Cho Appa welcomed Kyuhyun as he returned back home. He was happy to see Kyuhyun having only a small bandage on his forehead
showing only a very small wound from the accident. Kyuhyun smiled, this place is surely the most familiar thing he had seen
since he went out of the hospital... their house.

"Quickly, go to your room and rest." Cho Appa said. Kyuhyun nodded and walked straightly to his room on his own. He opened the
door and saw no change from the last time he saw it. The family picture at the side of the bed, his picture when he was young,
his picture when he was 12, his picture when he won the Math Triathlon... and the he wondered... did he miss something? It feels
like there is a missing picture or two. He doesn't know.
Anyways, he's just happy to go home.

When he jumped on his bed, he noticed a puzzle heart necklace hanging on one of his belt hooks, he stood up and looked at it.
He studied it and continuesly look. "Why is there a key in my necklace?" he wondered. Oh so NOT Cho Kyuhyun's fashion sense.
He's not really that into puzzles particularly those with hearts and sissy stuffs...and a key? TSCH!

He tried the key in different drawers but every lock didn't fit the key at all. He went down and looked for his dad.

Inside Cho Appa's office, he opened his drawer and looked at a certain picture frame that he took away from Kyuhyun's room. A
series of pictures of him and Sungmin from a certain trip together making funny face inside a bus, a picture of the same setting
but Kyuhyun is looking at the smiling Sungmin and a picture of them pretending to sleep head to head.
"I'm sorry... Sungmin sshi... he has forgotten about you. There is no reason for you have to leave a
trace in this home anymore."

He recalled a scene of him and Sungmin sitting beside each other. "Since he cannot recall you, it would be better to just let
him be. Sungmin sshi... he is still my only son. I might have tolerated him going for you before but now... I hope you
undertand. He doesn't want you anymore..." Sungmin just looked down and nodded as Cho Appa patted the forgotten lover and
walked away.

His father then put the picture frame with the photo in the dustbin beside the table.
Cho Appa heard Kyuhyun calling him so he put the dustbin under his table and asked Kyuhyun to come in.

"Appa... what's this key for?" Kyuhyun asked showing the key on the necklace.

Cho Appa knows that there will be times when Kyuhyun would sleep in Sungmin's apartment, but he definitely has no idea that
Kyuhyun has the duplicate key to the house. He, too, wondered.

"I'm not really sure what's that key for. I don't really interfere with your stuffs."

"Oh..." Kyuhyun said. He just shrugged his shoulder and went out of the office still wondering what the key is for. He put the
necklace on and wonder... "Weird. I suddenly feel so happy that this cold metal is around my neck? Is this a lucky
charm or something?" This kind of
change in his fashion sense is not really bad after all. He would want this necklace to be always around his neck. He smiled
and walked towards his room.

Soon after that, his phone rings...

"Hyukjae hyung? woah... it's a surprise that you remember me. Not cuddling Donghae today, huh?" Kyuhyun said on the phone.

"Hyung? you actually know what hyung is?" Hyukjae asked over the phone... "You're out of the hospital?"

"Yeah, I'm out. Huh? School Homecoming?" Kyuhyun showed a bit of sour face hearing the news from Hyukjae.
"what's that for?"

"Just come, our seniors are all coming, including Jay and Jungmo hyung!" Hyukjae said excitedly.

Kyuhyun wondered who they were either but he thought dear Hyukjae is not really going to stop bothering him if he don't confirm
his attendance to the blonde.... "Fine, fine... I'll see you there." Kyuhyun said.

"Good. Third week of this month... See ya!" Hyukjae hung the phone.

"Alright-" he wanted to talk a bit more, ask about the necklace, but Hyukjae is already out of reach. He sighed and smiled as
he looked at the necklace one more time.

Sungmin looked at the invitation that he received from his University. "Am I suppose to go?" he thought."Kyuhyun must be
there..." he sighed. Sure he wants to see Kyuhyun, but he has to remember that this
guy is no longer his lover, he has forgotten everything and the more he encounters him, the more painful words and bashings
he will hear. How exactly can he forget Cho Kyuhyun?

Suddenly, a phone call disrupted his thoughts.

"Jay hyung?" he was quite surprised as it has been a year since Jay last contacted him.
"what? You'll be performing in the Homecoming?" he said and finally, a small smile planted on his lips. TRAX is his and Kyuhyun's
favourite college band... and Sungmin used to write a song or two for them.

"Sungmin-ah, Jungmo requested you to write a song for us... you know he's your secret fan." Jay said over the phone which
made Sungmin smile even wider. For a while, he has forgotten all the thought's about Kyuhyun forgetting him.

"Jungmo Hyung?" Sungmin asked, his lips are curled in and looked down a bit. "but-"

"No more buts Ming, just a simple song... or whatever. Email it to me asap, ok?"

"but-hyung? hello?" Sungmin looked at his phone and realised that the other line has hung up. He shook his head still with
a bit of smile. It seemed like a year since he wrote "Cold-hearted man" for them... a song he made for Heechul hyung who broke
up with someone. Now he's asking for another one.
He breathe out deeply... what can I write for them now?

It is not really his profession... songwriting is more of a hobby... a way out of stress, of unsaid feelings for Sungmin. He's
been doing it even before encountering a certain cold-hearted man named Cho Kyuhyun and didn't realise that it will be a way
for him to capture Kyuhyun's heart by accident. When they started dating, songwriting became a way
of supporting his past lover who loves music. Music is one of the ways to spice up their relationship... now, he wonders what
music is for.

On the other hand, Jay and Jungmo seriously loves his works and would come to him at times for melody or words. They find
Sungmin's words expressive and straight to the heart. He is hard working and really knows how to put his heart to songs which
makes Jay and Jungmo look up
to him even when he is a junior, furthermore, Jungmo finds Sungmin utterly cute and adorable.

Sungmin could only shake his head. It must be a reality call. He needs to get a hold of himself and start living his life
without Cho Kyuhyun in it. Then again, how to live a life without him? It was the hardest choice he has to consider in this
lifetime, a choice whether to accept Kyuhyun or not, a choice whether he should cross the dangerous line with him, a choice
to change all his perspective in life. He accepted the man, he accepted the dangerous relationship, he accepted all the
imperfections leaving himself with no one else but Kyuhyun to
rely on, the only person to give him strength... the person who promised never to let him go... the person who
is causing his heartache now...and probably for quite a long time.

Get a life Sungmin! he thought.

He must stop thinking about it. He sat down in front of the keyboard. He was about to press a key when he stopped himself. Even
this keyboard reminds him of Cho Kyuhyun. He remembered sitting beside the young man pressing the keys and playing songs that
he wrote. He remembered Kyuhyun being playful, putting Sungmin's hand on top of his so they can press the same exact keys.
He closed his eyes shortly and walked away from the keyboard. He took his guitar instead and tried making a melody.

Sungmin cannot just stop thinking of Kyuhyun... afterall, his whole world revolved around this special person. He has given
everything, Kyuhyun was his everything and in the end, he was forgotten. He sighed... "JUst once...If he could just..."

He took a pencil and paper and wrote as he strum his guitar.

A week after he emailed the song, he received a reply from Jay...

"Ming-ah... Jungmo says he loves the song... I think he's starting to fall for you kekeke~ We'll make sure many people would be
crying when they hear this. I've sent you an unedited version."

Sungmin downloaded the song and placed it in his mp4. He swallowed and suddenly teared up the moment he heard the song. He is
not as conceited as his past lover... but the song that he wrote turned out to be perfectly heartbreaking. Jay Hyung and Jungmo
Hyung did a good job in making his song even more beautiful. He looked down and a tear fell as he heard all the painful words
Kyuhyun told him.

'I don't want to see your face.'

'Are you really my lover? because I cannot feel anything for you.'

'If it wasn't because of you... I wouldn't be a person with no memory.'

'I'm don't want to look back anymore.'

As he listens to the song, he sees Kyuhyun laughing and smiling at his nurse. As he listens, he sees Kyuhyun bashing him with
those painful words, disheartening him, crippling his poor bruised heart and suddenly... tears fell.

"Uh, what to do? I thought... I already shed my last tear." he looked up trying to stop more tears to fall...

but it's too late.
