“Kai.”

He ignores the voice and walks in faster pace towards the elevator. But he doesn’t manage to run from her this time. He groans when she walks into the elevator, calms her breathing.

“Why are you ignoring me?”

She asks in soft tone. Kai looks at her with his piercing gaze. He shoves his hands in his pocket, sighs.

“I promised someone Krystal and being with you all these time, I’m afraid that I’ll hurt her.”

“But Kai. I still love you.”

“Don’t talk bull Krys. You are not.”

“I am.”

“You are the one who dump me. Why are you telling me you still love me?”

“I realized it when I break your heart.”

“You realized it too late. I’m happy now.”

“But I’m not.”

She walks closer to him, tugging his arm which he pulls it away quickly.

“Why are you treating me this way?”

“I told you. I love Naeun.”

He stated with rage. He doesn’t know now why he is angry with Krystal. He should be calm but somehow he feels the need to spat at her; things that he couldn’t say before.

Krystal doesn’t back away. Instead she walks closer to him, hugging him even when he struggles to break free from her and she cried.

Hearing her cry, he felt weak. The last thing he want to hear from her is her crying.

Krystal is known as a cold chick. She doesn’t cry. Her sister once told him that she doesn’t cry when she got her vaccination. She is that tough.

But now, she is crying. Not just crying. She is sobbing hard on his chest.

When the elevator ding on his floor, Kai pulls her out with him, both went into his shared apartment with Naeun.
