Fei is one of the mood-makers of the female pack, always playing practical jokes on the others. Once the girls meet their soulmates, she will sometimes pose as them to tease them when their face lights up. Sometimes she will transform into cute animals because they can't acutally have a real pet, since they would probably feel threatened by the girls because they're predators (being supernatural). Due to the fact that she was put into an orphanage at a young age after her mother died, she was lonely for a long time but is now super loyal to the girls who took her in, especially Won Chun-hei. She would do anything to protect the girls and always worries about their well-being, no matter how silly she may be acting. Fei is also quite sentimental. She has many small, portable trinkets from the previous lives that she's lived. She has some foreign currency and an old leather photo album where she keeps her old photographs. She doesn't have much else because she's afraid of becoming attached to it.

Since she constantly changed her appearance whenever she moved, Fei feels insecure about her appearance. She worries that people can't truly love her because if she simply changed her appearance, she's not her anymore to them. She also worries that people only like her because she changes her appearance to that of an attractive young woman. Due to her insecurities, she's quite introverted, despite the fact that she's also playful. There are times where Fei simply needs to be alone to feel recharged, she thinks this is because shapeshifters aren't usually found in packs. Finally, Fei is also quite stubborn. whenever she bickers, she refuses to believe that she's wrong. She will also judge people on their initial actions, which is why she dislikes some of the male pack members at first because they're quite abrupt and sometimes almost rude.

PAST ⁍ Fei's father was an old shapeshifter who would hop countries and have affairs with women, posing as their husbands (kind of like Zeus from Greek mythology) or he would transform into a handsome man when the woman was unmarried. After having a short affair with a Korean woman, Kim Sarang, she became pregnant with Fei. When Fei was young, she didn't know her mother's name because she always just called her "mother". Fei couldn't handle her mother's death when she was only ten and was taken to an orphanage. Fei was too old to be adopted so she grew up in the orphanage and ran away when she was eighteen. She had found out about her powers when she hit puberty and had practiced in preparation for her escape. After arriving in China, Fei completely changed her form so that she would be unrecognizable and also changed her name, falsifying documents so that she could change her identity. She can't remember what she used to look like because she had transformed so many times and had no pictures of herself from her childhood.
Fei has never really known what to do with her powers and didn't really use them for most of the early parts of her life. When she moved to China, Fei noticed that many people did not care for the poor on the streets or the elders who needed assistance. Because she accumulated a fair amount of wealth, she decided to give it, not only to the poor, but to the people she felt were deserving. She tested people depending on whether they would help her across the street if she posed as a Korean ahjumma or gave her change as an old beggar. Fei would also play pranks on the people who would openly scorn her by transforming briefly into horror-movie-worthy figures and scaring them. She met the other girls when the pack leader, Chun-hei approached her and recognized her scent as one that belonged to a supernatural creature (obviously not knowing what she was). She spoke to the leader and the leader offered her a family/place to stay if she was all alone.

If you were to meet Luhan on the streets, he would seem like a cheerful and charming young man. This is only a part of who he is. While Luhan has a sweet face, at home, he's a sarcastic person with a sharp-tongue. Often, when in wolf-form, he will act impulsively, giving in to his wolf-side, which is quite the contrast to his human personality.
Luhan, when in his human form, is much more controlled and models a perfect man. He appears to be intelligent, optimistic, cheerful and quite the charmer. He always seems to be smiling and in a good mood. On the outside, he's the perfect boy to bring home to your parents. When he is around the other wolves, he is more relaxed and doesn't try as hard to be perfect. When he's around Fei... though she's his mate, he can't help but return some of her sarcastic or even rude remarks.

SUMMARY ⁍

SURELY YOU HAVE THAT SPECIAL SOMEONE...

FIRST MEETING ⁍
The pair first met during one of Fei's regular pranks. As usual, no one would take time out of their day to help a little old lady cross the street. Sometimes when this happened, Fei would begin asking nearby people to help her cross the street. A couple people said yes. Finally, she spotted a young man, dressed quite nicely and went up to him. One thing that Fei had discovered was that attractive people wouldn't help her because they believed they were above her. In Luhan's case, it was partially true. The moment he laid eyes on Fei, he freaked out; he couldn't believe that his soulmate was an old lady. Rather than help her cross the street or refuse to help her, he turned-tail and ran for home - horrified at his new discovery. Of course, Fei declared him to be the rudest young man that she'd ever met.

RELATIONSHIP ⁍ Fei continues to reject Luhan's attempts at flirting with her because of what happened when they first met. She learns before she'd formally met Luhan in her usual form, that he is the devil with the face of an angel, especially when it comes to women. She figures that he just wants another heart to play with. As Luhan gets to know Fei, he finally looks past the surface and grows to love her just as she is, though, he still bickers and exchanges sarcastic/heated remarks with her (just to keep things interesting).

CONCLUSION ⁍ Fei runs away (for some reason) and Luhan goes to get her back. She changes form to be an average-looking Korean girl so that no one will recognize her. Luhan finally catches up to her, but she pretends to not to speak Chinese or who he's talking about. He eventually gets her to cut the crap. She says something similar to, "Why would you come after me? How did you know it was me? I'm not pretty anymore." He replies, "Dummy, I came after you because I love you, no matter what you look like." (so they basically get a happy ending). Plot twist: Luhan, after running after Fei is all sweaty & his hair is crazy & his shoes are untied and he's basically just a mess but, for the first time, he doesn't care.
