Description
Wendy is the upcoming CEO of S Hotel, who disguises as an undercover guest to find out more about the inner workings of the hotel. She meets Irene, who is the uptight front-desk receptionist of S Hotel.

Foreword
“Why did you do that?” the receptionist asks.
It surprises Wendy because her tone is demanding and she’s glaring at Wendy. The receptionist is small, rather short in height but incredibly thin. She’s cute, Wendy realizes, but her eyebrows are scrunched up into a frown. Such fierceness coming from a small person. The receptionist has piqued her interest.
She raises an eyebrow, “What do you mean?”
“You chased away a guest. We lost business because of your impulsiveness. That man was a VIP. He was a valued guest who frequented the hotel. Thanks to you, we lost a guest.”
“You don’t need guests like him.”
“He still pays, regardless of whether he’s an or not.”
Wendy knows she’s wrong, but she continues anyway. “I’m a VIP. Shouldn’t you be thanking me?”
The receptionist frowns even more, if that’s even possible. “Miss, you said the man’s not the only VIP in the world. Doesn’t that apply to you, too? So what if you’re a VIP?”
“What’s your name?” Wendy asks, mirth dancing in her eyes.
The receptionist seems to hate the amused look Wendy currently has, because she says, “Bae Joohyun, but that’s only reserved for people who aren’t s. You may call me Irene.”
“How feisty. You might get in trouble if you do that to other guests. Lucky you, it’s me whom you’re talking to, so I’ll let it go.”
“Excuse me? Let it go? I’m not even in the wrong!” Irene exclaims.
“Should you be talking to a guest like that?” Wendy asks, smiling.
Irene realizes her mistake and immediately looks down. “I apologize.”
Wendy just waves it off, “Never mind that. I’d like to book the Falcon Suite for a week.”
“May I have your name, please?”
“Son Seungwan, but that’s only reserved for people who aren’t feisty. You may call me Wendy.”
Irene narrows her eyes at Wendy and Wendy can only laugh.
“Your room is on the 49th floor. Please enjoy your stay,” Irene forces a smile, sliding a card towards Wendy.
Wendy grabs the card, smirking. “Believe me, I will."
