Sungmin sighed deeply. 'You can't stay here for now, Lee Sungmin.' he thought. He looked at his apartment where every corner
has a memory of Kyuhyun. 'You'll have to be contented as Kyuhyun's friend. How can you do it if you will see all of this
memories everyday?' He touched the keyboard for the last time and looked at the heart-shape box. He opened it and did
what he and Kyuhyun did before, he placed his hand on his chest and close it to fist, put it on the box and opened his palm.

"My heart... will still remain here. It will stay and wait for your lost heart to comeback, Kyuhyun-ah..." he stopped before he
could close the box completely. He took out the puzzle heart necklace that he has been wearing.  He looked at it for the
longest time and thought...

"You cannot be completed without this... but... you don't even know that you have this." He placed the necklace inside the
box and looked around the house for the last time.

"I'll keep our memories safe... in here. Kyuhyun-ah, please, remember to come back home."

He took his luggage and locked his apartment, looking back for the last time.

Sungmin went back to his ancestral house and decided to stay there for the time being. He has to be contented with what he is
sharing with Kyuhyun. A humble friendship, that's the only thing he can be satisfied of. Although, he doesn't forget praying
every night for his most beloved to get back to his senses and come back to him, he believes Kyuhyun will wake up from his deep
sleep and will remember him. But when will it be?

He doesn't know.

Sungmin was on the rooftop during his break. He's mind was blank and doesn't want to think at all. He just stare
at the view in front of him as he drinks his warm soup.

"I hope I'm not disturbing you."

Sungmin looked behind and saw Kyuhyun standing near, smiling at him gently... a friendly smile. He bowed a bit at his boss
and look far again.

"Sungmin sshi..." Kyuhyun said as he sat down beside him.

Sungmin looked at the young man beside him, seeing that anxious face... he loves seeing Kyuhyun being anxious because of him but
that kind of look right now... it's no longer for him. Kyuhyun doesn't feel anxious
around him anymore... it must be work related thing.

"They said I cut ties with Siwonnie...because..." he didn't expect Kyuhyun to open it up so he cut the young man first.

"I thought you said you don't want to bring up the past?" Sungmin said meeting the eyes of his former lover.
"It doesn't matter anymore, don't you think? He'll be back soon...so why don't you treat him the way you remember treating him?
It wouldn't be that bad. Besides, Siwonnie... he's the bestest friend you have."

Kyuhyun looked down, he nodded and smiled. "You're right... Thank you." Sungmin smiled a bit keeping his teeth inside his
lips.

They both looked away and spent some time in silence. Kyuhyun smiled as it seemed to be too familiar to him. Seeing himself and
Sungmin sshi sitting together being quiet and waiting for who's going to break the silence. Suddenly Sungmin looked at Kyuhyun...
"Kyuhyun sshi...do me a favour." Sungmin ask.

Kyuhyun looked at Sungmin. He is smiling but those eyes... Sungmin's saddened eyes... he silently wish for Sungmin not to cry
with his presence anymore. He silently wished to see Sungmin's smiling face... the one that disturbed his mind when he was
with Ryeowook. The dazzling bunny-teeth smile that he wished to keep in his pocket.

"what is it?"

"can you..." Sungmin crossed his eyebrows thinking whether to finish his sentence or not... he's decided to finish it.
"can you try to guess when my birthday is?"

Kyuhyun wondered and chuckled, why of all favour? Is it even a favour? What is Sungmin thinking?
Sungmin smiled a bit, he shrugged the young man's shoulder like its no big deal... "Just guess it... give me a month and date...
as simple as that."

Kyuhyun looked really confused with that kind of request...but Sungmin was giving him the assuring smile, encouraging him to
give an answer which is most probably wrong.
"You don't need to think very hard...just guess. Give a day and a month that will first come to your mind... it's not
like I'm going to be upset when you guess it wrongly. Give it a try."

Kyuhyun pouted and shrugged his shoulders. "First of January?"

Sungmin's smile disappeared at that instant which made his boss to look guilty. "I'm really sorry Sungmin sshi..."

"Don't be..." Sungmin smiled gently. "You guessed it perfectly. Thank you..."
The short man looked down and started walking away.

"What was that for?" Kyuhyun asked curiously, he felt like he was being tested but he was still happy that he was able to make
a correct answer. Sungmin looked back with a bit smile. "It was a promise... thanks for
keeping it." and then he started walking again.

Kyuhyun thought he only followed him with his sight but he found himself walking towards the older man and hugging him from
behind. Sungmin stopped and froze that instant.

"I'm really sorry that I keep on hurting you, Sungmin sshi." Kyuhyun, too, wondered why he didn't stop himself from hugging the
short man. He's not really the touchy type of person and he has no intentions of holding Sungmin... and yet he finds it
hard to even let go, he even tighten his hug as he enjoys the scent of the short guy's hair.

Sungmin could just close his eyes...to at least feel Kyuhyun's warm body behind him... he has been longing for him to be held
by Kyuhyun once again... he has been missing his touch, his warm embrace. Then again he clearly knows that it
will stop in a matter blink so it will be better for him to do it first. He held Kyuhyun's hand as he move away gently.

"Don't be sorry, Kyuhyun sshi... I'm ok..." he said with a bit of smile and walked away.

In the airport, Donghae, Hyukjae, Heechul welcomed a tall handsome guy with a hug...

Siwon, took off his sunglasses and shared a group hug with them... the three guys smiled at him but when he asked too excitedly...

"Is it true? Kyuhyunnie... He has forgotten Sungmin hyung? They are not together now?"

The three guy looked at each other and saw a much determined Siwon now. They all silently pray that he won't be there to ruin
the situation even more.
