol. Please bear with me. :) For the mean time, please enjoy this simple fluff. It might not be as good as the usual but i hope you'll like it :)

“OMONA! Yoooonngggg~ your song is really cute!” the doe-eyed girl heard her pink-loving unnie, Tiffany gushing over her first solo song.

“Look at the people on SNS, they’re all loving it. It has a lot of positive feedback. Daebak~”, a tall shikshin, Sooyoung said as she scrolled through her phone.

“Congrats, Yoona-yah~” their kid-leader, Taeyeon, smiled cutely as she hugged her donsaeng which Yoona blushed and hugged her back.

Sunny and Hyoyeon hummed along to the song as they listened to it. Even the maknae happily joined in. They all gathered in their dorm to listen to Yoona’s new single. This has been a new move for the team since they all know that Yoona is not part of the vocal team. They’re glad that all of them were given their own spotlight to showcase their talents and they were all supportive of each other.

“How I wish that Yuri unnie is here with us.” Seohyun pouted and Yoona smiled sadly. She wished the same thing. She dedicated the song to her precious black pearl after all.

Yoona and Yuri has been dating—secretly for years now. Their relationship composed of secret dates, fake dating scandals and discreet skinships which some fans noticed but brushed off since they see them as best friends.

It might seem easy to be in their relationship since they’re in the same team. Yes, it’s easy since no one can suspect anything. They’re always together. Well, they thought so. But, they never thought that being part of the Nation’s Girl Group and two most popular member, dating could be really hard.

Just like what they’re experiencing now.

“I wish for that, too, Juhyunnie.” Yoona replied to the maknae.

“We want to see her blushing face. I bet it will be so adorable.” Sunny wondered sadly. Yoona smiled at the thought.

The doe-eyed idol sighed. She expected to have Yuri beside her as they listen to her song. Yuri would be squeeling so cutely that Yoona will not contain her giggles and kiss her girlfriend. She longed for that but nobody would expect that Yuri would be this busy.

The two of them rarely see each other except for group activities. Yoona is juggling her preparation for her Chinese drama and movies along with her photoshoots and CF while Yuri is juggling her school works since she’ll be graduating really soon, meetings for her upcoming projects, photoshoot and her preparation for her drama and reality show. Yoona couldn’t help but wonder if Yuri is still getting any sleep or rest.

Maybe, she’s dating a Superwoman after all.

“We’re sorry we couldn’t fill in for Yuri. We know how much you wanted her to listen to your song. We bet that once she listens to this, she’ll call you. She might even show up here unannounced.” Taeyeon tried to encourage the sad girl.

“I want to but I know that it will not happen.” Yoona sighed for the second time as she looked at her phone to see any messages from her girlfriend—none. She decided to send her a message.

Yuuwwrreee-yaaahh~~ I released a song today. I hope you listened to it. I dedicated the song for you. I wish you’re here to listen with me :’(

She sighed as she sent the message. She knew that her girlfriend will read her message after few hours.  She looked up and saw her unnies and the maknae smiling sadly at her. They all wanted to be happy for the girl but they all know that there’s only one girl who can do that for them.

“Don’t worry about me, unnies. Yuri will be here anyway. It’s not like she left, right?” she tried to be positive by smiling widely at them. She’s not an actress for nothing.

The girls exhaled and smiled back at her.

“Oh yeah, your Jessica-unnie said that she heard your song. She’ll call you later to say what she has to say.” Taeyeon smiled at her dongsaeng as she mentioned her girlfriend.

“Please tell Shika-unnie I said ‘Hi’. Also, bring food when she visits us later.” Yoona smiled which made Taeyeon nodded and message her girlfriend.

They kept on repeating the song the whole day and then went on with their individual tasks which left Yoona laying lazily on the sofa, waiting for Yuri.

She was playing on her lockscreen when she received a message that she kept on waiting for the whole time.

Let’s meet ay Deoksugung stonewall walkway at 3PM.

Yoona read the message again and again. She couldn’t help but be disappointed with Yuri. She’s expecting an answer like how much she likes the song. This is not how Yuri used to reply or send her messages. She tried calling Yuri but she’s not answering.

‘How can she be so unfair? Why doesn’t she support me like other couples do? Now she’s ordering me to meet her? Doesn’t she love me anymore?’ Yoona pouted.

At Deoksugung Stonewall walkway

Yoona parked her car near Deoksugung Stonewall and wore her facemask. Since the release of the song, the play became popular especially to the couples. She sighed for the nth time as she saw couples walking hand in hand. She can’t help but be bothered since Yuri ordered her to meet her.

‘What could be the problem? Is there something wrong?’ Yoona thought.

She got out of her car and made her way to the opposite side of the place. Little did the public know that there’s a way for popular people like Yoona to walk around the place without getting notice by the fans.

As Yoona walked around to their meeting place, Yoona exhaled the spring air—a perfect weather for a date.

Yoona couldn’t help but thought the lyrics of her song.

“A warm, spring wind
Weather check? Done
A light outfit, already set
Wanna go on a date this weekend?
My heart is already racing…”

As she hummed along to the song in her head, she suddenly thought the famous legend about the place. She remembered what the composer told her about the song. Eventhough that the place is romantic and perfect for couples, there’s a legend that that if a couple walks down Deoksugung (Deoksu Palace)Stonewall Walkway, they will break up.

Yoona stopped walking and gasped.

“Eotteoke?! Does this mean--? No, it can’t be. Yuri wouldn’t do that. Yuri will not break up with me.” Yoona assured herself. But as she walked, her mind started to wander. She thought different possibility why Yuri wanted to meet with her. Out of all places in Korea, this is the place that she wanted? Does she know about the legend?

“Besides, what could be the reason why Yuri wanted to break up with me? “ Yoona whispered to herself.

Her heart suddenly started to beat so fast. As she started to see Yuri from afar—waiting for her.

She suddenly thought, ‘What if it’s real? How can I handle it? What if she’ll leave me because she thought that she can’t handle our relationship anymore? What if she suddenly got tired? What if she has other plans and that doesn’t include me?’

These questions played around Yoona’s mind as she saw Yuri standing the tree—she looks so beautiful and peaceful while standing there as the wind danced through her hair.

She thought that she had been so unfair with Yuri. Yuri was there for her all throughout when she was so busy with her schedules. She didn’t hear anything from Yuri when she failed to remember their anniversary even their dates because if her schedule. Yuri let her rest even the black pearl wanted to spend time with her. Yuri understands her and she’s not expecting anything in return. Even when they had their fake dating scandals, she knew how hurt Yuri was when everybody was crazy about her dating life with Lee Seunggi. This is when she realized how much Yuri loves her. Now, she’s being unfair because all Yuri did was loving her but she let herself be disappointed over a single thing.

Yoona didn’t know if she’s just hearing her song in her head or someone is playing the song but all she knows is she’s starting to tear up.

‘How can I break up with someone so beautiful like Yuri?’ Yoona thought.

Yoona started to cry as her ‘singer-self’ singing the lines:

Might sound cliché to someone else

Yoona saw Yuri smiled and suddenly looked up to her direction and waved at her. Yoona tried to wipe her tears but it kept on pouring on her beautiful face.

Yuri walked towards her and saw her girlfriend crying, “OMO! Yoong, what’s wrong?” she said as she hugged the crying girl.

Yoona started blabbering as she cried on her girlfriend’s shoulder, “You’re so beautiful…I’m sorry…My fault…s-stupid Y-yoo-n-na…don’t l-leave m-me, pleaasse~”

“W-what?” Yuri pulled away and looked at her crying mess of a girlfriend. “Tell me, what’s wrong, Yoona. Why are you crying? You’re scaring me.” Now, her girlfriend started to worry.

Yoona exhaled and wiped her tears. When she calmed down, she said, “I’m sorry. Please don’t leave me.”

Yuri looked at her with her puppy eyes and even tilted her head sideways just like puppies do—the thing she does when confused. Yoona almost giggled at her.

“What makes you think, I will?” Yuri asked.

“I was not a good girlfriend to you, Yul.” Yoona said as she had her head down. “When you didn’t even send me a message about what you think about the song or if you ever hear it, I doubted you. I thought you didn’t love me anymore when in fact, all you did was being the most understanding and forgiving one. That’s why when you said you wanted to meet me here, I thought you wanted to break up with me.” She explained.

“What? I don’t even understand why? This is such a romantic place, how come this place makes me want to break up with you?”

“Because one of the composer oppa told me a legend about this place. There’s a legend that if a couple walk here together, they will break up.”

Yuri laughed her famous laugh. “Yah! Since when you started to believe on all those things?”

Yoona pouted which made Yuri walked closer to her and held both of her hands.

“You’re so silly, Im Yoona.” Yuri grinned.

Yoona smiled, “maybe I am. I fell in love with you.”

“YAH!” Yuri slapped her girlfriend on her arm which made Yoona laugh her alligator laugh.

“But seriously, Yoong. Stop thinking all those things, okay? Stop overthinking. I will never break up with you, okay? Not ever.” Yuri said seriously as she looked at those beautiful doe eyes.

“Alright, because I never plan on breaking up with you, either.” Yoona smiled widely.

They started walking hand in hand, enjoying the warm spring breeze.

“So, will you tell me why you’re not calling me or with me when my song was released?” Yoona asked as their hands swinging back and forth—contented that no one can see them.

“I was busy.” Yuri said curtly.

“About what?”

“I was busy arranging this for you.” Yuri said as she waved her free hand around.

It’s Yoona’s turned to be confused.

“What?” Yoona asked.

“This.” Yuri smiled proudly.

Yoona paused and started to look around. Just then, she finally realized what Yuri’s talking about. She’s hearing her song. It’s not in her head. She’s hearing her song in public—in a historical place—a place where the song is all about.

“You did this?” Yoona gasped. She knew that it’s not easy to arrange something like this especially at a historical place like Deoksugung Stonewall walkway.

“Well, not just having your song being heard around the palace, but the song itself.” Yuri smiled proudly.

“What do you mean? Oh—?” Yoona gasped which made Yuri nodded.

“Yes. I actually composed the song. I gave it to Lee SooMan sunbae-nim and he said he’ll have people to arrange the song. I intentionally choose you to sing the song which I dedicated for you.” Yuri confessed.

Yoona couldn’t believe what she’s hearing. The song that she thought her song for Yuri was a song dedicated just for her. She couldn’t help but wonder how can she love Yuri more than what Yuri is giving her.

Yoona suddenly pulled Yuri for a long and loving kiss. The black pearl was surprised but eventually let herself melt in Yoona’s arms as she pulled close. They pulled away to catch their breath and rest on each other’s forehead.

“I couldn’t find a way on how to say thank you for everything, Yul. How can I ever repay you?” Yoona whispered on Yuri’s lips.

“Just stay with me forever is all I ask” Yuri grinned.

“You don’t have to remind me, Ms. Kwon.” Yoona smirked which made Yuri giggled as Yoona playfully pinched her .

She knows they’re even.

They started swaying along with the song as they sang together.

“Yuri?” Yoona asked.

“Hhmmm?”

“How about some pasta now? It shouldn’t be too far.Shall we go right now?” Yoona grinned as she sang the lyrics.

“YAH! IM YOONA!” Yuri slapped her girlfriend’s arm again.

Yoona suddenly grabbed Yuri’s hand as they ran along the Deoksugung doldamgil.
