Kim Mi Yeon is a high school graduate who attempts suicide after receiving rejection letters from all of the Universities she applied for. She has no plan B. Her life is going into a downward spiral. Two days later, she wakes up in a hospital bed surrounded by nurses instead of her family. After they suggest that she be placed into a Mental Institution, Mi Yeon packs basic clothes and toiletries and heads for the facility, without so much as a phone call from her family members.  

Once she gets settled in, Mi Yeon discovers that it's not so bad being there, as she hears other patients' stories. And, when she finds herself sitting across a group of three handsome boys, she finds that there is more than meets the eye when getting to know people's darkest fears and secrets. While she becomes close with one boy in particular, she has to decide if he can help her or if he will lead her to her ultimate demise.
