Our surrounding was tensed than ever. I didn’t expected that your fiancé would come. He slowly took a seat beside you. His face was stiff and I wasn’t able to understand what mask he was wearing.

“It’s university all over again, huh?” Seunghyun Hyung gave us a tightlipped smile, but it couldn’t be more terrifying than ever. He was a man with a big heart and big smile and as long as I’ve known him, he was never angry but once; and from that time, I was sure I didn’t want to see him angry anymore.

“I was there for him when he locked himself at his room, waiting for him to go out. I was there when he bawled his eyes out even he refused my hug so I just watched him sobbing hard. I was there when he was admitted to hospital because of the stress and severe dehydration. I took days off from my job and took care of him. I visited him regularly at his apartment when he was disoriented. I was there every time he needed me and I am still.

Seasons changed and Seunghyun Seonbae became busy than ever. After graduated he decided to give up his dream to be an actor or get a job at theatre and worked at his family’s company. He rarely showed up at the café, but then Daesung and I still went to the café together.

It was a sunny day when Daesung found out I was sleeping on the couch, sweating. He called my name to wake me up, but I felt there was a hammer knocking my head over and over again. He helped me to go change my pajama with a new one. I rarely got sick, but maybe I was stressed from my last year project.

Daesung made me breakfast and he said that he would nurse me until noon because he had to go to class and the club until night. I only nodded at him. I just remembered that he fed me, gave me medicines and put a cold towel on my temple to decrease the temperature of my body.

I could hardly tell whether it was day or night because I spent my time to sleep after Daesung went and it took me a lot of energy just to go to the bathroom. After doing my business, I just threw myself on the bed and went to sleep again.

The distinct sound of Daesung’s footsteps could be heard and I was awakened by it. He definitely went to my room and the lamp. Maybe he was surprised with my position, because I heard he run towards me and helped me to get better position.

He touched my temple and cursed. “. The temperature is not going down. Should we go to the hospital, Hyung?”

“No, I will get better so— Ah-choooo!”

He laughed. “And… You’re sneezing.”

“Just get me my medicine. I don’t have money to go to the hospital.”

He didn’t say anything and I didn’t bother to open my eyes to see him. The next thing I realized was him feeding me some porridge to which I hardly swallow. Then I took my medicine and closed my eyes again. But then the next thing he did surprised me.

Daesung took away the blanket that covered me and began to my pajama. I was startled but I didn’t have energy to fight.

“I’m sorry, Hyung. If you don’t want to go to the hospital, then we do it my way.”

I saw he stripped himself after he made me topless and helped me to sleep on my side. Then he moved to the other side of the bed and began to spoon me. The hair on my body stood up upon feeling his bare skin on mine. For a while, I forgot that I was sick. We both were tensed for a while but then I felt that his breath became even as he enveloped me from behind.

“Ehm… You know basic physic right? I am doing that…”

I just mumbled at his statement.

“It’s weird, isn’t it?” he asked again.

“No, Daesung-ah.” I shook my head. “I think it’s better than any medicine.”

I could feel his cold body on my back and I took a deep breath at the comfortable sensation. His right hand became my personal pillow and he settled his other hand awkwardly in front of my stomach. Sudden happiness made me took his left hand and hugged it on my chest. He moved closer and he started to put his thigh on mine.

I didn’t know how much time had passed but we stayed at that position for a while. I bet he was aware that my heart beating faster than usual. He was about to get up when I grabbed his hand.

“Where are you going?”

“It has been minutes and I think it’s enough. I want to grab the thermometer. Maybe the temperature is decreasing now.”

I turned to face him and his eyes became bigger. The distance between our face never been so close before and I sensed his confusion and tension. He was frozen –all he could do was staring back at me with lips tightly closed. Daesung was adorable and I thought I could spend all the time just to stare at him.

I settled his left hand on my waist and trailed up his muscular biceps. Since when he became this bulky? I smiled at the thought. My hand went up further and I decided to cup his face and look at him; his eyes still on mine. He took a heavy breath when I caressed his cheek.
