Two months passed since Kai meets again with Krystal. They hang out together often now. Even went for a drive when she said she needs fresh air.

Naeun had been busy with her work which she just able to send a ‘I miss you’ to Kai here and there. He had been missing her like crazy in the first month but now, not anymore. Slowly, he manages to live his life without waking up to Naeun’s morning kisses.

“How’s work?”

Krystal asks when Kai starts driving. He glances to her and smiles.

“Fine. Nothing unusual happen.”

He joked and make her chuckle.

“You seem out. Why? Something bad happen?”

“Nothing that big. Just that I was scolded.”

She sighs, leaning her head on the window and looks out. Kai glances at her before he squeezes her hand and releases it when she looks at him.

“Don’t think too much.”

He said, looking at the dim lighted road which just lighted by the cars.

“Kai ah.”

He answers her with a hum and she looks at his hand.

“Can I hold your hand? Just for a bit.”

Instead of answering her, he smiles and reaches for her hand, holding it tight.

“Is this fine?”

She nods and slowly leans her head on his shoulder, closing her eyes. Kai glances at her.

“Are you tired? I can send you home.”

“No.”

She answers quickly, shooting up from her position.

“Can we just go on a drive.”

“We can walk at Hangang if you want to get some air.”

Smiling, Krystal nods.

“That will be nice.”

Naeun stirs when she heard a ring on her door. Dragging her feet, she manage to grabs her outer wear and put it on before she opens the door, leaning to the door frame and pouts.

“Wae oppa? I just manage to sleep for a bit.”

“Sorry Naeun but I just want to tell you that I’m going to the Hospital for  bit.”

Then is when Naeun saw the paleness on Myungsoo face.

“Oppa, what happen?”

She asks, the sleepiness left her completely when she holds Myungsoo’s arm and checks on him. Myungsoo shakes his head. Signaling her that he don’t know what is it with him.

“I’ll accompany you.”

“Ani Naeun ah. I’m not calling you out to make you go with me.”

“I know.”

She cuts him off and helps him into her room and makes him sit down. She took her casual attire and heads to the bathroom to change.

“Let’s go. I’m driving you there.”

“Want some chicken?”

It’s 3 in the morning Krys.”

Kai declines with shaking his head. He ate too much unhealthy food. Naeun won’t like it. He shoves his hand in his pockets and continues to walk slowly. Krystal next to him.

“But I’m hungry.”

She whines, showing her puppy eyes to him.

“But no beer.”

“How can one eat chicken without beer?”

“I’m trying to manage myself Krys.”
